Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for a couple of years now after Dr James was referred to me by another patient. Dr James, along with all the staff have been amazing from day one. Their service has been nothing short of outstanding. Julie at reception is always warm and welcoming. Dr James takes the necessary time to provide the care required and explanations whenever he may notice my uncertainties regarding any of my procedures or treatments, which have included, root canals and implants. I don't enjoy dental visits, but at least I know I'm in good hands with Dr James. I cannot thank him and all his staff enough. Highly recommended! Deserving a lot more than 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much Dr James and your lovely assistant Ahlam for my treatment over the last couple of weeks. I had an implant done by another dentist at another clinic. It had failed. After researching local dentists in the area, I came across Fairfield Dental Care. Dr James removed my implant and put a new one in. No pain and such an affordable price. I can’t thank you enough!! I will definitely be back for all my regular cleans.

He listened to my concerns and double checked on me during the entire process. I'm really happy I came here! It's my regular dentist now. Also started doing Invisalign and onto Week 2. Currently very happy :)

Positive experience: I am very happy with Dentist James's my first consultation with him was very good he explained the procedure very clearly now l have 4 implants done by him and his team is also very good. I gave him 4 stars because l have to wait for another 6 months before its completion.

Fantastic experience: Recently I decided to do a dental implant. My family and I’ve been visiting Dr Etcell’s practice for the past 20 years. He introduced me to his colleague Dr James. All the staff at his practice are very friendly and Dr James was wonderful. He explained step by step what he was doing which was very comforting. The implant surgery was really easy, fast and had no real pain thereafter. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend.

They make the experience going to the dentist enjoyable and I can't wait to go back for my checkup! Dr Etcell was so very gentle with my Wife for her Extraction. My Child Saw Belinda the children's dentist for the very first time seeing a Dentist. Belinda is amazing with children. Negative experience: Wednesday 19 September, 10:04 am lady answered extremely rude and just hanged up on me for asking a few question, unacceptable behaviour and unprofessional.

Positive experience: These people are great. Brilliant people skills and customer service. Ive known Dr Etcell and Dr Mollocco for over 20 years and I keep coming back to them.

Fantastic experience: It’s my first experience using Dr. Etcell and his Dental Hygienists practice. This is not a review but a recommendation. The reader may be urged to visit Dr. Etcell and his team based on my personal experience. Dr. Etcell examined the condition of each individual tooth and gum condition supported by a couple of x-rays for deeper investigation. Dr. Etcell used an Intraoral Digital Camera that streamed pictures onto a large monitor convenient for my viewing pleasure. Still pictures are taken of problematic tooth or gum and printed for my retention. Seeing pictorial evidence of work required enabled me to comprehend the necessity to undergo a treatment plan, this was put in writing detailing the sequential visits required for the various stages of teeth restoration. The diagnosis was given in plain language which didn’t leave any doubts or questions regarding dental reparation. The pictures told the story! My treatments were painless and comfortable throughout every session. Dr.Etcell doesn’t use antiquated Syringe (Injections) but “The Wand” which delivers a computer regulated flow of anesthetic, this allows consistent and accurate anesthesia delivery below the patient’s pain threshold for any injection, every time. This automatic delivery significantly reduces inflammation at the injection site, yielding superior soft tissue response, and makes it possible to perform Single Tooth Anesthesia, a technique that is not possible with traditional syringe injection. If your Dentist is ill equipped with diagnostic tools to explore, show, explain and painlessly repair your teeth I urge you to visit Dr. Etcell just to check your teeth and gums. You need to know the condition of your teeth and gums and whether treatment is required based on digital pictures taken during your visit. If your dentists doesn’t have the equipment you are already disadvantaged and not getting maximum value out of the dental practitioner. Dr.Etcell is very friendly and a compassionate human being. Rebecca in reception phoned me to remind of appointments and followed up next day to ensure I was recovering with no discomfort. Lovely and courteous lady who makes me feel special and appreciative of my support for their practice. The female Dental Hygienist spent one hour cleaning my teeth. It was the most thorough cleansing procedure I’ve ever had and my teeth look brilliantly white. My friends need to wear sun glasses when looking at my teeth now LOL. The Dental Hygienist were diligent and my experience in the chair was relaxing to the point of feeling sleepy. So gentle and comfortable in the chair. I wish this site provided scope to give Dr.Etcell and his team 10 stars, 5 stars doesn’t even come close in rating this professional dental practice!

Every 6 months i have been seeing Alice (dental hygienist) at Dr Etcell's Dental Practice and I could not speak highly enough about Alice's skill, care, gentle hands and professionalism. I am always commenting on how much I enjoy going to the dentist because every experience I've had at the practice has been wonderful and pain free. I recommend Dr Etcell and Alice, the Hygienist, to everyone I know. I always look forward to seeing Alice as she is lovely and does such an amazing job that I request her every time. She does all the cleaning and scaling herself with ease and never causes harm. After every appointment, regardless the proceedure, I come out all smiles.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing the Dental Hygienist Alice for a few years, and I really satisfy with her professional dental care. I also bring my son to see her because she is so gentle and careful not just to the Adults but also to the kids. My son has never had any complaint to see dental specialist. The adminstration team also provides excellent service to the patients. When I had any request, they tried their best to follow up and did as much as possible to fulfill my request. They are very friendly and helpful.

They treat me with dignity and respect and are caring, kind and gentle to my children as well. Everything is explained simply with honesty.
