Fantastic experience: This clinic is the best, I'd never been before and I broke a tooth. They got me into an appt in half an hour to see Dr Rob who is exceptional I might add and has great music taste. Fixed me up in 40 mins with a very reasonable price. I'm very happy. This clinic is my new regular from here on out. The staff are just wonderful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Paul Tan from Crescent Village Dental Centre in Midland over 20 years. He has always delivered quality professional dental services and with an emphasis on care. When something needs to be done, he gives us clear advice and recommendations. His provided great value for money, especially after medical rebates like HBF. Dr Tan is always punctual and if he is running late, he informs his receptionist to give us a call so we can either come in earlier or reschedule. The other staff are absolutely friendly, helpful and understanding. He also refers us to other practitioners when needed. We’ve recommended several of our family members to his clinic, and they have all been very happy with Dr Paul Tan. Highly recommended and professional.

Negative experience: I went there for tooth filling. The dentist seems to be a good man. But I am not happy with the procedure. I have to get both sides done. After getting one side done I started feeling cold and hot sensitivity. I told them no pain killers were given! Then I was scared of getting other side done. The dentist insisted to get that done for hos own reasons. Now I got cold and hot sensitivity on both sides. Addressing your reply ::: I have all the proof that I got my treatment from you guys. First of all you must not deny. Secondly, you mentioned in your reply that you have no record . Then you insisting me to contact you. I mean what for I contact you. Sorry , I lost my trust. I respect the privacy for the dentist. Get your records check again . I got bank transactions. Unbelievable how you responded!!!

Negative experience: Took my adult son with special needs to this clinic for the first time...although the service was excellent we were kept waiting for approximately 45 minutes as the dentist was running late, so late that people coming in for appointments after his decided not to wait. I knew it would not be cheap but when another dentist came into the room and spent less than 5 minutes extracting a tooth I was shocked at $180 for those few minutes. That was only part of the bill.

Fantastic experience: Chin (Dr Ting) is terrific... makes sure his patient is ok at any period during the procedure. No time wasting... so patients only need to be in the chair as long as need be.... And the girls in the admin section are on the ball also in sorting scripts needed and the their friendly nature... Cheers Chin and staff...

Negative experience: Received really bad service from the lady on reception. I had missed my second 1hr long appointment and returned there phone call (which most people don’t) also to explain my situation and why I can’t attend… to only be blasted & made to feel horrible. Was told I owed a $100.00 and they would only make an 30minute appointment next time and they would need to extract the tooth within that time frame. The lady couldn’t careless my reasoning… I advised I’ve been sick with Covid yet she made me horrible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will never return. Show some sincerity & compassion.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Tom Zimmerman for a really good clean and unfortunately not long after emergency root canal. Very professional and makes you feel super comfortable in the chair. I phoned 5 other Dentists in Midland and they were $280 to $320 for the same extraction,here ..$100 need I say more so very highly recommended

The dentists removing my wisdom teeth, told me exactly what I was in for and made sure I was aware of everything what made the whole ordeal a whole lot easier.
