Fantastic experience: The poor dentist was doing his utter best with against Allianz insurance leaving under $6000, for the huge amount to be done to my mouth and I'm talking about 5 front teeth removed in the chair no gas. The man was a saint dealing with a COMPLETE DENTAL phobic in the chair. Reception staff are lovely and understanding, I'm so greatful that I can smile again with teeth. Again can't thank them all enough.

Negative experience: Such a frustrating experience. Took my daughter for her dental check up but the payment process took longer than the cleaning appointment. While answering multiple phone calls, the receptionist (also appear to be the owner) charged the wrong code and had to revert that charge. After spending 15 min of waiting, I was then told that the health fund no longer online and I had to pay then claim it back from my private insurance. I offered to go back later when it is available online but was told there is no guarantee she can get it to work. So stay away if you are with private health fund. I will definitely take my business elsewhere when a business is not capable to problem solve. As for the price, you can judge for yourself. My 4 year old has no cavity. My usual dentist never charge for fluoride, and my daughter could barely hold the fluoride long enough so I wonder whether it is necessary. I thought to patron this business due to its vicinity to home but will never return.

Fantastic experience: I have a HIGE fear of the dentist. My anxiety reachers sky high. The experience I had here goes above and beyond From the beautiful receptionist Jo to the amazing Dr Shaw ( who was matched with me and my needs) by the amazing receptionist and also the lovely calming dental nurse. I was recommended the “happy gas “ which helped me get my dental work done without pain and without a needle to numb All the staff went above and beyond to help me stay calm. I would recommend ANYONE (even those like me that hate dentist) to book in with them. Thankyou all for your assistance

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Berwick Smiles for the last 10 years. They have always been courteous, caring and very professional. My children aged 14 and 16 now go twice a year for check ups. My son had his 4 wisdom teeth extracted on the 20/1/25 by Aldujaili Amar and nurse in their wonderful new suite at Parkhill Shops, Berwick. Couldn’t be happier with the service received, the care, attention to detail and patience shown to my son through this big procedure in the chair. A big shout out also to Jo the receptionist who is always happy, helpful and informative. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist for ages. I had a bad tooth ache. I was worried about getting it sorted but the receptionist Jo was so lovely and reassuring. Very kind and understanding. Dr Shaw was great. No issues with the procedure. Very happy with the service. I am glad I found a dentist that I feel comfortable with. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Mentioned that I have always had issues with anaesthetic for any tooth related issues on booking. Given anaesthetic for filling replacement and dentist kept insisting on trying to see if I could feel anything when I knew I would. I suggested waiting in the waiting room while they saw the next client so I didn't delay them. After about 6-7 times of drilling and being in excruciating pain they let me sit in the waiting room as I was shaking so much at this point. Went back in after half an hour and was fine. Made another appointment for a check up and told it would just be a check and dental clean. What I received was a gum clean which I was not expecting or prepared for and again very painful. Was not happy that I was advised a routine dental clean but had a gum clean. A number of appointments were made for fillings to 'maximise my private health return' but felt more like they were maximising their charges. On going back to my old dentist they would not transfer x rays taken and paid for. My old dentist reviewed my old records and found that the number of fillings I was advised was required was not actually required on review of new and old x-rays as they are shadows from previous fillings that have not grown in size over a number of years and not actually holes.

Positive experience: Looked after me very well. Only thing is my private health cover was not giving me much back, being a pensioner the procedure was expensive.

Fantastic experience: I'm not sure who I love more at Berwick Smiles, my dentist or Jo the receptionist...they are both wonderful people, professional in what they do and represent a brand that cares about their clients mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. I think Jo should win a customer experience award, she is incredible and manages expectations better than anyone I've experienced. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Being a person who is definitely afraid of going to the Dentist and had bad experiences in the past - I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Amar Aldujaili - both he and his staff make me feel at ease on each visit and checking in all the time during a procedure to see that I am OK.. this is a great comfort and helps me on each visit.

But coming here they catered so well for my fears - ran me through the processes, checked in on me, ensured I was comfortable, etc. I had fillings done and they were quick and painless thanks to Dr Amah (spelling?). I have already booked in my 6 monthly check up with NO FEAR!

Fantastic experience: Not having been to a dentist for more years than I care to admit, I booked an appointment at Berwick Smiles in February. I was given a print out of required treatment and costs which I proceeded with. After two fillings, two extractions and four crowns my treatment is now completed. Dr Amar and his assistants were wonderful: friendly and professional. I'm delighted with the results and felt no more discomfort than equivalent to a mosquito bite. I can truly recommend Berwick Smiles and will continue with regular inspections.

An amazing group of dentist and staff who deliver to a high standard in all their services. Through doing my Invisalign process with Dr Sonali and her team, I can happily say that they’ve given me a better smile! Would definitely recommend the smile centre for excellent dental services, friendliness and care.

Fantastic experience: Reception is always lovely and pleasant! I saw Laura and she was very very knowledgable and it was the pleasant experience I’ve had in getting my wire cleaned (braces in the past), whereas with other dentists I had to get anaesthetic. Recommend to any and all ex-braces folk and anyone who has been recommended fillers!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sonali & team were fabulous taking care of me after contacting them in agony with tooth ache today & seeing them for the 1st time myself. Negative experience: I would not recommend this place, my appointment was canceled last minute due to doctor issue got notified last minute tried to book for another day receptionist hanged up the phone on my face twice! I tried to ring back would not pick up my calls very unprofessional and rude receptionist.

Fantastic experience: Just had my 6 monthly clean by the dental hygienist Laura and it didn't even feel like a dentist visit. Laura was very gentle and all the staff friendly. Normally I avoid the dentist like a plague but I'll be back in 6 months.

Negative experience: They had to put in a spacer between my two front teeth to be able to fill in a chipped tooth and they snapped a bit of the spacer off in my gum which I had to get out with tweezers myself later that night, also took 3 separate appointments just to get imprints done for my retainers which they stuffed up every appointment and once I did receive the retainer they didn’t even fit my teeth and had to take yet again another imprint. Going else where from no one

Negative experience: Not very professional behaviour. Seeking a second opinion, my daughter requested that her x-rays and records be sent to the other dental practice, which they simply did NOT do. Would not recommend this place ☹️☹️☹️

Fantastic experience: Had four wisdom teeth extracted last week by Dr Darwin Luc, with one tooth requiring surgical removal. Very professional throughout the process. Well communicated. Plenty of support afterwards with a contact provided for the following day which was a public holiday. Definitely recommend this place for dental work. Thanks Melbourne Smile Centre!

Negative experience: Had a young inexperienced female dentist that ruined my tooth. Initially, I need a root canal but she drilled a hole so big and cracked my tooth that now I have to get it pulled out. After she drilled my tooth she told me that she wouldn't do a root canal on my tooth, she probably realized she had cracked my tooth and that a root canal was no longer an option.
