Fantastic experience: I adore this centre - I adore the Service - I adore my dentist !!

Negative experience: what a waste of time just before Xmas and now I need to scrounge around and look for another appointment if I can find one! back and forth for a mth with emails trying to figure out the best way to utilise my privatr health cover to be then told the item number I had checked with NIB they didn't want to do it. and wanted ridiculous price for fillings. I had allowed 2k for today so money was no issue! so rude! I had left work 3hours early today so lost money at work also! absolute joke!

Fantastic experience: I am really really scared of dentists and they really and truly care about their patients. I cannot recommend them enough. They are not dentists that are there for the money and move patients like cattle, they are genuine! That’s really hard to find these days… Nancy is just beautiful, she was caring and fit me in straight away.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist experience I have ever had. Dr James and the whole team exceeded my expectations. Reception staff are welcoming and extremely helpfull. The restoration work completed on my teeth is amazing. This is the 1st time in my life I have been happy with my smile. I would recommend the team at Totally Smiles you should be delighted with the results they achieve. There was no over selling in fact Dr James underplayed the transformation that would occur.

The care and dental treatment we receive is beyond any expectations from all the staff in the clinic. Personalised care, professional staff, transparent and genuine treatment plan advice, very reasonable charges. The reception and dental assistant staff are accomodating, helpful and caring. Fantastic experience: Dr Hyunjoo Rim and her assistant were absolutely amazing. I have sensory issues and they facilitated my needs perfectly and got the appointment done in an hour. If you know anyone who struggles with sensory issues I definitely suggest this as they both communicated so well. She explained all the procedures to me and was extremely helpful.

Negative experience: WORST EXPERIENCE ! Do Not Recommended Dr Nick Cliff !!! Went in for over $1000 treatment today for two new Composite Veneers replaced. PLUS to get a rough price on a new retainer and a sleep apnoea retainer for my TMJ discomfort. Dr Nick Cliff was not interested at all even before treatment started and he had a look. He was not comfortable with doing it and kept saying I went through the wrong process. I got told a rough estimate over the phone prior to booking but was well aware that it was a rough estimate! He told me his staff would have never have said or done that over the phone. ASIDE from that, I was happy to "PAY ANYTHING" to get my treatment done and also asked what is the right process then for getting them done as I clearly wanted them DONE!. And still told me he was not comfortable and interested in doing them and I should go see my previous dentist from 8-10 years ago. What a joke honestly!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr James at Totally Smiles is a legend. Always making sure you're comfortable and know what's going on. Love having chats and when he sings along to the radio during treatment, makes everything more chilled. I have had check and clean as well as whitening services completed by him and can highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been there a few times and always had good experiences. The quality of the dental work is good. I don't know about wanting an xray for every check up as I only ever go to the dentist if I need to/feel there is a problem. But their prices are reasonable and they use waterlase which I prefer having experienced it.
