Fantastic experience: It's Easter Monday and EDentist were open. I'd been in pain since Sunday morning, sleepless night and thanks to Paul Richter my tooth that was causing me discomfort is now gone. He was thorough, quick and made me feel comfortable as well as all the staff that were working this day. FYI I paid using my zippay account with the help of another staff member over the phone as I've never used zippay over the counter before I fully recommend this amazing team. The 40 minute drive was worth it

Negative experience: I came in for an emergency extraction as I was going overseas the next day. He showed me the dark areas on the X-ray and said it could develop into an abscess. I asked the dentist if I needed antibiotics as a precaution to take with me (I asked twice) and he firmly indicated it would not be necessary. Unfortunately it has developed and is infected and I now have to make an appointment with a dodgy dentist in a third world country and drag my 2 children with me instead of them playing my the pool. Im bitterly disappointed as I have spent a lot of money to be here and have been in pain for 4 days. I could only choose 1 star - none would have been more appropriate. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Love love this place! We where on holidays and they saves us! The only place for an emergency with our son in public holidays! The doctor and stuff where fantastic! And the clinic is very cool, clean, modern and makes you feel like you are not at a dental clinic! Which is good! :) we recommend them 100%

Fantastic experience: Im a dental student, who was looking for a chance to learn and gain experience in the dental field. Lisa and Bonnie provided me with this opportunity. They are the most charming, helpful, and friendly people you could ever meet. Along with the other dentists who work there (Meera, Raquel, Simon, and Rupini). They're the friendliest dentists you'll ever meet. Working with Lisa and the other dentists(Raquel, Meera, Rupini, and Simon) I have learnt so much from all of the dentists in this clinic and the dental nurses. Fantastic experience: Lisa is the best Dentist I have ever seen! & Celia is the kindest & most supportive Receptionist making your experience wonderful. This new venue is quiet, private & elegant. The beautiful waiting room feels like your own lounge-room, so while you sit with a toothache you can feel cosy & safe however Lisa is efficient so you will not wait long to be feeling great again! Fantastic experience: My daughter and I walked into fine dentistry to get a checkup and for dental cleaning.my appointment at the clinic was seamless and steph who is the dental assistant was very welcoming with a smile.There is a wait area where I was impressed with the condiments and the nature of books available while waiting. Dr Sonali then greeted me through inside where she and steph went through the routine.Dr sonali also went all the way to check and advise the next 18 months on what my Do’s and Dont’s should be . Dentistry is her passion and she genuinely believes in the wellbeing if her patients I am certain that when it’s a dentist I need , I will be going to fine dentistry which is actually fine :) and I think so should you !! Thank u Dr Sonali and Steph!

Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentists in Melbourne, but Dr. Shaw is the best in class. Got a cleaning done from him and apart from the service, you will even be notified about why and what practice is being followed and how you will be benefited. Definitely Recommended. Thumbs up

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff who made it possible to have a dental appointment with short notice, after office hours. Dr. Shaw was amazing. He fixed my filling and advised me to consider getting a crown for the longer term. As it is an expensive affair, he made available reasonable payment plans. The fact there is free parking right behind the dental clinic is icing on the cake (pun intended) :)
