Fantastic experience: Great experience at Adina’s Dental. My partner urgently needed his tooth removed so we accessed their emergency dental service. The lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely and secured us an appointment that day. Our Dentist Dr Linda was incredible. My partner was very worried about the pain due to a previous attempt of removal (at a different clinic). However, Dr Linda ensured he was comfortable and pain free the entire time. All the staff were lovely and accomodating. We are very grateful for Dr Linda and all the staff. Highly recommend visiting here, cannot fault them at all! Thanks for having us

Fantastic experience: Went to Adina’s for wisdom teeth out ! I suffer from anxiety and going to a dentist terrifys me. To say I was very happy with this service is an understatement! Dr Tran and lady working alongside him were both welcoming kept me feeling calm, talked to me throughout the procedure and had it done in no time at all. So happy with how I was treated and reassured. Thankyou Adina’s and the team for a great experience.

Fantastic experience: The dentist was fantastic. I hate and avoid dentistry but this time I couldn't. The Dentist, assistant and receptionist were all friendly and relaxed. Everyone communicated really well and my procedure was carried out very quickly and with very little pain *relieved*. Broken tooth with abscess needed pulling out.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a lifetime (irrational) fear of going to the dentist. I can’t recommend Adinas Dental high enough. They were perfect at calmly my fear and quietly explained what they’d be doing and what I should feel when they were doing it. Most importantly, I felt no pain at all. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kedar and his nurse saw my son today for an emergency appointment after he broke both his front teeth waterskiing. The care and expertise that we received was outstanding! Fantastic experience: Went in today for emergency treatment. Dr was so cool to talk with. Was expecting to pay more but ended up being cheaper then I thought. Really happy with the work done today.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely ill with a tooth abcess to the point that I had been hospitalised for three days. I was informed that I needed to go to Melbourne Royal where they would remove the tooth. I have bridged crowns and was told they would need to break the crowns in the process. Obviously this was going to be both a painful, lengthy and very expensive procedure. The charge nurse called Adina and despite it being New Years Day public holiday, they opened the practice to attend to me. I am absolutely terrified of dentists and from the moment I walked in the door and explained my fear, they were amazing. The dentist asked me about my concerns and I explained I'd had bad experiences, especially with pain despite anaesthetic being given. He assured me he'd not allow that to happen and he was 100% honest! Not only did I feel very little pain (more 'pressure' than pain) he saved the tooth and crown by performing a root canal, which again, absolutely no pain. Both he and the dental assistant couldn't have supported me better. The cost was nowhere near what I was expecting which was an added bonus. I couldn't recommend Adina enough!

Fantastic experience: Have just been to Adina's to have work done regarding a crack in an old filling that had to be removed. It was quite a long process understandably, but the dental staff were incredible. Both very professional and helpful with explaining what they were doing. Apart from lying horizontal and watching events from the Beijing winter Olympics, l never felt uncomfortable or in any pain. Good job!

Negative experience: Adina dental is just a rip of charging too much from people. Miss informing clients about their fees and procedures needing to be done.

Fantastic experience: It took me almost 6 visits to the dentists over 4 months period for a sore tooth and got ignored at every visit until I went to Adina’s. They were kind enough to give me an emergency appointment and accommodate me at the end of the day. Dr Kedar and his team were quite patient and were able to “fix” my issues and I came out as a different person - totally pain free after a very long time. I recommend the clinic for their exceptional service and excellent team..!!

I have had major dental work done and at no time felt any anxiety or pain due to their professionalism and their friendly ,relaxed approach to their patients. My treatment started some time ago and I moved to Geelong in the meantime. Because of the care and consideration I have received from Adina, I have chosen to return to Shepparton for completion of this treatment and any future treatment I may need. Negative experience: Male dentist looked at tooth and said roots infected the decay has gone into the roots it’s that deep. I asked how you can tell it’s decay in the roots he was defensive and said I’ve had 5 years experiences I only wanted to know how u can tell. I told him I had an X-ray a week ago and the dentist just wanted to do a filling didn’t mention this. I didn’t have it done due to phobia to needles. I left this clinic and the hostpital told me to come straight down and had seen me nearly immediately X-ray done no extraction did not feel the needle as usual at the hostpital and had a filling also was told it wasn’t a deep filling and wasn’t touching the nerve. Be CAREFUL I nearly lost a tooth and didn’t need to the receptionist had stated also he’s had 5 years experience... he must walk around saying this continuously

Negative experience: Hidden costs: The total of my visit was $90 but the receptionist asked for $190 with $100 going towards 'credit' for my procedure that was organised later that week. I told her I would pay when I come back and not in advance. I called to clarify the costs of a dental procedure and asked for the break down of the costs (as it seemed a bit much) I was told I was paying $60 for teeth cleaning education! I said I don't want that included and was told it wasn't negotiable and the receptionist proceeded to talk at me, quite rudely, for approximately 5 minutes, without interruption, telling me how my teeth would fall out if I don't clean them properly. After having braces and orthodontic dental surgery, I explained I was well informed of the importance of brushing your teeth. I felt like I was being treated like a child. I called 3 other clinics who advised me they do not charge for compulsory 'teeth cleaning education' and any advice is included in the assessment. I arranged a quote for the same procedure from another dentist who quoted me nearly $100 less.

