Fantastic experience: I just saw Dr Ameera Parveen at Amberly Dental and she was so incredibly patient and kind. I get SO anxious about the dentist, but the lovely receptionist and Dr Parveen went out of their way to put me at ease and make sure I knew what was happening, and what it would all cost. It’s not in my suburb but this clinic is definitely going to be my regular go-to for dentistry!

Fantastic experience: I attended the clinic with my whole family and was seen by Dr Ayesha. My daughter especially was very anxious and nervous for her teeth extractions but Ayesha was amazingly patient with her. She was kind, understanding and made my daughter feel comfortable until she successfully got 2 teeth extracted in one go. I am so happy wirh Dr Ayesha and the whole clinic, from reception to the nursing staff! We will be back for our regular appointments here now

I got my tooth filled from Dr Ameera what an amazing and experienced dentist she is, she made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. The most impressive part was the numbing technique. Honestly, I barely felt the needle prick at all—it was the most comfortable injection I’ve ever had. It made such a huge difference in my overall comfort. Dr Ameera worked so smoothly that the whole thing was done before I knew it.

Negative experience: If you’re thinking about taking your kids to this dentist, think twice. The dentist we saw was not very friendly with children, and our experience was disappointing. We had an appointment for my son at 4:00 PM, but we ended up waiting for an hour and a half before being seen. I’ve since started taking my kids to Beaconsfield Dental, and they’ve been much better ,both in how they treat children and in their pricing.

I had 2 root canals and 4 crowns, the service from Dr Aanchal was world class! From the moment I walked in, both the receptionists were incredibly welcoming and efficient. Dr Aanchal was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The care I received was exceptional, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail and personalized approach. This is undoubtedly a five-star dental practice!

Fantastic experience: I came in for an emergency Wisdom teeth pull, was a complicated job, I called them on the Sunday night in a lot of pain they slotted me in as soon as they could Dr Aanchal knows her job extremely well and compared to other extractions in the past was the gentlest, they looked after me well. Everyone was really nice from the Dr to the secretary, I will definitely be considering driving the extra hour next time to get more work done. If I could give them a 6 star rating I would. You should be proud of what you do

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Amberly dentistry for two years, and always had a positive experience. The front staff is very friendly. also Dr Aldia and Dr Jabbok are very caring and patient, they always providing a detailed explanation to me. What’s more, the fees are quite reasonable! I would recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I had two wisdom teeth extracted here last week, one on the top and the other one on the bottom. Based on my previous experience of having my wisdom teeth removed, my face will swell up a lot. But this time only the bottom swelling, not the top swelling. Thank you so much to Dr Aldia, Her tooth extraction is really excellent. And also the receptionist is so nice and reliable. She contacted me many times in the days after my tooth extraction to make sure that I was OK after my tooth extraction.

Negative experience: The dentistry recently replied to my feedback and told me to call this number for further concerns which I did but their receptionist was rude about it and wouldn't address any of my concerns related to it, and when i asked her to give the phone to her supervisor that possibly wrote it, she wouldn’t and her replay was that “they only come once a year” like what kind supervisor is that. Overall, I had a really bad experience with this clinic and their customer service is honestly laughable.

Negative experience: I recently had an appointment for cleaning my teeth, but during my cleaning they took two x-rays which costs $100 so it’s fine. But later on the doctor initiated the talk about how I have a wisdom teeth that needs to be treated and my answer was simple “okay”. But later on during the check out they took $65 just for the fact that the doctor informed me about the wisdom teeth, I would’ve been okay with not been informed at all if I knew they would take so much money because of that talk which the doctor initiated in the first place and I din’t even ask for that talk. Like what the hell. I recommend that if you guys go to this dentist don’t say anything at all and keep your mouth shut. They didn’t even clean my teeth properly as well other doctors take their time to ensure everything is going well but over here it didn’t even take 10 minutes before they told me that they’re done. Only for 10-15 minutes they took $315 and their service was also really bad so I wouldn’t recommend this dentistry to anyone at all.

Negative experience: I never like to leave a bad review about anything but I was just so upset leaving this appointment I have to give feedback. The dentist was friendly but unfortunately during my appointment the mirror was pressed into my gum causing me a lot of pain which I had to stop the appointment. Which I have never done before. There was no bleeding or anything but just very sore to the point I was almost in tears and still hurt up to 1 hour after the appointment.Another point in the appointment they had issues turning on and off some of the tools. When I got to the appointment from the beginning they let me know once I was there my original dentist was no longer available which I said was fine but looking back now I shouldn't have gone. I just pray with this review it might help in future with comforting patients when issues occur.

Negative experience: Overall her consultation was very impressive and thoroughly explained, however the cost of my treatment was extremely overpriced. I was very cautious as the price figure that she gave me was over a $1000. I price checked with my other local dentistry and they gave me a figure of $720 for the same treatment plan, a difference of $480. This is not up to standard, and very manipulative as there was no option for negotiation. Be very attentive and careful and make sure you are getting the right price!!

Fantastic experience: Giao is my favourite dentist ever. She is so calm and explains everything. She remembers your family and what has been happening with you. I get quite nervous in the chair but she talks to me and calms me as she is working. She is also great with my kids. Would highly recommend! Heaps of parking and easy access for prams or wheel chairs.
