Fantastic experience: Dr Sitav Amin is the best dentist I have ever been to. She was thorough, giving me a comprehensive understanding of my dental situation. Dr Amin was kind when delivering some bad news about the work I needed done (don’t forget to floss people!!). I have moved around the country a fair bit with work, and have been to many dentists but she is the absolute best.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience with Dr Sivan. I called yesterday for an emergency wisdom tooth removal as I had a big infection and could not open my mouth. They were able to take new x-rays, remove the tooth and have been great following up and helping me with the pain. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Fantastic experience: Really happy Amin and her team. Staff were friendly. Amin was extremely proficient and didn’t pinch my lips on my teeth like other dentist sometimes have. Give them a try as like me you should be pleasantly surprised.

Negative experience: I had an appointment at 15:40, and on the day they called me to offer another time. Now I had an alarm for the later time, so missed the new appointment. The dentist then took my deposit money away from me. Beware! By the way the deposit was $75! Here I am working a gruelling blue collar job, when these rich bourgeoisie take my hard earned money! If they ask you to make a deposit, never accept it! Go to another dentist and save your money.

Fantastic experience: I’m really happy with the cosmetic dentistry service I received at Smiling Dental. Dr Amin was friendly, kind, and professional. She advised me on the best option for me, not the most expensive that I initially thought I needed. She also did extra work to ensure my smile looked good without charging me (above the quoted price). The whole team at the clinic seem lovely and I’m so pleased with the result!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Amin for my dental care and she is wonderful, caring and considerate. She has helped me get on top of, and maintain, my dental health. Fantastic experience: Amazing dental practice! All staff are incredibly professional, helpful and gracious. I've had extensive work done, bone grafts x 2, dental implants x 4, invisalign, veneers and retainers - a multitude of visits over 15 months - best experience ever! Mikaela the receptionist is pure delight, she's efficient, friendly and incredibly helpful. I would love to have her on my team! From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and valued. Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental clinic. All staff make me feel so comfortable. I use to avoid dentists but since going to smiling dental my phobia has ceased and I will continue to attend for regular check ups and routine work.

Negative experience: I got a terrible experience from receptionist. I asked for the next appointment and I didn't understand what she was saying, so I asked for time again. She sighed and looked annoyed. She needs to treat customers. Because of her, I'm afraid to visit here again. I still don't understand why I have to ruin my day because of her. What did I do wrong. Is it wrong to ask the time again?

Fantastic experience: I was able to get seen on a Sunday after a sleepless night over an infected wisdom tooth. I thought I would be given some antibiotics and told to come back if it plays up again. I was so fortunate it was able to be removed straight away. Thankyou!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience here with Dr Sitav. Surprised how effective Invisalign is.. a commitment yes and requires a few visits but I’m happy to say the results are worth it. The Hamilton practice staff are always friendly and prompt, I’ve never had to wait in the waiting room. Friends of mine have done Invisalign elsewhere and I can confidently say the dentist you choose matters. Very highly recommend.

Negative experience: The worst dentist visit i have ever had. Very poor communication through the whole process as hygienists english and her assistants very poor. Very abrupt, clumsy and amateur. I asked them to be careful of my cochlear implant in my head but they still managed to knock it out and it ended up on the floor.. Nothing explained by the hygienist who was more interested in photographing my teeth for dr phos sales pitch at the end to sell me $6000 implants. I will never let these people near me again.

Fantastic experience: Great friendly service from everyone. I've never really worried about fixing my teeth as they weren't bad and it wasn't worth the effort of bracers. Mentioned I had a wedding and they talked me through options of veneers which no one had mentioned previously and without being pushy. They showed me what it would look like if I went ahead and the costs involved. I ended up getting 7 veneers. Took a long time in the chair but they put on Netflix for me and let me get up as often as i needed to stretch my back. Fixed up anything that was annoying me and they're honestly better than anything i was picturing. Big thanks to Dr Sivan Amin and the friendly service from reception.

Negative experience: I got a very bad experience from their client service and suddenly told me as they have to cancel my appointment after I was there and did x ray. They gave me a reason because my case is not emergency case and they couldn’t make it. Look!!! my front crown came off and real tooth was shaking and painful. I also took my sick leave from my work and I couldn’t believe as they treat me like this. I won’t recommend here but I got fixed my tooth somewhere. Additionally. Your staff didn’t tell me this truth The first time she came and asked me about taking off mask and I clear my noise issue. After two mins she came to me again and she said my case isn’t emergency so that’s why you have to cancel and I have to reschedule appointment. See . Two different answers If she came back and told me as I have as similar symptoms I do understand why you can cancel my appointment. I know you should protect your staff and others. But she told me your case is not emergency that’s she said

She is a very caring and professional dentist who is extremely attentive to the needs of a nervous patient like me. She made my two recent visits a breeze. I would also like to specially mention how good her dental assistant was also.

