Fantastic experience: Friendly caring staff did and excellent job. Also of note is the assistant who was using the sucker was so good I did not have to swallow once- amazing

Fantastic experience: Halls Head Dental is the best, great dentists, hygienists and staff. Always first class treatment from start to finish, I highly recommended them.

Negative experience: I was told I needed 11 fillings and a splint. I went to a different dentist for a second opinion and was told I only needed 3 fillings and no splint as I’m not grinding just have a dominant chewing side and actually looked into what was causing the issues to start with not just say I needed all this work done and almost cost me $4000.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Halls Head Dental Centre as a new patient this morning. Dr Karishma was highly skilled, kind, very gentle, an excellent listener and respectful of my concerns and priorities which were discussed and addressed fully before any action was taken. The reception staff were equally wonderful, efficient, accommodating, friendly and relatable. Based on my experience this morning, and previously being very nervous about finding an excellent dentist who fits my needs for a skilled professional AND with a high level of respect and emotional intelligence, I am very happy to have found Dr Karishma, her assistant and this clinic and look forward to my appointments next week. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I came in to get my mouth looked at sometime mid December as I was in severe pain, I was told the cause was gingivitis and went through an immensely uncomfortable deep clean. Through this process, never once the dentist thought (OR SAW) I had a major abscess in my gum. After continuous pain, I actually had to go to another dentist the next day or two after (another $200) visit to immediately be told I do have an abscess and now need antibiotics. Awesome, I've now spent over $500 in dentistry and still am not fully recovered. I am now dealing with a second abscess as my gums are exposed and sensitive, an empty pocket and soreness that had lasted since before Christmas! You can not conclude every soreness on gums to be gingivitis. I agree there may have been evidence to suggest mild gingivitis but would never conclude this to be the cause of such pain! What an awful experience. I gave as much detail as I could surrounding my pain and still a whole abscess was undetected or even crossed a thought. Unbelievable. Will be contacting admin to discuss further.

Fantastic experience: My experience today was 1000% better than 6 months ago. Last time I had Christine who in my opinion is very poor at her job. I was ready to never return to the dental clinic but Eva changed my whole opinion. Apparently it was her 1st day and wow she is super impressive and very good at her job!!!! Please pass onto Eva.

Fantastic experience: I went here first time for the $199 regular check up. Both doctor and her assistant were very friendly and professional. They did amazing job with cleaning my teeth and fixing one tooth. The girls at reception also super friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back here as a new regular. Thanks team

Fantastic experience: My first experience with Falcon Dental was very positive. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment with my dentist of choice, Irene. She was very careful in examining my teeth and cleaned them well. I will be going back in 6 months for a follow up. I recommend Falcon Dental for an efficient and caring dental experience.

Positive experience: I’ve had several visits to halls head dental. Most have been satisfactory, if a bit expensive. Today’s was the most painful teeth cleaning that I can remember.

Fantastic experience: I met Dr. Irene Zhang (and her assistant) for the first time and she cleaned my teeth perfectly which was needed as last cleaning wasn’t thorough. She explained everything beautifully and offered to see me again (before the new cleaning date) if I still have pain. To me it seems that Dr Chris Lang wanted to hand me over permanently to Dr Irene Zhang, but didn’t say so. He did not even say hello when he came out with his patient - maybe he didn’t see me….? I was the only person at the reception desk. I was disappointed in his action towards me after many years seeing him. But I am very happy with Dr. Irene from now on! The ladies at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Hi, very recently I visited the dentist at Halls Head Dental Centre. I have a terrible phobia about going to the dentist. This, for me, was a huge effort. I was more than surprised and extremely happy with my treatment. This only could have happened because of the very competent and professional attitude of not only the dentist but all staff present on that day. Thank you for your understanding, I felt encouraged enough to make another appointment.

Positive experience: Developed a toothache, rang Halls Head Dental Centre they asked me to attend immediately. Very friendly staff at reception, the dentist and dental assistant were very professional, friendly and arranged a follow up appt within a week.

Negative experience: Very painful experience - I have had many dental scale and cleans in the past and have never had one that was so uncomfortable. Both the ladies were rough with pulling my mouth around and pushing the sucker down on my tongue. The scale part was also painful overall an unpleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional care given every time. Always makes you feel comfortable and reassured with genuine interest in their clients. Flawless professionalism shown through adults and children's needs over many, many years. From personal experience, thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: First visit, the ladies at front desk were lovely and kind enough to give my first consultation free as I didnt have an active bank card or any cash. Chris Laing was very thorough on examining my delicate chipped tooth (been chipped and fixed over 12 years). Then did an amazing job of fixing it, plus extra work on the tooth below to prevent further damage and he also quickly adjusted the colour of another wearing tooth that was translucent. Super stoked on the result!! Thanks team

Fantastic experience: The two ladies that dealt with my tooth extraction have taken a lot of my phobia with dentists away! Told me everything that was going to be done and was one of the least painful extractions I've ever had. Then there was the equally professional and charming lady at reception who explained what I needed to do as a follow up. Can't say enough good things really. Great location and facilities and staff that treat their patients brilliantly.

Negative experience: The worst admin I’ve ever dealt with. Rude, nasty and disrespectful. Quick to assume people’s financial situations based on a brief conversation over the phone regarding appointments and booking. Boycott at all costs.

Fantastic experience: If you want a fantastic dental experience go here. All the dentists are very knowledgeable and explain in detail any procedures that are required. I can get quite anxious before any treatment but Dr Ruan is so patient and caring. He reassures me, always checks I’m doing okay throughout and genuinely wants the best for you whilst in his care. Him and his nurse Julie are the perfect duo.

Fantastic experience: Having put off going to the dentist for more years than I can remember due to previous experiences of pain and horror, I was forced to find a dentist as I had bad tooth ache. From the moment I walked in to the clinic I was made to feel welcome and put completely at ease. Dr Helene gave me the "bad" news that I would need the tooth extracted and I made an appointment for a few days time. Dr Helene (and dental assistant Hayley) were absolutely great. I never even felt the local anaesthetic and I didn't even realise that the tooth had been removed. At all times Dr Helene made sure that I was comfortable and at ease - she is truly amazing - thank you. If it had been appropriate I would have given her a hug! Highly recommended and I will now be visiting on a regular basis.

Negative experience: Wife was charged over $6,000 for a single tooth implant which didn’t take well, she was then charged $360 to remove it as she was in so much pain. We were not even allowed to use our private healthcare card as the recieptionist said it didn’t cover implant removal, I asked if she could put it down as a normal removal so I could save $310, She didn’t even ask for me, just flatly refused with a very sour attitude. We’ll go to Bali next time.

Negative experience: I won't be coming back after this morning as my mother and I had driven 40 minutes for a 10 minute follow up consultation. We were refused service by the receptionist for being no more than 3 minutes late due to traffic. We were very calm but disappointed that we were treated with disrespect as if we were wasting your receptionists time. She was very cold and unhelpful. As a medical receptionist myself I felt like sending people away would have been something to check with a practice manager or the dentist I was suppose to be seeing. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but my family and I will be going elsewhere.

Negative experience: Very disappointed, last year l went there, the doctor damaged my tooth, it was simple tooth filling he missed to fill a part of my tooth he numbed it for a second time to fix but ... l had to visit the other doctoc couple times to fix it and save my teeth.
