Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I found Bayside family dental, I'm a bit phobic of dentists and an anxious person in general, but the whole team here made me feel comfortable, safe and dignified through the whole process. Lisa took time and care to discuss my options and explain everything really well to me which I really appreciated. All of the dentists and assistants just have a lovely bedside manner, I'm no longer terrified of having dental work done, my oral health has never been better. Fantastic experience: I needed to see a dentist recently after ignoring a problem with one of my teeth for a while. I'm very nervous about going to a dentist under any circumstances. I'm so glad I chose Bayside Family Dental. Lisa was an absolute delight to deal with from the moment she spoke with me over the phone, to when I entered the clinic and throughout my procedure. Lisa was so gentle and considerate. She talked me through what she was going to do and kept explaining what she was doing right through. Towards the end, I was relaxed and calm. Lisa did a great job in how she filled the cavity in my tooth. It has settled and feels so good. There's been no discomfort at all.

Fantastic experience: Lisa is an absolute tooth fairy! And I have no problem at all recommending her to everyone. I have severe anxiety around teeth and the dentist due to previous bad experiences but from the moment I called list up two years ago she had been nothing short of accommodating and caring. Along with perfect friendliness, I always know what she is telling me is the truth and I trust her judgement to no end. She knows what she’s doing, and she does it with kindness.

Fantastic experience: After coming down from East Gippsland to attend a funeral I unfortunately broke a tooth. I got in quite quickly as I needed to remove the tooth. A great job done by all the team in a very difficult extraction and am feeling fine after one day. Thanks again to all the staff for all their support and reassurance ❤️

Negative experience: I would not recommend this dental surgery at all. After spending a lot of money and receiving bad cosmetic dental work I had to go to another surgery to fix up their terrible doggy works. They were very happy to take my money and charge me extra to fix their bad repairs. They did not ever once give me a follow up call to check up on me. NO DUTY OF CARE

I found Bayside Family Dental from my sister who goes there for her checkups. I saw Lisa Vokes & would recommend her to anyone who needs a checkup etc & her prices were much better you will be surprised. I have seen Lisa now 3 times for my 6 months checkups I've had with her & no problems at all. I call Lisa or booked online for appointments. Lisa Vokes will help you for the first time when you meet her like she did for me from moving from my previous dentist to Bayside Family Dental & doing better dental work for me on my teeth than from my previous dentist. From all the other google reviews you can see for Lisa I would Highly recommend going to Bayside Family Dental for your dental treatments. (because I now don’t fear the dentist haha!!!)The staff at the office were friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The dentist Dr Nathalin Thea was very thorough in explaining the procedures and answering all of my questions. I appreciated that they took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The office itself was clean and modern, and I felt like they had the latest technology and equipment to provide top-notch care. The dentist was gentle and efficient, and I didn't experience ANY! pain during my visit!!! Overall, I had a great experience at the dentist and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a friendly and professional dental experience. Fantastic experience: I’ve never felt compelled to review a dentist because well….it’s a dentist but Bayside Family Dental are so worthy of the 5 stars and the kind words. I didn’t realise you could enjoy visiting a dentist however, Lisa and the team are not only super skilled and professional, they’re kind and warm too. I’ve experienced above and beyond service and my husband has also been so well looked after by this practice. We recently took our toddler for her first dental check up and it was delightful, they are just so family friendly. I’ve found the cost of services to be much less than what I’ve paid in the past, however the experience is always beyond my expectations. Lisa and the team are the best and you’ll be in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I have always hated going to the dentist! It terrifies me and I am sure I am not alone in this feeling. So if you are like me this is the place for you!! All the team are welcoming and very good at making you feel comfortable and at ease when you are sitting in that terrifying chair. They remember you by name and the previous conversations you have had, they really make you feel part of the family. I would recommend these guys time and time again.

Fantastic experience: Had emergency root canal for a decayed tooth, in all sorts of pain, but I’m so glad I came here. Dr Nathalin was extremely knowledgeable and skilful, explained every step of the procedure and gave options too. Really appreciated this because some dentists are forceful with their approach. I was so nervous going in but these guys are top class pros and couldn’t recommend them more. In a weird way, getting a root canal was a ‘good experience’. That’s how awesome these miracle workers are! Thank you to Lisa as well.

Fantastic experience: Lisa Vokes is simply the best! I have 2 children and she is just amazing with them. She is so gentle and manages to calm very nervous kids with ease. My kids say they will only get their teeth cleaned by Lisa. - Happy Mum!

Negative experience: I would never go back here. I went in on a Saturday as I had a toothache and my usual dentist was closed. When the dentist inspected my tooth she immediately suggested a root canal or an extraction, both of which would have cost me upwards of 1k. I told her I had recently had 2 fillings and she explained that the fillings had killed a nerve. I decided to wait to see my usual dentist on the Monday. He told me it was nothing of the sort and was a mere matter of polishing the fillings down. It's Wednesday and my tooth has no pain and I am thankful for my dentist who recognised it wasn't a dead nerve. Bayside Family Dental saw me as a cash opportunity and lacked integrity and patient care. Dont trust them.

Fantastic experience: I emailed the team nervious about my enquiry on my lunch break and they replied to me so promplty and did there best to stay in contact with me untill i finished work on the saturday in the afternoon and waited patiently for me to come to the clinic and on the same day i got treatment for my teeth and left with an amazing experience !! 10/10 definately will return to get regular checkups, i am so thankful for there service and will be telling my family and friends about my awesome experience!

Fantastic experience: For anyone who, like myself have been putting off seeing a dentist forever and a day, go and see these guys. I have had to get a thorough clean which requires a few sessions. Although very nervous, Lisa was very caring and had me at ease the first time that made this such a pleasant experience, I subsequently came back for another three sessions in as many weeks. Don’t put off seeing a dentist like I did. You are in good hands with these guys.
