Fantastic experience: 5 stars for this small family dental clinic At first, I was afraid it would be very painful, but no, it didn't hurt at all, the dentist was very gentle, kind, and compassionate. Fantastic experience: I Cannot recommend Dr. May highly enough. She has made going to the dentist an almost enjoyable task. She is warm, welcoming and creates a judgment free environment. She is so thorough with her assessments and provides really targeted oral hygiene education. Her cleans deserve a special mention too as Dr. May is the gentlest dentist I have ever visited!

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr May, now many times Over the past few months as i had neglected my teeth care avoiding Dental visits due to the memory of past dentist being more like butchers rough and brutal. My wife convinced me to see Dr may who has now done 9 fillings on me so far she is amazing very gentle and so far I have experienced no pain during any of her treatments, thanks to Dr May my teeth are now being looked after and I am happy to return as and when required , if every dentist was as wonderful at there job as doc May no one would need fear a visit to the dentist .thank you so much Dr May and thank you Stockton / Medowie Dental.

Positive experience: Dentist was great as were the staff. Very friendly and considerate. I will go back for sure. Was also very reasonably priced. It would have been good to get the medical form beforehand rather than fill it out in the waiting room. Some of the information I did not have on me and had to make phone calls to get it. Also I was told they would ring me if the dentist was running late and that did not happen so I rushed for no reason.

Negative experience: Took x-rays and then filled a tooth he knew was infected, didn't mention it or offer antibiotics, lost that tooth 6 weeks later at the Medowie office, happy to tell me about the infection after the extraction. AVOID them both!

Fantastic experience: Staff were helpful & Dr May put me at ease with my procedures, all lovely staff from front desk to dentist, highly recommend, I've been to both Stockton & Medowie & I wouldn't go anywhere else. I even had 3 fillings no needles as my choice, they accommodated me & let me know what to expect each step of the way, I wouldn't have it any other way! They were so gentle & not a bad experience at all.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from a toothache so I rang Stockton Dental and was given an appointment for an hour later. The dentist and assistant were both friendly and helpful. The dentist explained the problem and gave me a script for antibiotics and pain meds. While I was there I thought I'd get another filling replaced, which he did (without anaesthetic) and was completely painless. Everything went so smoothly. Top marks from me.

Fantastic experience: Supposed to come in on 11/3 but their water chair for me to do my filling didn’t work. Reschedule to 13/3 and was about 5 minutes late but the team was understanding and service was good. Anna the receptionist even helped me out with my little one. Thanks Dr Kim and team!

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth removed from there and I am grateful to the dentists as they were so acumen, and clear on diagnosing, and explaining with great patience. After two days of tooth removal, I am feeling no pain, no swelling hence decided to write this review for my "awesome" dentist experience.

Fantastic experience: This is a family friendly business. You feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. The dentist is gentle and explains all the possible options. Great service in a convenient location - Mitchell Street, Stockton.

Negative experience: Didn't deliver everything I asked for. Phone doesn't get answered, just goes to message bank - though they do call back. Felt over charged for what was delivered.

Positive experience: Lovely dentist who is gentle and puts the nervous ones at ease. All the girls are friendly and professional and they tend to run on time most of the time.