Fantastic experience: Dr Po was amazing in providing Invisalign treatment for me. Always wanted to straighten my teeth, but waited until my 30s to address it. Treatment was easy and the results fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Dr Po Yang is the most trustworthy and talented dentist I have ever been to. I had been to a handful of specialists and dentists for an opinion on fixing my bite. I was either told I would need to have my jaw broken or have a front tooth removed and then get braces in order to correct it. I wasn’t convinced that those were the only options. Dr Yang did an assessment and we were able to achieve the smile that I’ve always wanted with 10 months of Invisalign’s and veneers on the front 6 top teeth. I get so many compliments on how natural my veneers look. I finally have the smile I’ve always dreamt of and could not be more grateful for all of his hard work!! Could not recommend a better dentist and such kind staff!

Negative experience: Due to work commitments I had been putting off going to the dentist for a few months. I finally organised some time off work to attend an appointment. I made the appointment a month in advance. Few days before my appointment I was told I had to rebook. When I told the receptionist I was unable to rebook due to work commitments another girl was put on the phone and said well you have to. Thank you so much for wasting my time.

Fantastic experience: Dr Yang is fantastic! He is so professional, caring and ethical. Dr Yang is a perfectionist and wants to ensure you are 100% happy with the result. I am absolutely thrilled with my new teeth! I have received so many compliments from friends because they look so great. I would recommend Dr Yang to anyone who wants beautiful new teeth. You won’t be disappointed!

Negative experience: One of the worst dental clinic I have ever visited.They booked my wife and did not do anything to relieve her from pain giving reason they got no time and handed over the bill.

Negative experience: What an absolutely awful practice !! After running over an hour late with no explanation whatsoever when the staff finally appeared they were rude, combative & condescending, in fact it seemed like they wanted to escalate the anger the lady in front of me was having. They achieved that result ! Also, the hygiene & cleanliness of the waiting room was dismal. I chose to leave, there was no way I was letting those people work on my teeth and had to wait a week to get my $75 deposit back. I'm not normally a review writer but people really need to be warned with genuine feedback about this practice.

Negative experience: As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a filthy fish tank and empty reception desk with a sign saying to ring bell. When the dental assistant came to my bell I stated my name and she handed me a new patient form then quickly walked away saying nothing to me. I sat in an unattended reception for over an hour waiting for my appointment. When I rang the bell again asking how long I would continue to wait the dental assistant stated that it is just her and the dentist on. As I am breastfeeding my 6 week old baby I was relying on my appointment time. She then proceeded to tell me that I was welcome to not attend my appointment if it was such a problem. This practice made ME pay a deposit to ensure I attended the appointment but couldn’t return the favour! Nor could they even inform of the over an hour wait. The lady who walked in for her appointment after mine also walked out from her appointment as well.

Fantastic experience: Dr Po is such an amazing dentist!! I recently had gum contouring done and I am so happy!! Life changing. Sr Pho is always very organised, punctual and thorough. I still can’t get over how well he administers the anaesthetic, I didn’t feel a thing both times and my mouth has never been sore afterwards. Also very honest and upfront about costs and required treatment for any further treatment needed for the future. The best dentist I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter here as she was in a lot of pain with wisdom teeth. Dr Tony Cheng was so friendly and so informative with all the info he gave her. Nothing was too much trouble for him and Nurse Courtney. Booked in for two weeks to get the other two out. Extremely reasonable prices compared to what I paid at another Dentist. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Today I visited this dental surgery as I had a tooth extraction a week ago and was still in too much pain. My dentist isn't open on Saturday. Dr Alison treated my dry socket so gently and professionally that my pain reduced significantly. The surgery has the most modern equipment. The whole team was caring. I highly recommend these dentists and will return. What a surprise to find so close to where we live.

Fantastic experience: After having a bit of bad luck with dentists I stumbled upon this lovely practice. The staff were friendly and approachable, and Alison and Sarah were gentle and welcoming. They gave me an understanding of my teeth and what needed to be done. I had two different fillings on the same tooth from a previous dentist and it got sorted quick and effortlessly with a new filling. I usually dislike the dentist, but this was definitely a different experience .

Fantastic experience: Had my first in chair whitening treatment at the practice! The girls where so lovely and the Dentist was amazing. He took the time to explain any queries I had and really put me at ease. I was really nervous about getting treatment done! The results were really good!

Fantastic experience: My entire family have been seeing Dr Alison Evans for years and the kids absolutely adore her. She's gentle, patient and always meets us with a lovely smile every single visit. And the staff are always happy to help in any way. Have never thought of changing dentists ever since coming here.

Fantastic experience: Had a chipped/broken front tooth that happened on saturday morning. Rang on sunday morning and was in by lunchtime. Have just left after ONLY an hour and a half with a filled tooth that looks like nothing has happened. Im speechless as to how theyve fixed my tooth instantly. I was not expecting to be treated straight away. The dentist was very informative, professional and very efficient. I felt very comfortable and at ease. I am So very impressed and relieved. Will be my dentist from now on.

Negative experience: It is good they opened on a Sunday, however it is the worst dental clinic i have been to, there is no care factor, the dentist was not gental at all, and only offer one solution which later i found it is the worst solution of all, stright try to rush to me to do the root canel and payment plan! Later I went to my dentist, they give me the antibiotics and pain killer to settle the problem and said if they do't have to do the root canel, they won't, because that shortens the life of your tooth, this could just be one time thing. Imaging if I did root canel at smiling dental, how much would cost me and how much pain i would go through.......personally i would not recommend them at all......
