Negative experience: I reached out as a potential new costumer to ask for a schedule of rates. Never got in contact with me - makes me think they are transparent in their pricing. I'll avoid any services which I don't know the fees upfront. I contacted the other dental services provider in Maylands and they were happy to provide me their schedule of rates.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dental Experience! I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The dentist explained every step clearly and was very gentle throughout the procedure. The clinic is clean, modern, and runs on time — I never felt rushed. I really appreciate their care and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality dental care and a comfortable experience!

Fantastic experience: The simple shop front of Insight Dental in Maylands could be deceptive to the average passerby but don’t be fooled, behind the scenes is a highly skilled team of dental professionals. I speak from experience having had a crown made and fitted recently, all on the same day. I was in and out so quickly it was amazing. The dentist consulted with the technicians in the same building, digital photos were taken of the exposed fracture in the tooth, the technician got on with making it and I returned later the same day and had the new crown fitted. A perfect match! It is now more than two weeks since that visit and I haven’t had a moment’s bother with the new crown. I highly recommend Insight Dental and by the way, they are also very nice people.

Fantastic experience: One of the most professional and friendly dental clinic in the state. I was told by another dentist that i require a crown. After a thorough assessment and an X-ray, the dentist at the Insight Dental Studio reassured me that that tooth will last me another 5 years and nothing needs to be done!This level of honesty is unfortunately rare these days… Thank you. Fantastic experience: *Update One year later and I’m still so happy we found Kat. Both my kids have sensory issues and Kat is incredibly kind and patient with them. She has successfully done 2 fillings on my daughter in the chair. I thought for sure she was going to have to be put under general anaesthesia! Thank you Kat! Original Review- My 3yo had her first check up with Kat today. Kat was so fantastic with her and completely put her at ease. She told my daughter what she was doing with each tool and asked her permission before doing anything. I was really impressed and my daughter left thinking the dentist is the funnest place ever

Fantastic experience: Had such an amazing experience with the team here for my take home teeth whitening kit. The receptionists were so lovely and Kat did an amazing job at explaining the whole process to me and making me feel comfortable throughout. The service was also great with my teeth trays being ready less than 24 hours after the impression of my teeth was taken. I am so happy with the results and my teeth look so much whiter without being too expensive!

Kat took the time to educate me about everything from my gum type and how to care for it, checking for facial and oral cancers, and even allied health options for clenching. Kat has a gentle and nurturing approach and her ability to cater for all 3 of my children’s different needs and the fact my children love coming to see her over the years is a testament to her professionalism and passion for her role! Kat is extremely knowledgeable and has been my oral hygienist working alongside me during my own maxillofacial surgery, adult braces and upcoming DJS. I feel having her continued support has helped me with the long process of jaw surgery.
