Went out of the way to check the overall dental health and provided information on what to expect and after care. Fantastic experience: I had a check up & clean & they were thorough, professional & transparent with any extra costs before proceeding (I needed an X-ray for painful wisdom teeth). I also needed 2 fillings & Dr Belinda Chen did a great job, she made me feel comfortable & I didn’t feel a thing during the whole process. I am definitely now making her my regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am not from wollongong and found this dentist online and honestly SO HAPPY i went with them! connie was incredible and so helpful. she was so happy to answer all of my questions and super easy to get along with! Connie’s assistant (so sorry i forget her name) was also wonderful and really nice. the receptionists were also super lovely and patient with me as i had some issues with my online private health card that took 10 mins to sort out. couldn’t recommend connie and the rest of the wollongong dental staff enough

Fantastic experience: Dr. Owen Hughes is fantastic! I needed a crown replaced on my front tooth from having one chipped as a kid and I feel so much better about my smile now. He has also taken out my wisdom teeth and I now come for regular checkups. Always honest about what work I need/what can wait and gives a range of options.

Fantastic experience: Was here today for a wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Owen and Liv made me feel very comfortable during the procedure and I couldn't feel any pain after being given local anaesthetic. I have very little pain after the procedure even though the anaesthetic has worn off. I would recommend this practise to anyone looking to get dental work done!

Fantastic experience: Visited yesterday for a gap free clean and check up. I have a fear of dentists but this visit was amazing. Very gentle, no pain, very informative, lots of photos and X-rays were taken and then all explained to me. This was my first visit and I felt like a VIP customer. The tv on the ceiling was a nice distraction. I was watching Nemo swim around the ocean. Definitely going back in 6 months for my next check up.

Fantastic experience: Can't give these guys enough credit or thanks. Called up in alot of pain with a root canal and they were able to book me in that day. The root canal was quick at 40 mins and was really well done can't thank the team enough.

Fantastic experience: Immensely relieved and pain-free - Dr Constance Ju was patient, gentle and explained everything in detail. I'm not the easiest patient in the dental chair as I've had many negative experiences, but when an emergency extraction was needed they sorted me out with an appointment quickly, and I spent only around 10 minutes in the chair from start to finish. Even the reception staff were soothing and understanding every step of the way. After nearly a decade avoiding the dentist at all costs, his practice has managed to give me back the confidence to get my dental work done, and just 2 hours after the procedure this morning I already know I won't be afraid to return. Thank you Wollongong Dental!

Fantastic experience: Staff really courteous and pleasant Dr Constance Ju excellent I had heaps of problems she explained everything simply showed me X-Rays explained options , took one tooth out super quick then wrote a letter to my Doctor and one to Government health explaining my problems in detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Wollongong Dental for all dental needs from a check up to more complex problems

Positive experience: I had a check up and clean with Dr. Constance Ju. And I never felt more painful. My whole body shook after the clean. My gum kept bleeding and I can't even open my mouth properly. I would not come back.

Fantastic experience: First time here and came upon recommendation from a friend, but glad that it didn't disappoint. Sometimes hard to know what to expect when you're going to a dentist but they seem to really know what they're doing, very little discomfort whilst I was getting my clean, really professional and friendly at a decent rate.

Fantastic experience: I’m so grateful and appreciative of the services provided by Dr. Belinda Chen and her assistant at such short notice. I’m from out of town and was visiting relatives and was suffering from increasing tooth and gum pain. I went to Wollongong Dental as they opened and they were able to fit me in half an hour later for an emergency appointment. Dr. Chen was able to help alleviate the pain and gave excellent advice for aftercare. I would highly recommend them and wish they could be my regular clinic!

Fantastic experience: Wollongong Dental were awesome. I called at 9.30am after noticing a small hole in my front tooth. Despite being new to the area and therefore the practice, they booked me in for 11am. I had everything fixed up and was back to flashing my pearly whites by noon. My dentist, Kate, was gentle, kind and professional. She was expertly assisted by Renee. Will definately be returning with the rest of the family.

Fantastic experience: I have only recently started going to this dentist but they have been absolutely amazing! Super friendly and very professional. They are fast and can always manage to fit is in at late notice. I am usually terrified of the dentist but they are always calm, gentle and patient. My partner got his wisdom teeth out today in the chair and they were very gentle with him too. I will never go to another dentist. Thank you so much guys and keep up the good work!!

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience here and would recommend it. The dentists were trained at The University of Sydney and were friendly and knowledgeable. I saw the dentist the entire visit, not a hygienist. They recommend home care techniques and suggested what to watch on follow-up. They were able to provide quotes for item numbers over the phone and I wasn't pressured into any additional treatment like X-rays or sealants. I've been living in Wollongong three years and I wish I found this practice sooner!

Fantastic experience: Having recently moved to the outer south west Sydney region, it made good sense to look for an Australian Unity Health Insurance sponsored Dental practice. The Wollongong Dental practice made for an easy choice. Our no gap regular check up and follow up treatment for both my wife and myself can only be described as a great experience. Dr Belinda Chen is a most caring and very capable Dentist doctor as are the practice manager and other assistants. A bonus for my wife is that Mandarin is also spoken if required. Most people dislike going to the dentist however our experience was a most pleasant one at Wollongong Dental. We shall be back and thank you for your caring, professionalism and friendly attitude.

Fantastic experience: I had a broken tooth which has caused great pain from time to time, I was reluctant to see Dentists, as I always thought dental is painful thing. In the past two weeks, the condition worsen I had to get it done today at Wollongong Dental and the experience was quite the opposite of what I thought. They have a friendly team and very transparent about pricing. My tooth was extracted by Dr Wen who certainly knows what he does. I liked the way that he took time consulting me about my condition, and explain to me all the steps involved to get the job done. His anesthetic skill is great so I didn't suffer any pain at all. Although my tooth was broken and it's a lot more difficult to remove, he got the job done regardless and the whole process was finished in less than half an hour. I feel I cannot thank the team enough, so wrote this genuine review and for those who need their teeth checked up I would definitely recommend Wollongong Dental.

Made an appointment on the day for emergency molar extraction, they were very accommodating and even gave me details on the cost dependant on how difficult the procedure turned out to be. As it turned out, not only did the extraction go smoothly, it was quick and painless as well as affordable! Highly recommend Wollongong Dental!

Fantastic experience: After a molar broke in the middle of the night I needed a dentist in a hurry. I called around and chose Wollongong Dental after the recommendation of some workmates. They fit me in right away and I was looked after by Wen. It has been some years since my last check up and I was nervous but Dr Wen was calming, gentle and friendly but thorough and made sure I was well looked after. I will definitely be going back here and taking my kids for their check ups as well. It was affordable and the nurse Chloe and reception staff Amanda were lovely too. I have no hesitations in recommending this clinic! 5 stars - thank you again Wen.
