Fantastic experience: Chris Hill is The Best!!! Not only he's the nicest, most caring, understanding professional anyone could ever meet, but so incredibly talented and knowledgeable, nothing is too hard or out of his capabilities. I'm sure nobody could find a better dentist anywhere. To add to my earlier review, all the staff at Sanford Dental are fabulous, so nice, attentive, caring, always welcoming, with a smile, making us feel very appreciated and valued. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Fantastic experience: Sanford Dental have been amazing, after years of avoiding Dental work from a few bad experiences. I finally took the plunge and after hearing some good reports this was the place to go! Dr Han Nguyen became my dentist and I have nothing but praise for her work in restoring my smile! Dr Han made an assessment, worked out a step by step plan to get everything back in shape, there was quite a bit of work, and bit by bit it was carried out very comfortably, economically in the most professional and competent manner possible. The administrative Staff are also lovely, very personable and flexible with appointments. Its all in a great location with easy access and parking!

Negative experience: The reception didn't explain the basic insurance coverage information. It turned out it cost 10 times more than i normally pay. I was shocked, and wont go back again.

Fantastic experience: The dentist is a scary place regardless of age in my opinion however I’ve been there twice now and both times I’ve felt comfortable safe and actually pain free having teeth extracted and check isn’t a cheap adventure so being comfortable and wanting to go back is a win for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dentist. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you feel cared about and safe. I am a absolute fan and that is definitely something I thought I’d never say especially about a dentist visit

Fantastic experience: Dr Chris Hill a professional dentist with a great sense of humour. He is empathetic and cares a great deal about the welfare of his patients. Today he had to perform a complicated procedure on one of my teeth and completed the task with a minimum of discomfort to myself and he and his dental nurse Lily took great care of me. The two receptionists Kylie and Jodie at the front desk are also very welcoming, friendly and helpful on the phone. They all made my experience this morning at the dentist a great one. Sanford Dental comes with my highest recommendation!

Fantastic experience: When I lived in Perth, I had a dentist that made me avoid dentist visits for the past 18 months due to the harshness of the cleaning and treatment of my teeth. Then I moved to Albany and was recommended to go to Sanford Dental. I reluctantly made an appointment and was told to see Dr Han Nguyen. I made the appointment and when I got there, Dr Han was very professional and explained everything very clearly making sure I understood what was going to be done and the condition of my teeth before she did anything and before she started her words were “Don’t worry I will be very gentle”. I refused to believe what was said by her but when she finished cleaning and during the entire process, she was extremely gentle and at the same time the nurse assisting her was extremely good with the water and the suction making sure it was very comfortable for me. Dr Han comes highly recommended as she lives up to what she says and does, and she makes sure she goes the extra length to ensure that confidence is replaced in dentists when all seems lost. In short, she does know her profession extremely well. Since my 2 visits which involved upper and lower teeth cleans, I have recommended another work colleague who has been there and has had the same opinion I share here in my google review of Dr Han. My wife is now booked in with her given what I have given as feedback. She is highly recommended. Another shout out to the very courteous, understanding and patient staff at the front desk who are always understanding of the needs of the patients and accommodate wherever possible.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to thank Dr Nick in particular for the careful caring treatment he gave me at short notice in an emergency situation when I had broken a tooth. I was staying in Denmark at the time and a long way from my regular dentist in Perth but that didn't matter I got a fair and helpful treatment for which I am extremely grateful.

As we live out of town Chris made the call to perform a tricky filling to save me coming back again. Extremely professional. Friendly, polite and helpful. Fantastic experience: Sanford Dental? What can I say? okay I'm ready. Chris, the dentist, is taller than me, both physically and metaphorically. He may well be the best dentist I have ever opened my mouth to. He's efficient. He's a perfectionist. And he loves good music. As for his staff....well, the front desk is, without a doubt, the funest front desk I have ever fronted. Some days I just want to drop in for a chat and a laugh and to check on some biological facts. Oh yes, Sanford Dental has a resident biologist. If you still have your own teeth and want to hang on to them, book in. But, please, ask to wait your turn, behind me.

We saw Desiré who was extremely professional, delight to deal with and honest. I think I got the best scale and clean I have ever had. I don’t think anyone particularly likes visiting the dentist, but it was a very pleasant experience.
