Visiting the dentist can often be daunting, but the team here—from the reception staff to the clinical practitioners—makes the entire experience comfortable and positive. Dr Marios is a magician when it comes to dental work, he’s also one of the nicest guys you'll meet. Thank you for all your help this year. My most recent visit involved significant treatment: multiple fillings and a root canal. Dealing with these procedures could have been stressful, but the care I received was truly exceptional. Dr Marios was incredibly professional, walked me through every step of the process, and prioritized my comfort throughout each of the treatments. The root canal treatment, often feared, was performed with precision and surprising ease. I felt no discomfort during or after the procedure, and the results have been perfect. Similarly, fillings were handled efficiently and look fantastic. The clinic is clean, and the booking process is seamless. Fantastic experience: Doctor Marios, Martha and the entire team at Alpha Health are compassionate and kind practitioners who genuinely try to make going to the dentist somewhat pleasant. Doctor Marios always shows patience and makes it a safe environment no matter if it is a routine check up to an emergency tooth ache/ pain. My partner and I both started to see Doctor Marios last year and always leave feeling very happy. They never make you feel uncomfortable or judged and it truly makes you want to return. I’d highly recommend visiting if you’re living in Alexandria/ inner west/ city area.

I had braces many years ago, but unfortunately, my teeth had moved a great deal and I was so unhappy with my smile. From start to finish, the experience was incredible. Fantastic experience: Well.. This is VERY genuine review and NO ONE suffered because of dental issues like me.. Over 5 dental operations and changed my 32 crowns 3 times full mouth and 1 time 16 tooth 112 crown operation and more more into that during each process.. Long story short.. All the 4 operations failed in Turkey.. I came to this clinic because it's very close to my home and it's my first in here... Oh man.. After over 18 months of pain and suffering and no diagnosis and no hope and pain every meal and losing 45kg... This beautiful angel doctor and his team receptionist, assistance and this AMAZING Young experienced human doctor.. By his experience and touches made me pain go away in not time like non of the doctors before him. He is amazing in energy, vibes, professionalism, experience.. The team is very welcoming, loving and professional...also flexible and fair. It's the first time in my life to feel good and happy going to dentist. Thank you Alpha Clinic team.. I was thinking of leaving Australia for the cost of dental care but you literally made my life better.. You made a difference in how I feel daily.. Thank you. Lots of love and respect

Negative experience: I have booked an appointment for my four years old routine dental check-up via the phone number provided on their google profile based on ’too good to be true five-star ratings’. It was at 5:30 pm. My wife picked my little one from daycare went to the place. The door was locked. Rang the doorbell a few times on street level. Despite all lights we're on at reception level none came down and opened the door. She called me I said wait maybe someone will show up soon. She waited there with my 4 yrs old at street level for half an hour, run into another angry customer such as her. I’ve called the number which I made the booking they said they don't know what is going on since they are physically not available there! But they provide a kind of distant call service. What a joke! Since none was available at the premises, Most probably dentist had an innovative solution to do the work over the phone! Anyway, despite my calls and being treated as a dummy client, no one called me back for an excuse or apology. My conclusion: This place is not real. Distant reception services, no dentist, no call back. Don't waste your time, find somewhere real.
