Fantastic experience: I avoided the dentist for 10 years due to a bad experience, which led to terrible dental anxiety. I found myself with pain I couldn’t ignore in 2020, & visited Ringwood Dental for the first time. Despite needing a bit of work done due to the time passed, the team here have treated me so well from my first visit that it has completely changed my outlook. I have seen more than one dentist here, & all have been wonderful. No judgement, no pressure, no pain, & after a few procedures, no problems. So much patience if you’re nervous. Full transparency on costs/options, & an obvious commitment to careful, kind, high quality work. It isn’t just the dentists; from the kind & meticulous dental nurses, to the way you’re greeted at reception, to follow up phone calls; everyone here is just very good at their job. They have completely turned around how I feel about a visit to the dentist; I can’t recommend them enough for anyone with dental anxiety (or without!) & am truly thankful.

Fantastic experience: Great dentists with warm, friendly and supportive dispositions. Staff overall are very cool. A little on the expensive side but very good and detailed service in return.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency dentist one day, and Dr Han was the only one who could fit me in at short notice. Two years later, myself and my whole family now see Dr Han! Not only is he knowledgeable and nice, he takes great care to ensure that the patient and/or the parents, are very happy with whatever is happening, and that they know what ti expect next.

Negative experience: I do not recommend Ringwood Dental. If I had the option to choose negative starts ,I would go with that. Our experience at Ringwood Dental was extremely unpleasant. Initially, they appeared quite helpful upon our arrival. However, they failed to engage in a discussion about our options and neglected to inform us that the tooth replacement would differ in both color and size. When we inquired about this after we saw the result, their response was that it was the only available option. I would have expected them to disclose this information upfront. Regrettably, as soon as we made the payment, which I believe should have given us some leverage until they rectified their mistake, their attitude shifted to rudeness and unprofessionalism. I find this attitude utterly unacceptable. I attempted to file a complaint, but their response was nonsensical, offering only a hollow apology.

Fantastic experience: I was STUNNED. Within the first visit they identified all my problems, listened to me, explained and showed what needed to be done, cleaned my teeth professionally and sent out a plan with estimated pricing ALL on the same day!! I was relieved to hear I was getting help. Compared to previous dentists for 2 years telling I needed to be in more pain to get help, being on the waiting list and they never cleaned my teeth professionally... I highly recommend Ringwood Dental as they take all necessary action there and then at your own according.

Negative experience: We had bad experience with Dr Han. He did a few fillings for my son and had problem with most of them. The worst one was the filling wasn't done properly and kept having pus in the gum so in the end it had to be extracted. For a simple aesthetic injection, he refused to treat and referred us to see a child dentist. We changed to TLC after that and it was done quickly and easily. Incapable and not transparent with fees. Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: Experiencing a severe tooth infection, Dr Han took the time to call me (when does that happen?) and discuss treatment options. At the clinic that care continued with Han taking more time to explain the procedure and answer every question I had. After the tooth extraction Han called me to check if everything was ok, which is something I've never experienced in many visits to other dentists across Australia. The whole team at Ringwood Dental are exceptional and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Dr Yee Han Chaung is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is very friendly and does a great job. I live an hour away from this clinic but am willing to travel this distance just to visit this dentist. Dr Chaung is very thorough and makes every visit a pleasant one, hence why I will only visit this dentist. The staff at this practice are all very lovely, friendly and accomodating. Fantastic experience: Ringwood Dental provides excellent quality dental care to patients at an affordable price. The friendly demenour of the staff and the vibrant atmosphere of the centre makes going to the dentist (not generally one of my favourite pass times) a much more enjoyable experience. My dentist, Dr Pri, in particular displays a high level of warmth toward all her patients with her bright personality which puts me at ease given that going to the dentist is something that I tend to try to avoid at all costs. Located centrally in the heart of Ringwood, directly across Warrandyte Road from Eastland Shopping Centre, the centre is easily accessible by car, public transport or on foot. I have been attending Ringwood Dental for the past two years now and can't recommend their services highly enough!

Negative experience: While Dr. Pri could not help me with my tooth extraction due to covid, me and my partner ended up getting a $200 cleaning which wasn't required. While I approved that at the time, those were some marketing skills.

Negative experience: Likes to add extras to make money. Put fluoride foam/gel in my mouth.. Didn't ask or tell me what he was doing. Then charged my triple the price of something i can get at any chemist. Overpriced. Better dentist out there. Just got a 12month reminder no thanks

Negative experience: I would not recommend this dentist. After being told I would need root canal, the dentist was not able to perform the first stage. He advised I would need to see a specialist or lose the tooth. He charged $416 for NOT doing the treatment. After getting another opinion from another dentist, the treatment was completed with a cost of $288 and I get to keep my tooth.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist! Dr. Chaung is the closest to pain-free any dentist could be. His work is almost over-delicate, not some back-alley butcher!! + his work is exceptional. He's a real pro. All the dental nurses, and receptionists are cute, and friendly. If I could give this place more stars I would.
