He is preparing for a stem cell transplant as part of his cancer treatment, and we had to get all his dental work completed urgently and in close coordination with his medical team. Dr Naghmeh was incredibly professional, compassionate, and organised throughout the entire process. She understood the importance and urgency of his situation, scheduled everything promptly, and communicated seamlessly with his haematology and oncology teams to make sure every step was aligned with his treatment plan. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail made an overwhelming situation so much easier for our family. We are truly grateful for her expertise and the level of care she gave my dad. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for her patients.

Fantastic experience: I went here for emergency dental (pericoronitis) a couple months ago. Mel was great, did a great job. communicates very well, and happy to answer any questions I had. I've been back since for a clean and a filling. Very happy each visit, and very impressed with the filling I got today, she took photos during the procedure, and the after photos are very impressive, I couldn't even notice the filling.

My dentist always explains comprehensively my treatment and any investigations I need and I am delighted to have such an excellent dental service within easy reach of where I live.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. During a procedure to fix one of my teeth, Dr.Naghmeh accidentally caused a crack in the composite of the adjacent tooth. When I brought this to their attention, they completely denied any responsibility and refused to acknowledge that the damage happened during my treatment. It was clear to me that their main concern was money, not patient satisfaction or quality care. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, since responsibility has been denied, I will have no option but to refer this matter to AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) for further consideration.

Fantastic experience: Finally! A dentist that cares. Mel makes the visit to the dentist as pleasant as it can be. She greets you with a genuine smile and you leave with a smile on your face! I have had several dentists over the years but wasn't happy with any of them. Some did not do the best work, some did unnecessary work and/or charged like wounded bulls, while others, plane and simply, did not connect with patients on a human level. I stumbled on Prodental by chance, when I was looking for a dentist that was good with children for my, then, 11 year old son. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. I started seeing Mel for my own dental work and, after several visits, I can honestly say that she has gone even higher in my estimation, if that is possible. Mel cares about her patients. It's obvious, and not a false mask that some medical practitioners wear. She is technically very good at what she does and will always offer the most economical option if there is more than option available. Her fees are more than reasonable and, above all, she treats you as a person, not just another dental problem in the production line.

Fantastic experience: I found Mel paid great attention to details. And was determined that everything be just right. They were very communicative - explaining everything - and always had different options to offer. Mel and Sabo made a great team. I was thankfully distracted by interesting conversation while in the chair. While no dentistry is cheap - i found that they were generous to me. I would recommend them to anyone. Oh! And also if you have the time - you should check out the coffee table literature (and I am thinking of the childrens books there) which i enjoyed immensely .
