Roxanne is patient, kind, caring and gentle. She informs us extensively of her diagnoses and plans of management which have been accurate, timely and well managed. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Roxanne has been my dentist for years. I love how she makes every attempt to make me feel comfortable (soothing music, essential oils, clearly explains every procedure, checks back to make sure I am okay) and the pride she takes in her work. Fantastic experience: It is extremely hard to find a competent caring dentist. Since meeting Dr. Irani in 2019, she had performed several procedures on me: crowns and filings. Her execution and handiwork are outstanding in appearance & quality. The crowns and filings look and feel exactly like my natural teeth. In my personal experience what set Dr. Irani apart from other dentists are her acute sense of empathy, responsibility & ownership; and pride in her work. Recently in mid March 2024, I had a concern with one of my filings - a most difficult and challenging case. It was overly sensitive in a most unexpected and perplexing manner. Dr. Irani took full responsibility and ownership. Using lateral thinking and her extensive clinical expertise she resolved this nightmare concern after only 2 visits. She was extremely professional, reassuring, gentle & caring in managing my expectation, anxiety and despair. Dr. Irani practises in a highly calming & hygienic environment. Her surgery employs technologically advanced equipment e.g. Use of a “magic” Wand for a pain free “injection” before a procedure. First time ever – No Pain All Gain painless clinical experience! Furthermore, her workmanship, products & materials used are of the highest standard and quality. In summary, I absolutely recommend Dr. Irani. She is a highly accomplished clinical professional – a rare dentist who is totally focused on quality health care outcome and not just the transactional element/outcome. I feel safe that I am in good hands when I visit to have all of my dental cleaning and other work. Fantastic experience: Dr Roxanne is an excellent Dentist. I was a new patient referred by my sister to Dr Irani recently and her approach to my treatment was extremely caring and professional. She took an extreme amount of care to advise me of what I would benefit from but did not push me into any treatment. I felt very calm in the chair and left the clinic feeling like I was in great hands with my dental treatment moving forward. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you are someone who fears the Dentist!

Negative experience: i came in with 32 teeth but i left with 26. dr Roxanne used the pliers to cut off my tooth. and she looked like a mad scientist like rick and morty. they also told me to open my mouth i did but they almost peeled of my face. the chair was comfy before the kangaroo jumped on me and broke it. highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I never leave a 5 Star review- nobody's perfect, right? Wrong - I can't think of a single reason to remove a star from my review of Dr Roxanne Irani and her wonderful Staff, at Gentle and Caring Dentistry, (especially Renee).This is a 'stand alone" dental practice, not part of a huge medical centre, - and I like that, it feels more personal. The practice is ultra clean, smells beautiful and is a calm environment. Dr Irani has done some real miracle work for me - her skills are amazing. I have never felt anything painful, and have been thrilled by the results. If you have a fear of dentists or your kids need a dentist, I would highly recommend Dr Irani.

I've always been someone who has a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but these two made the experience so easy. I had to go back for two seperate appointments for fillings and after the first one (where I felt virtually nothing), I had zero fear going into the next. Negative experience: This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. Not only were they not gental or caring, they are over priced and sneaky. For those who ignore my warning and go to this truly horrible dentist, ensure to get a price PRIOR to treatment as they will rip you off. For a general clean they charged me $800. Not only they she wanted to only do half so I would have to go back a second time. Then they said they don't know me and I needed to pay immediately even though my gf was being treated at the time. Do yourself a favour and find a real dentist.

Negative experience: Went in to get a small chip fixed up, walked out with an $800+ bill. Not only that, she botched the job (my mouth didn't close properly) and less than 6 months later the filling fell out and I'm back to where I started.
