Fantastic experience: I have been going to Renee for several years now and I have found her to be very knowledgeable and skilful. I have never been nervous going to the dentist, but I imagine her calm manner would put a client at ease if they were anxious. She gives a clear explanation of what she’s going to do at the appointment and gives feedback at the end of the appointment and recommendations for self-care. I’ve been going to Dr Renee Rathie & Associates, from the very start of this Surgery in Solander Rd Kings Langley, I was recommended to go there years ago and saw a sign that i related to (WE CATER TO COWARDS ) the rest is history, I still,like so many of us don’t like to go to the Dentist but I must admit I’m much more at ease now, Dr Renee is so gentle and makes me feel comfortable and understands my fear, all I can say is if you can relate to this go and see Dr Renee and her team you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Id give 10 out of 5 stars if I could! I sliced my finger at a job nearby and the customer recommended this practice just to get it looked at. The reception lady was very kind to squeeze me in to see a nurse, and the nurse was fantastic, even a doctor popped in for a second to confirm it wasn't too serious. Extremely impressed with the service and help! I only wish I lived nearby so they could be my regular practice! Thanks to the team really grateful for your help.

Fantastic experience: Chipped my front tooth at 4.30 on a Thursday night. lisa squeezed me in within an hour Renee is a wonderful Dentist would highly recommend them .

Negative experience: I left the place in more pain than I went in with. I asked for a tooth extraction only to be talked in to a filling that I didn’t want or need. They wrote me a prescription for the strongest antibiotics you can get. They were not needed. I returned four days later to insist on a tooth extraction and know one was there so I called there phone hoping someone would answer and it went straight to their message bank, where I left them a message telling them about my pain . They called me back late, the next day, telling me my tooth is cracked and they can’t pull it out and it was beyond them. I communicated with the owner of the place that I was unhappy and in pain, and I’ll be leaving a review of my experience there only for her to tell me that if it is a bad review, she will tell her lawyers and take me to court. In the end she randomly refunded me my money (this was the only good thing about this place) otherwise I would steer clear of this place. This was my experience

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this Dental Surgery for many many years and have seen some changes in Dentists and Staff over this time - I have NEVER had a bad experience - either previously or at the present time. The present team led by Dr. Renee Rathi (who sets a high standard) are friendly, professional and right up to date with the latest techniques in dentistry. You are ALWAYS consulted before any decisions are made including pricing and other options available. If you are one of those people who get ULTRA stressed going to the dentist this is the dental practice for you!!! Right from when you enter the door you are greeted by someone who will identify if you are nervous and put you at ease - Reception is where your first impressions are formed - you will not be disappointed in that regard - the Receptionist is friendly professional and VERY knowledgeable able to answer any questions you may have regarding types of dental work they do and dental hygiene- it has a calm atmosphere and all staff are wonderful - no exceptions. Most of all the quality of dentistry performed is of the highest standard which is exactly what everyone hopes for.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this dentist for years and highly recommend. Renee is always caring, friendly and more importantly gentle. She makes you feel at ease no matter the procedure. She always explains the best treatment options. I never feel I have been overcharged. The assistants are always lovely and Lisa on the front desk is alway very friendly and efficient, following up if there is a cancellation to get you in earlier or helping when it’s an emergency to fit you in.

Negative experience: Not what it used to be, beware! After this practice changed staff (or ownership) a few years ago I returned for a regular annual check up. I was told I needed multiple fillings and was x rayed on site to confirm. I was surprised and wanted a second opinion. I then went to a long time family dentist at another practice who could not find any cavities at all and was equally surprised at the suggestion. Needless to say I have never returned. (This was approx. 2 years ago). Do yourself a favour before undergoing unnecessary work, get another dentist.

My issue was discussed in depth, as was the proposed treatment route. This is definitely a place I would come back to for dental health care.

