Negative experience: I’ve always had great experiences with Dr. Kommidi, but unfortunately, my visit with Dr. Iain Poi was the worst. Dr. Poi, he deserves 1 star, though I wouldn’t even give him that if I could. If you have TMJ, I’d recommend being cautious when booking with him (Dr Iain Poi). My tooth broke after seeing Dr Iain, I went back to get it fixed, lasted only a week. I’m in extremely poor condition after coming here. I am going to be honest. Just don’t go here. My TMJ is flared due to the pain. My tooth is in so much pain. I’m hoping to contact someone who will take action. I’m honestly tired of crying from this pain and the poor promises from this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Dr jesu look after me when I came in for a infection in my gums. Her care and unstanding of my pain was out standing. I then returned on Monday 15th July 2024 Dr jesu explained everything to me about my teeth and what problems may occur then she proceeded to fix one of my tooth that had broken. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist who not only looks after your teeth but who is gentle and kind. Thank you Dr jesu.

Negative experience: Im not happy, I came today for infection in two of my teeth, but the doctor only cleaned my teeth and left blood in my mouth, and told me to go clean it myself, I believe he did not do his job properly, he was not acting professional. I had blood everywhere in my mouth and a dentist who did not care. The cleaning of the teeth was not even done properly. I am left with pain!! He charged me $360 just for a clean!!

Negative experience: My son had an infection on his gum. When we entered the clinic there was no one. I told the lady in the front office that my son had ASD. She went to talk to the dentist. When she came back she said the dentist does not want to see your child. She told us to go to Dienella clinic in Broadmeadows. Shame on that dentist.
