Positive experience: While I was a patient here. Most of the time the staff were okay towards me. However one day I had a bad tooth ache, guess what happened, my mother insisted in going into the dentist's room as well. I got treated like I wasn't there. I was basically treated like I wasn't capable of answering for my self. The problem eventually got sorted after I moved to another town, where noone insisted on coming with me into the dentist's room.

Fantastic experience: This dentist is the best. When I was in Korea, I had my calculus removed once a year on a regular basis. After coming to Australia, I couldn't visit a dentist for two years, so I came to this place. Contrary to my concern, the reception desk staff, nurse and doctor were all friendly. In particular, Dr. Aya's skills were fantastic. I received a wonderful service here that exceeds the treatment I received in Korea. Next time I have a chance, I will definitely visit again and I will highly recommend this place to my friends.

Fantastic experience: These guys were amazing. I was on holiday and needed some urgent dental treatment. They managed to find me an urgent same day appointment, stifled their giggles at my predicament, and didn’t push the longer and more expensive treatment. I even got a discount. Everybody was professional and friendly and I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Coral Coast Dental for all oral care. Our family have attended the pracrice for several years, experiencing services from routine cleans to orthodontics. Dr Haddon was very informative, explaining all aspects of the extensive orthodontic treatment required for our daughter. He ensured we were aware of all of our options, we never once felt presured and always made our daughter feel at ease through every step. Ashley and Nat were fantastic when the time came to remove her braces, they were extreamly professional and supportive. We are so pleased with the end result, it has given our girl a new level of confidence. Overall the staff at Coral Coast provide a high level of service with beautiful big smiles. Our family will continue to be long term clients for all of our dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I am sure as many others going to the dentist is something we procrastinate, I was one of them. Fear, worry, pain, discomfort and many, many other reasons. Yesterday I went to Coral Coast dental and I was immediately greeted as a valued friend/ patient. The examination and service I received from Clinton was nothing I have ever had as a patient in the dental chair before. He was professional, gentle, reassuring, informative and thorough. I was also seen by the oral therapist for a clean and received the same friendly and gentle service. I can honestly say I walked in nervous and left so for want a better word HAPPY! Without hesitation I rebooked for another preventative clean in 6 months which I have never done or wanted to do after a dental visit. I really recommend this dental clinic to anyone. Thank you to all the staff for my first ever pleasant visit to a dentist ;)

Positive experience: The staff are so friendly and seem genuinely interested in what you are talking about especially Dr Haddons assistant, Holly who made me feel at ease. On the follow up phone call I received I explained that my bite wasn't quite right and I was asked to come back and it was corrected straight away, no charge which was great service.

Positive experience: I had a crown done on one of my front teeth which was difficult because it was going beside another crown in the front, the previous crown was done very poorly, to big, to long and came loose 12 hours before boarding a ship to go on a cruise, which left me 4 hours in the morning to find a dentist in Brisbane that could give me a front tooth to go on holidays. Dr, Kot & staff had a very nervous patient and did a great job from beginning to end. Thank you, I did appreciate having a job well done. Regards Susan

Fantastic experience: I have always received very friendly service and excellent treatments from all of the staff and dentists in your practice. I can now honestly say I enjoy my six monthly visits to the dentist (not something I could often claim in the past.) The take home "goodies" bag is a bonus I have not had from any other practice.

Fantastic experience: Right from the phone call to arriving at my appointment, Coral Coast Dental were very efficient and friendly. My visit to the hygienist Karlee was very pleasant and believe it or not very enjoyable. I found Karlee very easy to talk to and look forward to my next visit in 6months.

Negative experience: I am an 18 y/o student paying my own way through university in Brisbane with a bit of support from my parents. A few weeks ago my mother made an appointment with Coral Coast Dental to have 2 of my wisdom teeth removed as they had been giving me trouble since July. It was also important that I get the treatment done before the end of the year as I had a government dental voucher, with $800 left on it, which would otherwise expire. My mother mentioned this to the receptionist when making the booking, to whom it made complete sense. The receptionist went so far as agreeing that was the best plan of attack. Once I had the 2 teeth removed the dentist suggested taking out the other 2 wisdom teeth while he was at it. My father was in the reception area and was asked to pay whilst I was still receiving treatment, it was then that Dad was told (keeping me out of the know) that the govt. voucher would only cover 1 extraction. The reason for this is that Coral Coast Dentist will only cover 1 extraction a day (their choice) even though there were sufficient funds on this voucher to cover at least 2 teeth! Who gets one extraction a day? Dentists do not recommend this. I was never told, previous to or during surgery, that the treatment would not be covered by my govt. voucher. Now I have $500 left on the voucher that will go to waste. My parents have argued the point with Coral Coast Dental but they refuse to take any responsibility for their complete lack of communication and professionalism. I received an email two weeks later, after trying to negotiate, stating that if "Coral Coast Dental cannot reach a therapeutic understanding, it is better you seek any further treatment at a different dental practice". Good. Going back to my original dentist.

Firstly, at the front desk, are the most friendly, thoughtful, professional staff who go out of their way to make you feel respected and welcome. Then I was put at ease immediately by the wonderful nurse, Jessica. Dr Gabriel is very friendly, gentle and professional. I liked his explanations of everything he was doing and the constant checking of my comfort. The surgery is equipped with the very latest equipment. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Haddon's and also worked at this practice. I had my orthodontics done with Dr Haddon and I am so grateful for my amazing smile, thank you for taking the time to explain all my options and being patient with my treatment. I also had whitening done with Karlee and she was so gentle. My smile is now brighter and whiter. I had the privilege of working along all of these beautiful, generous and kind people and I am going to miss them everyday!
