Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at this clinic. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, which set a great tone from the start. I saw Dr. Emma Langworthy, and she was absolutely amazing, she kept me informed at every step. She was professional, friendly, and gave excellent advice. Dr. Emma has a calming presence, which is especially reasurring if you're nervous about needles! The whole visit went smoothly, and I can't fault them. I will definately recommend this dental clinic to family and friends.

Negative experience: I was requiring a very small, basic filling which the Higgins practice facilitated through an opening available on the day I rang .....for which I was thankful. I did have a discrepancy with the pricing regimen applied to my situation which I bought to the owner/ manager of the business (Chris). His manner was quite condescending, referring to myconcern as essentially ignorant, saying that my issue may lay in that I have not in my 59 yrs of experience had this level of dental care. The reality is, his application of a fee for an oral examination was unnecessary as I provided the information having had a full comprehensive investigation only weeks earlier....I reiterated this to the dentist saying there was nothing of sensitivity. They took a X ray of tooth which I had no objection to , so as to verify depth and extent of problem. My issue was with a fee charged that had no basis nor cause. Be aware of disproportionate pricing within the context of your teeth work if you choose to go there. This will most certainly be my last

She was also so patient with me and my baby, we had to stop a few times so I could tend to my five month old and both of the women who looked after me were totally kind and understanding. Fantastic experience: First time attending this dentist surgery and it was a fantastic experience - as far as fantastic goes for a trip to the dentist. I was acknowledged as soon as I entered. I was treated kindly. After my teeth were examined I was provided with options and was even offered a second opinion by the Senior Dentist. They were empathetic and non judgemental. Following my tooth extraction, the next day I was given a check up phone call and when I had to go back I was given a prompt appointment the following day. Great service all round

Fantastic experience: I went for a 2nd opinion on an expensive dental procedure that had been quoted to me elsewhere and so glad I did because Dr.Chris walked me through other options and discussed the option best suited to me, and it was certainly preferable to the other quoted procedure that I felt was being pushed on me. And, so good with children, my family are impressed with how well he interacts with the young ones, even to putting cartoons on the screen for their amusement. Fantastic experience: Chris is a Mastermind with those dental tools with the delicate touch of an angel. I’ve never been more comfortable seeing a dentist, he’s a very kind and compassionate guy, truly thankful I know him and have access to his services. (He reconstructed my 4 front teeth and you wouldn’t know how bad they were when I broke them skateboarding)
