Dr. Hem explains every single step which is what we need while we are experiencing tooth difficulties and considering the phobia behind it. I never felt any stress while being treated. Fantastic experience: This is the best Dental Clinic I have ever visited. Every contact I have had with this Clinic has been nothing but exceptional and far exceeds any expectation you could have. Sasha at reception is the most lovely person and her customer service level is absolutely exceptional. As the first point of contact for this clinic, Sasha will make your mind at ease with her pure kindness and understanding, from making an appointment to general enquiries. Dr Hem, the Dentist, and Leena, the nurse, are genuinely caring people who go above and beyond with their service to make you feel comfortable and calm during your visit. Express any concerns or fears you may have when you enter the room; they will honestly listen to you and do anything possible to make your experience the best it possibly can be. I cannot speak highly enough about this Clinic and should you, or your children, have any anxiety about visiting a dentist, please consider them as your first point of contact.

Fantastic experience: I have been terrified of the dentist since i was a kid. I had a really bad experience at another dentist and was treated terribly. I found Smile Makers from doing a google search and reading reviews and im so glad i called and spoke to Sasha about getting my wisdom teeth out, who was so helpful and kind from the first second. I made an appointment and was terrified to go. When i arrived Sasha made me feel welcome, introduced me to Dr Hem and he explained my dental plan and what i needed. Coming up with preventative options instead of all wisdom teeth extractions. He explained everything in great detail. I had 2 wisdom teeth out and felt safe and cared for the entire time. Sasha called me to check up on me the next day and to make sure i was ok. I had 4 more sessions with fillings and each time was taken care of and each procedure was relative pain free. Im so glad that i chose to come here and i cannot recommend this dental clinic and its awesome staff enough. I would give 10 stars if i could. Thank you so much. Jason McIntosh

Fantastic experience: Dr Hem, wow what an amazing dentist. He has looked after my teeth amazingly since November. Quality service, clean and well kept facilities and friendly staff. Will continue to visit Smilemakers.

Negative experience: I visited Dr. Hem with a toothache, and he diagnosed it as an issue with my wisdom tooth, recommending extraction. After a two-hour extraction session, the doctor informed me that although he removed the tooth, the roots remained. Now, on the fourth day, I'm still in pain ( this is addition to my original pain which hasn’t gone away) . I am taking pain relievers, and need to consult a surgeon to address the incomplete procedure. Feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Really happy to have found Dr Hemant. He has helped above and beyond with my dental treatments. One of the most humble and caring Drs. I have had my two extractions done from Dr Hemant. Cant recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: Was so happy with my amazing dentist at Smilemakers Madeley a couple of years ago and then she left. When I was due for my check up after that I had Dr Hem. He is the most incredible dentist I have been to yet! He is kind, gentle, very good at what he does and explains things to you very very well. It makes you feel very comfortable and wanting to have the treatments you need. He is thorough and does not overwhelm you with many treatments at once too. He and his beautiful staff are exceptionally warm people. The practice is inviting and calming. I would recommend Dr Hem to anyone I know. If you are looking for a dentist and practice that cares this is the one. No need to be scared of dentists anymore people.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hem has looked after my teeth over the last 3 years. He is the most gentle dentist that has care for me and I’ve had major work done by him including an implant. His after care is excellent. My wife and adult son also attend his surgery.

Fantastic experience: Cool place to be Dr Hemanth is so genuine & caring personality. I usually get my cleaning done by him annually. Recently had root canal for mum with so much of care and affordable. Not to forget the reception staff she si super cool, pretty and very friendly always have smile on her face. Fantastic experience: We are very thankful to the team we met at Smilemakers this morning, our daughter had a really bad push bike accident (last night) and broke 3 of her front adult teeth, a PCH visit confirmed the teeth were not loose but of course instructed us to see a Community Dentist ASAP, coming home at almost midnight I made the booking on Health Engine with Smilemakers the booking did not go through to them overnight (not their fault) but we arrived for 8.45am, they were of course not expecting us, But, they all ran to help us, they could see how anxious we both were. Both the Dr. and the Nurse were so kind, compassionate and had such a wonderful bedside manner, talking to both of us through the whole consult and outcome. As soon as they completed her consult and took rays, they did not delay to tell me that she was only going to need fillings on the 3 teeth. I am very thankful to them for everything they did for us this morning, especially the kindness and compassion shown, thank you so very very much again, Mel & Hollie x

Negative experience: The young lady who answers the phone is unwelcoming, flat, and rude. Was looking for a new dentist but will pass on Smilemakers

