Fantastic experience: Outstanding service. I had my second check up with Dr Richardi today, he is incredibly thorough, gentle and patient. Probably the most thorough check up and extensive clean I've ever had. Hats off too to the Dental Assistant Lynley and Receptionist Jenna who were extremely friendly and helpful too. Thank you. Highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to see Paula for several years now. I recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to be truly cared for by not just the dentist but all of the staff. Always a really fabulous experience. And that's saying something from a person who was always terrified and had extreme anxiety at the dentist until I came to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Richard was doing a routine filling in a molar and noticed in my gum a small bone protruding. He took x rays and then found a deep infection in my jawbone. He skilfully removed floating tooth and bone fragments and the infection. I am so grateful and highly recommend Richard and his professional team of kind staff.

Fantastic experience: My 9 yr old son had an extreme fear of dentists after a very negative experience. We were recommended to see Richard and with much encouragement my son was brave enough to attend. Richard was so warm, welcoming and patient with my son. Taking the time to explain every step in treatment, letting him feel different tools, and getting him comfortable through conversation and engaging interests. Cannot recommend this practice and specifically Richard highly enough. We live in the ACT however attended the clinic while on holidays and will be booking regular trips to QLD to be able to continue as patients of Maxicare Dental. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: So 18months ago at the age of 61 I embarked on a journey with Maxicare Dental and Invisalign to straighten and reduce my crooked teeth. I also had been blessed with 10mm overbite. I’m into the refinement phase of my alignment and straightening process. My initial consultations were incredibly informative. These consultations came with 3D imaging of my mouth and the proposed treatment. It was very easy to see that my mouth would be widened as I had a very narrow bite. I also have a slightly underdeveloped mandible. So my treatment included widening of my mouth , straightening of my teeth , including my lower teeth being moved ever so slightly forward. Wow wow wow!!!! Am I happy with my result. !! I’ve also got a small face lift due to my mouth being wider. Everyone who knows me comments on my AMAZING TEETH. Under the care of Dr Richard and Dr Paula I’ve had a fabulous result. I’ve been treated to information and total care every step of the way. If you don’t like your smile I suggest you come visit Dr Richard Before in 2021 and after in 2024

Fantastic experience: I picked up my 11 yr old son from school as he had complained of a sore tooth. I could see he was in a lot of pain. Took him to the chemist to get some pain relief and as we walked past Maxicare, decided to ask on the off chance if they could help. Not only did they fit my son in but extracted the painful tooth and we were in and out in 20 mins. From the Receptionist to the dental nurse to the Dentist, they were friendly, kind, professional and efficient. Really impressed with the service. Thanks team.

Negative experience: Went in and asked to speak to the dentist regarding a root canal He was very rude and says to the receptionist that I should be charged a fee for speaking to him and next time make an appointment I felt sorry for the poor young receptionist Maxicare dental , my first experience was that your rude and I’ll take my teeth elsewhere

Fantastic experience: Dr Richardi Niccoli certainly goes the extra (s)mile with patient-centred care. What a gifted dentist and all-round fine human being. I find Richardi to be honest, kind, gentle, generous and thorough. He listens with patience and empathy, explains complex clinical matters simply and helps me to feel safe, reassured and respected. And he takes the time to show me how to brush up on my brushing and flossing technique. From the moment you walk through the doors, the practice feels fresh, calm, caring, authentic and welcoming. It is well worth the 40 minute drive from the hinterland. If I could award six stars - or more - I would. Thank you, Richardi, and your wonderful, warm and friendly team. Negative experience: All the fillings I had done there were falling apart within a year. Had my 4 front teeth grinded and reshaped without any consultation. She just went with it. Do not recommend Paula
