Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at Bupa Dental Rockdale. I went in for an emergency appointment, explained clearly that I was flying out the next days and asked for at least a temporary solution. Instead, Dr Ashraf did nothing to help, came up with excuses, and still charged me $140 just for “visiting” my teeth. No treatment, no temporary fix — nothing. Not helpful at all!

Fantastic experience: I loved the one on one care with the dental hygienist today! Denise was just lovely! She told me everything she was going to do with my dental clean before she moved on. I felt secure in her care and knew what to expect next! I very much dislike it when there are 2 people working in my mouth, one obviously learning the profession, the other qualified……. To be talking to one another about trivial personal things… with me being the Elephant in the Room! I hate listening to their conversations!!! I love that I can watch tv, a huge distraction from any discomfort I’m feeling, with one person doing their job! Thankyou Bupa Dental Rochedale for giving me a great experience! Denise is to be commended for her friendly and professional approach!!. ♥️

Negative experience: The worst place to ever go to in Rochedale . The receptionists I have always spoken to are the most rude , inflexible personnel . They lack empathy . Rochedale is full of dentists these days I suggest you look elsewhere . We were clients with them for over 10 years and this is the first practise that has never improved on their customer service . Will never return . I was trying to find the option not to even rate a one star , sadly . I feel like we should have moved ages ago . I regret supporting this practise for such a long time . The only reason we stuck around is because of our Bupa membership

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nathan Barnes is a five star dentist. I recommend him to all my friends and family. He has helped me through many difficult procedures and been incredibly compassionate and supportive with my very anxious family members. If you're looking for a dentist that is kind, compassionate and does a top tier job. I highly advise you to see him if you can get in . The man is very popular and you will see why. Old school service, very knowledgeable. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Bupa Dental Rochedale goes well above and beyond on every occasion. I have been coming here for about 3 months now. The staff here are so friendly, and patient and always so polite and happy to help. The dentists are all so warm and make you really feel comfortable. They inform you and make sure you are aware of every step of the process during an appointment. The dental assistants are always smiling and friendly too. I would like to give a big shout out to my Dentist Dr Hsu, and Dr Badrulhisham who both were extremely professional in treating my condition, and I had a good laugh with and really made me feel comfortable, knowing I have a bit of dental anxiety. Fantastic experience: After a terrible experience at a dentist 10years ago, a disintegrating tooth lead me to bupa dental Rochedale. They have been absolutely fantastic at easing me through my visits and required dental care...and while I wouldnt say I look forward to the dentist I'm no longer absolutely dreading it and avoiding going.

Fantastic experience: A special shout out to Dr Tony! I have been consulting quite a few dentists for opinions on my wisdom teeth case, all of them referred me to other specialist and they said they can’t remove my wisdom teeth on chair . Dr Tony saved my life to avoid General Anaesthetic to removal all 4 of them. In order to fill my posterior decay, he tried to cut some of my wisdom teeth and fill my posterior! Thanks for his alternative advice! I feel really grateful to meet him.

Fantastic experience: Dr Pavitra is one of the best dentists I have ever been to by far. She is diligent and thorugh in inspecting the teeth and clearly explains her recommendations for any issue that arises. She also provides options for these recommendations and specific timeframes which helps make a decision accordingly. She is extremely caring about her patients and ensures that they are pain free during any procedure that she does- even during cleaning!! Recommend everyone to opt for Dr Pavitra and visit the Bupa Dental clinic at Rochedale South!

Fantastic experience: Tony Hsu is simply the most caring dentist I have ever come across in Brisbane. He is incredibly professional, thorough and patiently answered all our questions. Where the clinic is located is very convenient. Easy access to highway. Onsite parking was not an issue. Thanks so much for your all around care, team. I’ve been going to Bupa Dental Rochedale for a few months now and Dr Pav & Haseeba have completely eased my nervous about making appointments. Their personalities and gentle practices have made my experience at the dentist so much more comforting. Fantastic experience: Tiffany and her frontline staff are amazing and kind and couldn’t so enough for me. Nathan and his assistant (Im sorry I’ve forgotten your name) were just so understanding and reassuring through out the whole process. The waiting rooms are immaculate and well laid out with lots of room to sit. There is no bad experience received during my first visit.

Fantastic experience: Only dentist I've ever been to, since I was under 10 years old, to now 26. Only dentist experience I know of and they are definitely meeting exceptional standards with kindness and skill level. Dental experiences are good experiences if you take care of your oral hygiene.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, this practice used to be good but not anymore. Heavily overbooked, so once I missed my regular appointment, I won't get another for the next 4-6 weeks! I also don't get my preferred oral hygienist anymore. They picked them for you so take it or leave it. It could be a new person everytime you go, so no thanks! Well, I left them for another practice after 6 years. Appreciated the time when they provided good service.

Negative experience: Very disappointing customer service, Reception has a less than average attitude to help out when patient is not at fault and the clinic has cancelled the appointment after 2 months of waiting already to see a dentist. They are tried to offer me the next available spot to take with ANOTHER 3 months to wait as reschedule. Staff has NO empathy It feels like it is a sausage factory rather than a health care service NOT RECCOMENDED

Negative experience: I had very bad experience , I done teeth filling by dr Sonia ,one side filling was good but I don't what she done to my otherside of teeth, after filling I immediately notice I m having problem while eating ,I went back after few days she said it's nothing wrong with teeths, I waited more days but nothing worked my teeth pain was same , after I again went to her but she said she can't do anything you need to see specialist ,I spend $1500 for filling and ended up with painful teeth and can't eat any food on right of my teeths. I never had any problem with my teeth before but she did something wrong with my teeths and after left to see specialist where I need to spend more $$$. I don't recommend dr Sonia sunil

Fantastic experience: They made me very comfortable from the get go. Spent a lot of time making sure that I understood every option that was available for me. They also understood my financial limites and told me which way to go as to what would be the best thing to be done now and what can wait. The end result is that I'm having the work done over small period of time and knowing I'm not being ripped off.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience today - I had a broken tooth for a week and this was the first time I could get an appointment. Unfortunately, I got the appointment time confused and was 15 mins late. The dentist Tony Hsu refused to see me. So lacking compassion! The number of times I've been made to wait several minutes clearly is ok, but the dentist can't organise to be 15 mins off schedule. I've had no issue with the quality of work, and have spent an awful lot of money at this practice, but this lack of caring and what I perceive to be selfishness on the part of the dentist is intolerable. I'm leaving this practice and going somewhere else.

Very professional, gentle and caring. All the staff at the practice are friendly and helpful from the receptionist, treatment coordinator and of course the Doctors and assistants.

Fantastic experience: My Husband and I both are pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism shown by all staff at Bupa Dental Rochedale. Caring & gentle describe both of our experiences. You can leave any anxiety at home because you are in great hands. My Husband sees Dr Greg Thomas and I see Dr Nathan Barnes. Fantastic experience: Just want to express my thanks to the staff at Bupa Dental Rochedale for the care I again received yesterday. I have been a patient at this practice for many years and I have always greatly appreciated their professionalism and care in looking after myself and my young family. The reception staff are very accommodating in juggling appointments around school and work commitments, while the dental staff ensure that my children have a great experience so they do not develop the dentist phobia that many people struggle with. I recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: Unhappy with the amount charged for my last appointment. No consultation about any of the costs of the examination that was being performed at all. Left a 700+ dollar expense to pay at the end of it all. Costs of the examinations being performed SHOULD BE EXPLAINED BEFORE HAND. Will not be returning.