Fantastic experience: Just been in for my 6 monthly teeth clean, flew through it with flying colours. I still get nerves, no where as bad as I used to. The staff are so friendly. None of the staff have ever been anything but polite when either myself or my husband have been in for dental work or check ups. If I moved, I would come back for dental appointments to Adinas. (Never thought that I would recommend a dentist) So this must say something!. Gave the go ahead for the next dental implant procedure. The staff are very passionate about their work and give good advice. Have recommended Adina's to family & friends. Had a dental implant done, hurt less than having my teeth cleaned (which are highly sensitive). Have had no problems with the implant and already advised the team that I will be back to have the second implant done. Negative experience: My experience with Adina’s Dental Cosmetics When I called to book in for a scale and clean I was told that was fine then when I first got there the dentist was around 10-15mins late. When I first went into the chair and the dentist was discussing my medical health problems, The Dentist started arguing with me over weather or not I need antibiotics to go to the dentist as I have a congenital heart defect, I repeatedly told him my cardiologist had told me I didn’t need it and he argued with me for over 3 minutes about the fact that he was right and my cardiologist was wrong, I eventually convinced him that I wasn’t required to have them he said “well okay what ever you say then”. He then proceeded to take do xrays. After the xrays where done he stated I had spots that needed to be tended to and he tried to ignore the problem I originally booked in for until I repeatedly asked about it, he then decided he would polish the one tooth that I was worried about but nothing else including the full scale and clean I had booked in for. I then told him I booked in for a scale and clean of my whole mouth not just one tooth. He then proceeded to argue with me saying it was already his lunch time and I told him it was not my problem he was late. He then raised his voice telling me It took me a week to come to the dentist and obviously I was a busy person but I needed to cancel my appointments to fit in with him, I then said well if you have time available I will book in, he then proceeded to tell me he would decide when he felt like doing my teeth and I was to work around when he wanted todo it or he would not to it at all. After I told him that I was happy to work around any spare appointments he had but would not work around when he felt like he wanted todo it. He then proceeded to raise his voice even more and tell me I was being rude and to sit back in the chair and let him the clean the one tooth he felt like doing today. I proceeded to grab my bag and tell him I wasn’t interested in letting him get anywhere near me while he was yelling and being unreasonable so he then ripped off my bib and snatched the glasses out of my hand and told me to get out, as I proceeded to leave the dental assistant blocked the door way and tried to physically push me back into the room and told me to stop being over dramatic. Keep in mind I have PTSD and extreme anxiety over people yelling at me. After I managed to push past and get out of the room, crying at this point, my mum wanted to speak to someone and she was waiting for a few minutes expecting someone to come and deal with the issue but no one did until she rang the bell. The receptionist then proceeded to tell me and my mother that I was told on the phone they only do check ups first visits and I was told they wouldn’t do the rest...which is not true. After walking out crying my mother dealt with the rest of them repeating I was told that it was only a check up. I have a lot of experience dealing with health professionals and other appointments and I always make sure I am listing to what they say especially if its a new appointment. So very much upset about this whole situation as it was greatly unprofessional and triggering to my anxiety and PTSD.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from all the staff. Had an implant for a molar and have had excellent results. Found the discomfort manageable and once complete the inplant is awesome. Have also updated my splint for sleeping so as to help reduce damage with teeth grinding. The new splint is great and will continue to help manage my muscle discomfort in the jaw. Really appreciate the quality of service. Recommend Adinas for your dental work.

Fantastic experience: In the past, my husband has had some very bad experiences when visiting a dentist and swore that he’d never attend a dentist again. After getting a very bad tooth ache, we made the emergency call and Adina’s were able to fit my husband in for an appointment. My husband has said in the past that the only way he was ever going to get a tooth removed again was if he was put under general anaesthetic. I want to thank Kedar and his lovely team as not only did my husband have a tooth extraction done in the chair, he has said that if that’s the experience he has every time he goes to the dentist, he now has the confidence to complete the dental work required for him. Fantastic experience: My son developed sudden and severe tooth ache at 6 pm on Friday night. I started ringing around the clinics in Shepparton with no success until I rang Adina's Dental Cosmetics. The lovely receptionist was ever so helpful and made an early 8 am appointment on Saturday morning. This meant that she and the dentist started an hour earlier than they would normally to assist my son with his dental emergency. What a fantastic professional response to us in our hour of need. It is so hard to find any service that would go to such lengths to assist people who needed help and were not already clients. Adina;s Dental Cosmetics work long hours during the week as well as Saturday. My family will be switching to this practice immediately, such dedication is so rare and so appreciated.
