She explains everything clearly and makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. The clinic is clean, the team is friendly, and the care is always outstanding. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My teeth are sensitive. I changed to Bupa Mortdale after a bad experience at another practice resulted in my sensitivity. Dr Lee took the time to listen to my needs. Cleaning was done using appropriate methods and she provided good advice on dealing with sensitive teeth.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had a very pleasant visit to Bupa Dental - Mortdale this week. We appreciated the clean and organised practice and kindness of the staff. We had a great first-time experience with George, who was knowledgeable, kind and thorough. The service we received was fast but caring and the practice had excellent modern technology and gadgets!

Negative experience: Be careful, do not visit this Bupa Dental Mortdale!!! We went to different Bupa Dentals for the past 8 years and never need to pay any out of pocket costs for our regular 6 months checkup as we are Bupa policy holders, we are eligible for no gap dental. For the past 2 years, we started going to Bupa Dental Mortdale. Dr Kong was looking after us and she is lovely. The last time we went we saw Dr Kong again, they asked for gap payment but eventually "waived" it when we brought up it should be "no gap". Recently this time we saw Dr Nadir (even though we booked Dr Kong) they asked us to pay for gap payment of $89. We said it should be "no gap dental" according to Bupa but the receptionists said there is nothing she can do, she can reduce it to $69 (?) and made us pay for it. I am very disappointed and I think we will not return to this Bupa Dental Mortdale anymore, they obviously overcharge and do not care about their customers.

Negative experience: Hi The Practice Manager Trudy needs to change her patronising and unpleasant attitude or change her job. Very difficult Bupa Clinic to deal with. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them. Plenty of better clinics around with more pleasant staff to deal with.

Fantastic experience: Bupa Dental Mortdale made my dental experience so easy. I usually have great anxiety visiting the dentist, however Dr Nader was so professional and calming. Everything was so clean. I highly recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: Disgusting receptionist, I book my apt from last week and I forget what time it was and Im calling them from 1 pm no one answer. I ask them why you didn’t send the verification appointment they said they don’t have my number I gave them everything on last week. They waste my time worst bupa dental clinic, that’s why you guys having 3.7 rating u deserved 1.3 rating in future.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend using this Dental Practice/Surgery. They were so responsive and booked us with short notice which I really appreciated. My son was so nervous and they put him at ease. Amazing team from start to finish. The process of having the tooth removed was painfree and my son felt relaxed. Their ability to relate and put their patient at ease was the best we have had. BUPA covered the cost so even better. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: Would not recommend this clinic at all, dentist did not clean teeth properly there were still some plaque left near the gums. He cleaned the teeth very quickly and only went through once without going back to check if he's missed anything (I felt like he missed several spots). He was also very rough during the clean making it a very painful experience. I don't have sensitive teeth and normally don't experience too much discomfort at other practices, this was a horrible experience. The dentist would disregard your opinion that you don't want an x-ray and also would just walk off without an explanation, leaving you in the room alone waiting. Please just go to another dental clinic, don't waste your time and money here.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say Dr Nader and his DA Philly are amazing they take there time to explain what they are going to do I have seen Dr Nader 4 times including today amazing service from the moment you walk into the clinic it is spotless receptionist today took her time to explain my gap and re booked my next appointment she was very professional and pleasant to deal with even those they had lots of people in clinic and phones ringing nothing was a bother for her if I could give 10 starI would everything about this clinic is a 10

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would give it less that one star if I could…. The receptionist and front desk stuff are super rude when I call and this happened few times not only ones. Like why work if you hate talking to people!! I called them today and begged them to see my child for an emergency, the lady was so so rude and not compassionate at all. They overcharged me for my children appointments and this has happened few times. Yes it’s close to home but I rather drive and go somewhere with better customer service and nicer staff.

Negative experience: Had a bad experience here! Dr Nadir is nice but i think the way they are running the practice isn’t organised at all. After initial consultation I wasn’t given a treatment plan and was overcharged. I was expecting a treatment plan and cost breakdown rather that just next appointment date! I even asked for it but was told that they don’t provide any treatment plan which was surprising. After multiple follow up over the phone and in person I got the refund for the extra charge!

Negative experience: This practice is clearly don't want any businesses. They have cancelled our bookings 3 times which we have booked online 3 weeks in advance. And once I have booked for myself online, showed up on time for my appointment. Waited for 15mins to talk to a rude receptionist with the attitude and got told that there was no booking under my name. No apologies or trying to get me another appointment asap. Give me a clod face and no eye contact while talking. I just had enough of that bi..th and walked out the door. You better go somewhere that take their work seriously and have respect for the clients.

Negative experience: Warning for anyone that has or is experiencing any forms of abuse or DV that this practice may be a potential trigger.. The unprofessional, disgusting and unacceptable abusive behaviour from Dr Dawoud towards 2 female staff members while I waiting for a family member to finish their appointment. I would like to thank the older female staff member (she was one of the females being abused) who came outside looking for me to apologise for his behaviour and her professionalism in putting her own emotions aside and her ability notice reactions and personal behaviour As the doctors tone and physical mannerisms was an unexpected trigger. They follow on effect to this situation has caused a number of issues for my family and we will not be returning to clinic

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the team at this dental practice. Very friendly and professional. I booked as a first time patient for a routine dental check. Dr John Dawoud was very thorough ably assisted by his assistant. Left having had my teeth cleaned too. Next routine check in 6 months already booked.

Negative experience: Dr. nader is the best dentist I’ve ever had. My partner and I keep coming back because of him. As per the receptionist, please replace her. Is like speaking to a wall, she just doesn’t care about anything. I have tried to explain a few things to her and she replies with attitude and with another answer that has nothing to do with the issue. How did she get this job? She has 0 customer service and 0 solution orientated. Naden had to do her job because I was going nowhere with her, and I’ve had years of customer service and heaps of patience and this woman is one of the worst I’ve encountered. Please change her! It cannot get worse than her

Fantastic experience: The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Procedures are always explained in much detail to me and I feel like I can trust my dentist 100% to always have my best interest, health and wellbeing at heart. I appreciate that my dentist always observes potential problems first for a period of time and only does what is absolutely neccessary.

Negative experience: Paid 132 $ out of pocket (total charge was 372 $!!!) for simple dental check-up, x-ray and fluoride treatment for my wife. I asked several times whether this simple check-up will be covered from my health fund or not. And, they assured me it will. But at the end, ended up paying 132 $. Be careful and be absolutely sure beforehand that you don't need to pay anything in such cases.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nader Dawoud is an excellent dentist. Very methodical and walks you through the whole procedure step by step. High communication and patient care as well as being so knowledgeable as well as his integrity and sincerity are things that made the experience very positive

Fantastic experience: My very first visit to Bupa Dental clinic here in Australia and I felt like being welcomed at home. I had to rush in as soon after the appointment was confirmed as the tooth pain became unbearable and Chantall took no time to get done with the initial formalities. Dr Lee and her assistant Dora started the treatment right away and I must say, the job was well executed. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely pass on the word to my connections.

Fantastic experience: I occasionally write reviews, and only do so when I am honestly impressed with something, why not, people need to know where they can find good things right! This is a beautiful well run practice, such a lovely warm bunch of people. I am a nervous patient, but everyone made me feel at ease and welcomed. They have exceptional standards offering high quality work and great customer service. Would highly recommend this surgery to anyone looking for dental work to be done, I visit this practice minimum 3 times a year and am never disappointed.