Negative experience: Dentist professional, husband happy with work done..... however, totally disgusted at my 69yr old husband's treatment he received from the receptionist. Borderline bullying, aggressive, nasty & raising her voice at him, while shoving an Ipad in his face to sign. He did not have his reading glasses and she snapped, "what are those then?", pointing at his sunglasses! Customer service did not exist. When challenged by my husband questioning where the customer service was, and told her she was a mean and nasty person, she didn't care! I believe this is her normal behaviour. A year ago I met her on the phone while making an appointment for our 8yr old granddaughter. A very bad experience, took her to another dentist. There business is going to fail because of their receptionist. She is a liability to this business. $4000 not coming there way. A bit of a read, sorry! But people need to know.

Negative experience: Went there to fix my sensitive teeth (as per their suggestion) and they only made it so much worse. They couldn’t find the cause of the pain after going back there a couple of time to fix it; and now I’ve been suffering from headaches due to toothache. It didn’t help that they keep changing dentists. I also didn’t appreciate that the dentists just leave without telling their patients that they’re leaving.

Negative experience: Very disappointed in service. Appointments changed, cancelled with no thought to clients. Little care shown. My family will not return.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience from start to finish with the wonderful team at Smilemakers, the whole team worked to make my kids feel comfortable and at ease with the tongue tie release procedure and the aftercare. I cannot recommend them highly enough, we were walked through the procedure and on the day everything went exactly as we were told, the recovery and aftercare my kids and I received was second to none. After going to see many others about the same procedure and being told it wasn’t able to be done they took it on and did it flawlessly and with very little worry. Their tongues have recovered beautifully and their speech and eating has improved immensely.

Fantastic experience: Had my 6 monthly check up, polish and clean on Thursday 19th July with Nish and I’m afraid of pain and dentists but she made me feel so relaxed and I almost fell asleep Gentle treatment no pain and teeth are feeling really clean again Nish gave me tips to help me at last clean and have all paid off Love your work Needed a very small tooth filling on my front veneer and Praveen did this in no time and was all over within a minute or so - very small issue Ashley the receptionist always a pleasure to deal with after to take my payment and help with the insurance side of things Love the team here and highly recommend them Great job see you in 6 months I promise I won’t worry next time

The laser dental work is the best no pain quick and easy fillings. Highly recommend this place especially of you dislikes dentist as this team are very supportive.

Fantastic experience: I'd just like to thank Dr Praveen and his awesome team and his beautiful wife Manisha for the care i received. I was so nervous before getting my 4 wisdom teeth removed but they all made me feel so welcome and cared for. During my Surgery it was so relaxing and it felt like it was over so quick! I felt no pain at all. They were so careful and always cheching to see how i was going. I even remember them giving me high 5's. These guys are so professional and trustworthy, and I've never felt so cared for going into a practition. I even got a lift home from from the DR's wife which was so helpful. Had the surgery yesterday and I'm feeling great! I trust these guys and the team 110%

Fantastic experience: By far the best dentist I have ever been to. Since my first visit to Smilemakers, I haven't 'dread' going to the dentist and that's pretty rare to hear (because let's be honest, no one really enjoys a dentist visit). Dr Praveen and his team are so friendly and make every experience so comfortable and welcoming – from the visit at reception, to the chair. I recently had that 'wisdom teeth extraction' experience and it went so smoothly, I woke up the next day feeling 100% with no pain and no recollection of the process, thanks to their new oral sedation option. (This allows you to still be awake but pretty ‘sleepy’ and basically have no recollection of the procedure – which I thought was amazing) After this experience, I would definitely recommend anyone to Smilemakers Madeley. I’d give 10 - thumbs up if I could Thank you to ALL the staff.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Praveen and his team for their excellent patient care, given with understanding, kindness and professionalism. For someone who dreads the dentist chair, the experience was made easier by friendly, helpful staff who aim to make you feel comfort during your appointment. The option to 'sleep' through a long procedure helped me to have the treatment needed. I was well cared for during the process and after the treatment I woke with little recollection and no pain.

Fantastic experience: What a delightful experience!!! Never would I have thought I'd be saying that about a wisdom tooth extraction... But it really was, the staff were so friendly and professional and the actual procedure was a breeze. I requested to be put under and I woke up so comfortable and not at all in pain. I was given all the information needed and knew exactly what to do and when to do it. Even having stiches removed was enjoyable as the staff (again) were so friendly and cheerful. Recently I needed my wisdom teeth extracted which brought about some nerves but the team were very reassuring, informative and supportive prior to the extraction.
