We been attending The dental studio for more than 5 years and it never disappoints us. We live far from the clinic too but its worth the drive. Everyone at Dental Studio are amazing. Fantastic experience: Visiting a dentist always makes me nervous as I have very sensitive teeth. Fortunately at the Dental Studio, my dentist is very gentle and takes the time to assist with any concerns. The TV on the ceiling is also a wonderful distraction, helping me to relax! The reception staff are also very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend The Dental Studio!

Now, my daughter actually looks forward to her 6 month check-ups and the little gift she receives at each visit makes it even more special. She has an incredible ability to make you feel completely at ease, no matter what’s happening in the dentist’s chair. She always takes the time to listen and has provided me with the most thoughtful, effective advice and care, especially when it comes to any concerns or insecurities I’ve had about my teeth, with results I’m always super happy with. Her expertise and genuinely friendly personality scores her a 10/10 in my opinion.

Negative experience: I definitely cannot recommend this Dentist. I went here as a new patient. I am having crowns and implants done at another place and they recommended I get my general dentistry done first. I arrived with X-rays already. The other dentist had said I needed 3 cavities and I had three cracked teeth that were getting crowns. I checked with this dentist that she was 100% sure she understood what was needed doing and she assured me she did. When she had finished the work of 4 cavities (she found another that needed doing) she grinned at me and said Oh I wasn’t sure about the last one as it might be one of the ones that were getting crowns! So I returned to the other place and he was absolutely gobsmacked. She had done 2 of the broken teeth that were being crowned and missed one of the obvious cavities. So I wasted $705 getting fillings on teeth that were to be crowned and I still need to pay somewhere to get the other cavity done. To say I am angry is an understatement. I am not sure whether it was incompetence or dishonesty. Either way I cannot recommend.

Fantastic experience: No one really likes going to the dentist, but if you have to, this is the place. GC centrally located, good parking, friendly front office and awesome dentists. Especially Dr. Karla Scutt. KInd , caring and very patient with her patients, extremely knowledgeable , and talks you through what she is doing. A very kind person who we used to see at her old practice in Helensvale. She is also great with kids as she has been seeing our kids since there were toddlers , now teens. If your a nervous Nellie like me, she will gently walk you through, so your calm and comforted and she is extremely skilled in her profession. Nice kitted out facilities, TV's on the ceiling and super friendly staff all around. Fair and transparent pricing. Makes going to the dentist almost fun. Well Done Dental Studio and especially Dr. Karla !!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Dan and Alicia for fitting my crown so quickly. No more horrible impressions. I broke a tooth which I knew needed a crown. They put a temporary cap on, just a quick scan of my teeth and hours later, the crown was ready. Dan was really attentive and more than happy to fix my bite which felt a bit wonky after the anaesthetic wore off.

Fantastic experience: I have never enjoyed going to the dentist until I met Dr William Evans! I had my wisdom tooth out and it was painless, I felt comfortable throughout the whole procedure

Negative experience: First experience was great, seemed to be very patient with kids. However, the second visit was terrible, the worst experience ever!! i made TWO reservations for my two boys, one after the other, the reception just booked me in with the available time slot, no questions asked. Let's forget they messed up a date one week after, so we went there for nothing one day. Anyways, we went back a week later and my boys apparently have cavities that need to be filled. My little one went in first and the dentist at first and i talked to the dentist that he was complaining about a hole in his tooth which trapped food all the time, and we agreed to do the filling for that. After like 20mins, she said it's done and when i looked into my boy's mouth, it's only half was done, the hole is still there! The hole is in between 2 teeth and she just filled one, and i asked why only half and she told me because she's RUNNING OUT OF TIME!!! she said i just booked for 15mins, how did i know how long they book me in? i dont even know i have to book a dentist with duration! Plus my boy got 2 injection for numbing the gum for filling, and those hurt alot!!! but she can only do half of the job because she run out of time?! she said her next patient was here already so she cant do it anymore, i said your next patient is my another boy, and she said she already used up his time as well!! How ridiculous it is? strongly NOT recommend it to anyone A very angry mom and 2 unsolved dental problem boys

Fantastic experience: I had to do a root canal and I did it with the Doctor Williams. He reassured me when I arrived and gave me a very professional and cheaper analysis than in other clinics. The treatment was excellent and he had a TV on the roof to watch movies while he carried out his task. He was very kind and had the patience to explain everything to me carefully. You can tell he loves his job and is a good professional. Very thankful Very recommended

Fantastic experience: I am a visitor to the Gold Coast and they fit me in late on a Friday night for my painful teeth. The clinic itself is so beautiful but more importantly everyone I encountered was so kind, helpful and reassuring. It was absolutely the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Before my visit I kept experiencing the same troubles and it was only by visiting with the dentists here I discovered the underlying cause of my problem. Without them, I would have experienced worlds of trouble for the rest of my life and for that I am grateful for coming across this team when I did. I saw Dr William Evans, he was so Personable and understanding and took time to make sure I understood exactly what was happening. I am often very anxious at the dentists and they put me at ease you even get to watch Netflix! I will visit again before I leave and will be back to see them again. Cannot recommend the dental studio enough.

I found out about the dental studio through recommendations in a Facebook group - from my first call making an appointment the team were really helpful! I had really bad anxiety visiting a dentist and as a result it had been many years since my last visit. Dr William Evans and his assistant Paige have been absolutely amazing and have helped me feel at ease throughout. I have needed quite a few fillings but I have felt 100% comfortable at each visit, I am actually looking forward to my next appointment which is something I never thought I would hear myself say! To top it off they are a really affordable practice which means maintaining my dental health is going to be achievable long term. The practice itself is a nice, clean and relaxing environment. I've always been self conscious of my smile (avoiding photos etc) I'm really excited because up until I visited these guys I didn't think it was something I would be able to achieve or afford any time soon but apparently I was wrong! Thank you Dr William & the rest of the team at the Dental Studio!

Fantastic experience: By far the best dental studio I've ever been to. I felt like I was at a health spa! The staff are super friendly and professional here, and the studio itself is lovely. I had a check-up and clean with Dr Kirsten Miscamble, and the whole treatment was comfortable and high quality - the most thorough clean I've had. Dr Kirsten also set me up for a whitening treatment, which I was really nervous about, but I'm SO happy I did it. Dr Kirsten was really patient in talking me through the whole process. I've had so many compliments on my smile since, and my wedding photos turned out fabulous. This is where I tell all my friends and family to go now. My husband went to see Dr Kirsten as well, and she really went above and beyond in caring for his teeth. Thanks Dental Studio team, and thanks Dr Miscamble!