She had to have a wisdom tooth removed and was petrified! Renee and all the staff involved were so patient and kind and assuring. Positive experience: Disappointing. Having recently moved into the area I was in need of a new dentist. Not an enjoyable task but I was immediately impressed with Dr Rathi. I needed some specialist work done and was referred accordingly. After having 2 implants done at an out of pocket cost in excess of 10K I had to return to Dr Rathi for the crowns. Numerous attempts to schedule an appointment went unanswered so after 2 weeks I was left with dropping into the surgery to find out what was happening. I was informed that even though they had recommended me to the specialist they didn't actually carry the right tools to complete the job and fit the crowns. I was told by the receptionist that they had been trying to contact the specialist and the manufacturer of the implants to source the correct tool. I was even asked to follow up the specialist on their behalf. Trick was, when I contacted the specialist they hadn't even heard anything from Dr Rathi. So on top of not returning my calls they were flat out lying about trying to help. I've now been referred by the specialist to another dentist who I can't get in to see for over a month and have to pay $200 extra just for the initial consultation. What a dogs breakfast! This dentist may have a good bed side manner but their skills in running a business needs attention. I would have liked to of made them my dentist for years to come but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. Pun intended.

Negative experience: Where do i begin... Renee started my son's orthodontic treatment (braces) almost 2 yrs in she tells me his almost done.. she hurts her arm and just like that referrers me to continue with some one else.. (Long story short)Turns out my son was nowhere near finished but she had done a horrible job and needed to re-do his treatment which on top of what Renee charged (5.5k)me i had to pay 8k n another 2 years with my son's treatment. Despite a number off emails.. phone calls and coming into the clinic to ask for some type of compensation and just to talk to her as i had so many questions she ghosted me.. refused to see me or take my calls.. she even pretended to not be in.. A detailed report from an orthodontist stating the issue that my son had and she to this day never stepped up to own it.. not even an apology.. Nothing..My son now runs the risk of teeth scaring from having the treatment go on for so long. AVOID Completely..

The team at kings Langley were so friendly, kind and had manage to squeeze an appointment in for me as my wedding was a week later. Positive experience: Reception is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. While I was getting treatment the reception lady walked in over 3 times to have a chat to the assistant I felt very uncomfortable. It is disappointing as the dental surgeon was very good at her job it’s too bad her employees have lack of respect

Fantastic experience: I am always worried to go and visit a dentist because of the pain that comes after the treatment, but I had a totally different experience here comparing all my past visits to other dentists were very painfull. The proffesionals at Kings Langley Dental Surgery, Dr Renee and her assistant Kam took great care of me made me feel like I was at home. Dr Renee gave me honest advice and successfully conducted an RCT treatment of my lower right hand molars and I feel great now because I no longer feel any senstivity pain. I would undoubtedly recommend this place to all my family, friends and anyone looking for genuine treatment or advice for all their oral hygiene needs.

I was absolutely terrified to have my wisdom tooth extraction, dr Rathi took her time to calm me down and relax prior the procedure, actual extraction took second and I didn’t even know when was done as she was talking to me. Fantastic experience: Best dental practice I have ever been to. Like many I use to have the biggest fear going to the dentist, not anymore. Dr Rathi is amazing, she knows puts me at ease every time I go there, I was going to an expensive dentist at Northmead Churchill dentist where they would put pressure on me to get all these treatments. Dr Rathi is honest and you don't feel pressured. My two sons go there and she gave an honest opinion with my son get braces, she did say it wasn't necessary, she could have said yes just for the money ( they do braces there) my other son has autism so he has a lot of anxiety, but Dr Rathi is so good with him, he doesn't mind going to the dentist now. I find the pricing is excellent, compared to other practices I've been to in the past. Another bonus is the gas, which is a huge relief. Also the needles I have had there I never feel them. So if you are a nervous patient do yourself a favour and go here.

Fantastic experience: I had crooked teeth, braces was not an option for me as I was getting married in two months. Dr Rathi suggested me a combination of cap n veneers on my front teeth. Started with teeth whitening first it took couple weeks to get the desired colour. After which she placed veneers and caps on my 6 teeth. During these procedure I had temporary caps on and they were not the best to look at as I guess it was temporary. But gee when the final caps were placed I was so happy with them and now I can show a big smile for the photography at my wedding. Very happy with the dentist and the beautiful job done by her...

Positive experience: The staff was very helpful I was immediately seen on the same day when I was in pain. After the treatment i was so relived and was out of pain. I had heard stories about root canal being painful but I had no discomfort during the treatment rather I feel asleep on the dental chair. The dentist was very gentle. I have two more sitting to go and with the last experience I'm no longer nervous for the next dental treatment. Would definitely recommend.
