Fantastic experience: I called for an emergency appointment for a family member and Rachel the receptionist was amazing. She was so professional and very helpful. As first port of call, she gave me the confidence that if the rest of team were as fantastic as her, you know you are in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Best dental service in all aspects, reception to cares. Brendan was amazing with my son. His extraction was so smooth that my 5 yr old son gave him a big hug after. Also love all the dental assistants and the lovely ladies at the desk. Cannot recommend enough. Massive discounts if you are with Bupa Insurance. I paid $83 for extraction with sedation. For the same treatment I was expecting to pay no less than $300 at another practice.

Fantastic experience: Bupa Erina are always great. Mahesha again, absolutely brilliant chair-side manner, super clear and informative, excellent watching someone so good at their job! Should be the template for all dentists IMO.

Fantastic experience: Service at it's BEST, I had visited Bupa Dental Erina for the first time last week to get a Clean and Check Up, I was greeted by Friendly Rosa/Ashleigh at the Reception, after waiting for few minutes I was greeted by Payal who was my dental assistant and guided me to my Oral Health Therapist Brendan, who explained exactly what he was going to be doing, I was Extremely Happy with the whole Experience and Treatment I received, Highly Recommend

Negative experience: Dr Bhandari/Dr Briggs, I want you to know that after 2 years I’m still too embarrassed to smile after putting my trust in you and proceeding with an implant. Thought you may want to know your impact on another’s life.

Negative experience: Had an appointment with toothache and instead of having it treated has been "referenced" to completely different clinic which is not bupa dentals at all and not even first member network of bupa where has been quoted 2300 for root canal treatment which is almost a double price from what normally is charged between 1100-1500. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I was recommened to Bupa Erina by a family member of mine and the rec was for great reason! I've just finished root canal therapy, which at first seemed daunting but I could not have had a better experience and result with Dr AJ and all of the ladies with in the beautiful clinic.... every appointment was punctual and all staff were always very welcoming, professional, friendly, helpful & reassuring. It is safe to say that I have finally found my dentist!

Fantastic experience: Great service and always put my mind at rest when ever I have treatment (So if you're a little nervous). My only gripe, they sometimes don't start on time which is a concern if you need to go to another appointment.

Negative experience: Good Service and work done was great but they add hidden fees to your visit. Charged extra $50 for a 30 second mouth cancer check which was not requested. It borders on illegal deception. They are capped in fees as a Bupa Members First supplier so add hidden fees to make up for it. Wouldn't have been so upset if they just told me it was more expensive.

Negative experience: On first appearances good. Turns out this practise has no integrity and seems to be operating for the money in the mouth. half a star. Left part of tooth in my mouth, then lied in record to say I refused to have it removed. Went home with a mouth full of tooth fragments, which i kept.
