Fantastic experience: While on a short holiday in QLD I found myself needing either a root canal or extraction, the pain was excruciating. Another dentist referred me to Lewis at Woombye Dental, citing the job was too complex for herself. I was booked with Lewis very quickly, and was able to have the tooth saved, the root canal started and a protective filling placed over it so that my dentist back in Melbourne could finish the work and put a crown on it when I was ready. The dentist was very quick, it was pain free, the price was fair and all staff were lovely and professional. Can’t recommend the place highly enough, they saved my holiday!

Negative experience: My husband had an appointment with Dr Lewis yesterday. Booked in for a full check up and a particular problem tooth. Took xray of sore tooth and said yes needs pulling. Then had to ask for full exam to be done which he was like "Yeh I guess we can do full check up". My husband advised particular tooth was extremely sore but continue to be very rough to the point he asked him to stop. Had terrible bedside manner. Nothing was explained very well. We then asked for quote for extraction and additional work on other teeth and were advised it couldn't be given. Receptionist however did provide approximate pricing for us. Then as we were leaving said "Have a nice afternoon but how about you go buy some floss" and then laughed nastily and then nurse then started laughing as well. Most people don't like going to the dentist in fear of being shamed or degraded for their teeth and this dentist did exactly that. Absolutely rude and do not recommend this dentist at all. Will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: This is my favourite dentist ever. Dr Fang is very gentle and thorough. The hygienist Ang, who does my cleaning work, has taught me so much how to care for my teeth. She has been very kind and informative. Because of this, my teeth are in good health which has meant no fillings in the last visits. Yay!

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Woombye Dental for the past nearly 3 years. I am one of those people who isn’t lucky enough to be born with perfect teeth condition. Going to a dentist used to be a nightmare for me until I visited this clinic. Dr Lewis Fang is gentle, compassionate and very thorough with his work. He really is a great dentist. Fantastic experience: Dr Lewis Fang is amazing, he is very thorough and gentle during check ups, and saved me in an emergency and on a Sunday when I broke my tooth! He made the root canal process comfortable and provides expert advice. The clinic is also lovely and the dental hygienists and receptionists are very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Woombye Dental some time now and the staff have always been friendly. They give you txt and phone reminders of upcoming appointments. Appointment times are adhered to and the dentists have been very professional with prices that are not over the top, which is something that is very important to us, because we don't have any dental insurance. Negative experience: Not a warm experience. The dentist had no bedside manner and it was nowhere near as comfortable as it could have been for a simple checkup and clean.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lewis Yan Fang is a wonderful dentist and I highly recommend. I come from Brisbane to Woombye for my appointments, the reason is I cannot find any dentist as good as Dr Lewis Yan Fang and that I can trust. My mother drives from Bargara to Woombye to have her appointments with Lewis. When you get good care it doesn't matter how far you have to travel. I am staying with the best. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Lewis for a crown. The appointment was painless, Dr Lewis was very gentle and knowledgeable. He explained the reason why I needed a crown, it was because of a crack in my tooth, which gave me a toothache when I eat. My problem resolved after my treatment. Very happy and will recommend.

Negative experience: Had an initial appt with Lewis. He was rough, banging my teeth to test cracks. Suggested multiple crowns because I had health insurance so why not. Gradual pain in one tooth then began which didn't subside until 6 months later when I had to have it removed by another dentist in an emergency. I did not have any tooth pain until I saw Lewis, which is when this all started. Deeply regret seeing him and hope I can prevent others going through what I did.
Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Woombye dental. Staff are professional and helpful. I had a root canal and crown done there, the dentist 's explanation of the steps involved was clear and easy to understand. The charges were very reasonable. I have recommended to friends and family in the area, and I will be back!

Negative experience: Went there with voucher get tooth pulled saw guy Chinese man ..he pulled my back tooth out I told him I could feel the pain whole time plus he went into my sinus area major pain I told him though it plus he went into my sinus..know I had go too other denist get it fixed up he's mess ..just felt rushed and not nice whole experience

Fantastic experience: I Thank You I Thank You I Thank You ALL for helping me end a 2 year battle with pain. I started root canal surgery at the start of this madness to then be told I could not have the work completed . I was left with no other option than to extract all of the problem teeth which I might ad was propelled into action through the biggest killer we know STRESS. Grinding my teeth in my sleep. 23/12/2021 another tooth exploded in my mouth which required an immediate filling Amber, Jess and of course the of the show LEWIS have come to my rescue and I am so very grateful ✨ At 4.20pm Christmas Eve my appointment was made and the what felt like a razor blade tooth was filled so I was able to enjoy my most treasured meal of the year .
