Fantastic experience: They don’t “over service” as many other clinics do, to make more money off you or your health fund. Very reasonable pricing. Dr didn’t rush me and he took time to explain things, even giving me a fact sheet to take home on what my tooth issue was. They have a cool gumball type machine full of prizes. Instead of a sticker or lolly reward, the kids get a token to use in the gumball machine.

Fantastic experience: I have visited many the Dentist over the years leading me to All Smiles Dental, the final destination. With absolute excellence delivered from the warm and friendly front staff to the polite and curtious Dental Assistants to my Dentist himself, knowledgeable, professional and oh so gifted and with a smile of ease that l convert to my confidence within. As many, I don't like going to the Dentist, All Smiles Dental has altered that, yes, really that good from entering to exiting. Fantastic experience: A dentist is the LAST place on this planet I want to be. With that said, if it's a must it's a must. I had a tooth ripped out today with pliers (because I'll never get a root canal, ever!) and I didn't feel a thing. Definitely had nerves but also no pain thank goodness!!! Amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for years as someone who hates going to the dentist makes sure everything is completely numb happy to wait for it to be numb no matter how long it takes and always gives a pretty close estimate to the final cost works very fast so never in the seat for to long and explains everything in terms I can understand so would highly recommend 11/10

I usually head in every 6 months for a check up & clean, I've had mouthguards fitted for sports and the odd filling here and there. Great dentists are hard to find! Negative experience: It seems they thought is would be an easy job but then back peddled and passed the job off after they worked out it was beyond their capability.

Negative experience: If I could leave zero I would the dentist there was hopeless not the best to accomdate anxiety patients and his assistant who was dropping stuff the entire time I was in the room also from what I've enquired about though medical field friends they didn't even do the 'happy gas' properly which is why it never worked so becareful because they will still charge you even after doing absolutely nothing definitely don't recommend

I went for 3 fillings, had to go back twice because I was in so much pain post fillings. 6 months later I finally went to another dentist and all 3 fillings need to be replaced. Im out of pocket a fortune and now have to pay even more. Worst dentists.

Negative experience: They botched my over priced $400 fillings so now I have to get them all fixed and they after 3 months won't realise my medical records and we're very rude to me. On multiple occasions the staff took personal phone calls while I was waiting to pay. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Go somewhere else and enjoy better customer service!

Fantastic experience: After a failed attempt for an extraction at Belmont health dental clinic, All Smiles dental squeezed us in with an emergency appointment. The staff were amazing with my extremely anxious 7 year old and made it a smooth process. They were also amazing with me - a very anxious mum with a phobia of dentists. We will absolutely be returning for all our future care and highly recommend this clinic for young children or anxious patients like us.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time visiting this dental practice. It was the best dental experience I have had. The dentist was friendly. He was very knowledgable and took his time to explain the procedure to me in a way I could understand which was reassuring. Unlike other dentists I have previously, it was apparent that he was not at all in a rush and my comfort and success of the procedure was his number one concern. I would definitely recommend for anyone living in our close to Geelong.

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Eltonsi at All Smiles Dental and, in spite of my nerves, the procedure was surprisingly simple and pain-free. Dr. Eltonsi was extremely gentle and I came out with no bruising and very minimal swelling. My recovery was speedy and without issue. It was wonderful to have such kind and understanding staff talk me through the process and even hold my hand along the way! Overall it was an easy experience and I am thankful for the care taken.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr. Eltonsi several times now for my root canal treatment, He is knowledgeable and very helpful, everything was thoroughly explained step by step and I was made to feel at ease. The suite is professional and clean The whole staff is courteous and make u feel comfortable during your whole visit! I was so satisfied with the results of my dental work and I highly recommend this as most importantly I had a pain free experience

Negative experience: Went in to get a clean and polish and I was in and out of the seat in under 3 minutes, Very very poor job was done, ended up going elsewhere where they spent at least 20 min cleaning my teeth with a polish, I was very annoyed I used my free clean with this dentist. I did get a wisdom tooth pulled out which was ok, after4 x-rays I thought I was done with anymore but No, they took a further 2 X-rays to check for holes in my teeth (Why not use any of the other 4 you took) and advised to come back for more work and more X-rays. I have since moved dentist and they have taken 1 X-ray and completed all the work that needed to be done (1 filling) They are ok but would recommend checking out other dentists or cap the amount of X-rays they take.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for a check up late last year and was really impressed. The staff were really welcoming and the dentist made me feel very comfortable. The dentist explained everything that was happening and gave me a lot of really helpful information. The clinic was really well presented and felt very inviting. Definitely will be the practice I regularly go to for check ups and treatment in future.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a routine appointment with Dr Hesham Eltonsi. I must say I had a very positive experience. I found Dr Eltonsi and his staff very accommodating every step of the way. Dr Eltonsi explained to me what the purpose of the topical application of remineralizing and cariostatic agents treatment. I found this very interesting as I had commented that I was not too enthusiastic to have this product on my teeth as in the past I felt I was leaving with my teeth feeling as if they had not been cleaned due to the residue. Dr Eltonsi used a new product which I found to be very pleasant. Overall an excellent visit to the dentist !!!

Negative experience: I was really disappointed with my recent visit to All Smiles Dental. I went in for a check up and a clean, and was with the dentist for less than 15 minutes. The dentist was clearly in a rush and was also running late. After leaving, my teeth didn't feel clean at all. I think I get a better clean from my toothbrush. I guess that's what I am most disappointed about, when i go the the dentist i expect my teeth to feel clean and smooth afterwards, not all patchy. The staff were friendly, but the dentist I had was clearly in a rush and wanted me off that seat as fast as possible.
