Fantastic experience: We had our daughters first appointment here today and all the staff were so lovely. It was a great experience. Dr Nour was fantastic with looking after our daughter (3 years old) and making sure we had good knowledge to help look after her teeth. Highly recommend! *UPDATE* I wanted to edit my review and leave another 5 star review! I went in for my own appointment this time and it was the best dentist appointment ever I saw Dr Shrey and he was so kind and thorough and professional. I have been regularly going to the dentist twice yearly and never had an appointment like this. I loved his focus on preventative measures to ensure good dental health and his xrays, visual charts etc were incredibly helpful. The rest of the staff were also wonderful. It was all around an excellent experience and we will definitely be continuing all future appointments at this clinic!

Some positives included … Great Service: - I loved how thorough the explanations were, especially with the visual presentation of my X-rays and teeth—it was easy to follow and helped me understand everything. - It was clear that they really care about their patients. They were upfront, honest, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. I really appreciated how they flagged any concerns early and focused on preventive care first, rather than pushing costly fixes. Affordable pricing: - The new patient offer was very affordable compared to other local clinics I contacted (even more rural ones) and included everything in a package. Lovely Staff: - Communication was a breeze with the reception team and all the staff. They were so easy to deal with and made sure all my questions were answered.i Overall, I’m beyond impressed and very happy with the service, care, and affordability, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to my friends and family. Fantastic experience: I had to take my son for an emergency appointment this morning which I was able to book ONLINE last night! (Best thing for us people who don’t like phone calls). We got there slightly late because of road works, they were welcoming and great. The dentist was FANTASTIC with my 7 year old ADHD son. Dr Shrey chatted with my son about things he liked and all about everything he had to do in the actual room. It was a fantastic experience and the best thing… he didn’t mum shame me for having a problem in the first place! He was wonderful! Absolutely expectional! Will take my entire family to this clinic for future needs and check ups! :)

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from start to finish by Dr.Shrey and team. As someone who has been putting off going to the dentist for years, Dr.Shrey put me at ease straight away. He came up with a treatment plan and did not pressure me to do anything I didn't want to do. He explained everything thoroughly and is very knowledgeable in his field. He did a fantastic job removing years of tar tar build up and my teeth already looked a million times better. I'm glad I did my research beforehand and not settle for any dentist. PS the clinic is inviting, bright,clean,with high tech equipment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Shrey and team are amazing! Friendliness and professional! Very pleased with the communication I received leading up to the appointment, helpful with my query. Dr Shrey is very good with dealing with kids, he does not coddle or baby talk, just knows how to talk on their level appropriately. Dr Shrey offers laughing gas which is great for anyone who has high anxiety. It worked so well for my child who was anxious to have a tooth removed. Tv with netflix on the roof to keep the appointment being entertaining and a distraction from the dental work being done. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local dentist and that is family friendly. Two thumbs up!

Fantastic experience: The team at Kalkallo demonstrate a lot of professional qualities such as compassion and transparency in communication. I had a wisdom tooth extracted and the Dr. had it removed in what seemed like less than 20 minutes total. There has been no complications, no discomfort and considering that a fortnight ago I was writhing in agony over an abscess that the tooth caused, I'm very thankful for the team's efforts. The affordability of the whole process (being a low-income earner) is commendable as well, the business independently works it out with you and doesn't just handball it off to systems like Zip or AfterPay. Fantastic experience: Always a little dubious when I see so many 5-star reviews in a short period but it turns out they're completely warranted. Was also super hesitant to change dentists after being absolutely rorted when I tried changing to a Craigieburn dentist last year but glad I've moved to Kalkallo Dental - right on my doorstep. Had the initial examination, transferred medical records, couple of fillings, and now a wisdom tooth extraction under local anaesthetic. Everything has been done with transparent and fair pricing, care, and efficiency. Haven't had any issues after any of my treatments. Absolutely recommended!

I am very happy with my treatments and the transparency provided in my treatment plans so I know the anticipated costs/timeline. Walking through those doors, I could already feel the warmth with a beautiful loving welcome from all the staff. I felt the immediate feeling of a welcoming and lovely atmosphere & that this is going to be a beautiful experience, which it was. It was a very detailed appointment, not leaving anything out about my check up and answering all my questions, I felt assured & happy with my check up. I also had brought along my newborn, & they took great care of her as she was a little unsettled while I was doing my check up. Staff are amazing and so friendly and caring. Dr Shrey explained everything not only to myself but to my Grandson as well and they were just so very kind in making sure my Grandson was comfortable. Extremely professional but I think the biggest testimonial comes from my Grandson who said when we got out out to the car. Nan they were the best I didn’t feel anything and I want them to be my dentist from now on. And this is coming from a boy who has always been hesitant to have dental work done due to feeling pain or discomfort from other dentist visits elsewhere. So a huge thank you to you all and you now have my Grandson as a new patient. Highly recommend.
