Fantastic experience: I had a really positive experience in the clinic. I was very anxious about the procedure so I was calling the clinic multiple times to ask questions and Niki was kind enough to accommodate and answer them. I booked an appointment the next day and Dr. Andy and Nikki did an amazing job. The procedure was painless and better than expected. Will be going to Woodlea dental for my baby’s dental check up too when her teeth comes out.

Fantastic experience: I have always been anxious of visiting a dentist prior to seeing Dr Siri but my visit to woodlea dental and seeing Dr Siri had changed that perspective . she is very thorough, gentle, reassuring and highly skilled, has explained me everything in detail and paused whenever I needed a break and constantly checked to make sure that I was okay, she is absolutely phenomenal.

Fantastic experience: My 6-year-old son and I had our first visit with Dr Andy, and I’m absolutely thrilled! From the moment we walked into the office, we were welcomed by friendly staff and a clean, modern atmosphere. Dr Andy was incredibly thorough, warm, and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring we both felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience here. Quick and easy to book in for the next day. Highly recommend Dr Vi, she was amazing. So down to earth and knowledgable. We took our 3 month old with us and Dr Vi was happy to have us bring the pram in, our little guy was so happy and settled during both our cleans and check ups. All the staff were lovely and welcoming - look forward to coming back in the future (worth the half hr drive!)

Dr. Andy not only provided exceptional dental care but also went above and beyond to ensure I received my crown on time. Throughout the entire experience, Dr. Andy and his team were professional, courteous, and genuinely caring. They made sure I was comfortable during each visit and kept me informed at every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: Today, my 5-year-old and 3-year-old had their dental checkup with Dr. Andy. Dr. Andy explained everything to the kids patiently, making sure they weren't scared of the dentist. The kids even told me they want to go to the dentist every day. I highly recommend Dr. Andy.

I came in for a teeth whitening treatment and the treatment itself was conducted with precision and care. They were very gentle and thorough, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. As well as that, the results were amazing ! Fantastic experience: Staff were excellent, they made me feel so comfortable and less nervous about the procedure. I definitely recommend this dentist to everyone.

Positive experience: Dr Siri was very helpful and knowledgeable in her profession. She had good communications skills, and was responsive to the patient's needs. The clinic was clean, and staff was friendly. The cost was a bit higher considering the out-of-pocket expenses. Patient care can be improved with some gentle handling as we experienced pain and discomfort. There was bleeding, fluid build up in the throat, and too much pressure on the upper lip blocking the nostril. So far, we've never had to pay dental expenses or had experienced pain during six-monthly routine checks. My teeth got sensitive for several months when drinking both hot or cold, and when breathing in through the mouth. We hope there's improvement in the dentist's hand skills.

Fantastic experience: Seriously the best dentists I have ever been to. Dr Vi Lui and Nikki were incredibly patient and knowledgable. I have never had a dentist actually take the time to explain what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. I normally avoid the dentist at all costs but when they are this good, I will definitely go more often.

Fantastic experience: HONESTLY THE BEST! Dr Vi Lui and Nikki , the best dentist and dental nurse I have come across in my whole life. I avoid dentist until it’s too late. I had an appointment last week and unfortunately the Dr I had booked had a family emergency and there was no other spots. Nikki did everything in her power to obtain me an appointment first thing in the morning due to the pain I was suffering and the appointment being canceled. During the appointment my anxiety that I did not know I had got the better of me , and Dr Vi and Nikki did everything to keep me calm and comfortable. Now we can say that dentist don’t have the most gentle job , but I can say from personal experience Dr Vi is the most gentle dentist I have come across, nor did I feel any after pain!!! I cannot express how happy I am with both their service and aftercare (which I have never experienced in my life) I high recommend Dr Vi , she will not disappoint you, in fact if your anything like myself she will want you to come back! Thank you Dr Vi and Nikki see you in a few weeks !!

Negative experience: You can’t expect how much they will charge, it was an expensive visit and they didn’t let me know beforehand. This is in top of my private health insurance coverage. I Used to visit different dental clinic before from last 3 years . They never charged me anything extra.

Dr. Andy and his team were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr Andy takes his time to explain everything to me, and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. Fantastic experience: Amazing dental practice! Dr Andy was so gentle and caring during my entire visit and the receptionist (I didn’t catch her name) was so lovely! I’m 36 weeks pregnant so he ensured I was comfortable in the chair, made sure I wasn’t lying too flat (his suggestion too!), opted to avoid certain treatments to ensure safety for baby but offered for me to come back after baby was born to have them done. Highly highly highly recommend Woodlea Dental!

Fantastic experience: Like most, visiting the dentist isn’t something I look forward to. I had a tooth ache that needed quick attention. I contacted Woodlea dental, while they were fully booked the receptionist was fantastic she said she’d follow up the days appointments and call back in 30min. To her word she called back and got me in within the hour. Andy was the dentist he's amazing and explains everything, gives you options and the best part my procedure was virtual pain free. I have never settled on one particular dentist before I’d just call whoever was available when I needed a dentist. I now know, I’ll be making Andy and his team at Woodlea dental  my go to dentist for me and my kids. If you need a dentist in the west you need to contact Woodlea dental.

Fantastic experience: I had a two hour procedure done at Woodlea Dental. I was extremely nervous leading up to the treatment, however Andy and Niki helped settle my nerves the second I walked in the door. I experienced next to no pain at all, and Andy was extremely gentle. He continued to talk me through exactly what was going on, whilst Niki was continuously checking on me and making sure I was ok. Fantastic experience: Fantastic and friendly staff. Now no one likes the numbing injections but the whole experience was relatively pain free. Only took one appointment to switch my whole family across. Love that we’ve found a “local” to support who’s great at their job.
