Negative experience: This was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve had. The dentist spent no more than 15 minutes on my general check-up and clean, and it was rushed, messy, and very uncomfortable. It did not feel professional or thorough at all.

They are always welcoming and I'm always happy to go back for my checkup. The dentists there, knows what they are doing and cater for all ages and know how to look after the ones that are afraid of going to the dentist. Book you appointment and experience what i have. Definitely deserve a 5 star.

Fantastic experience: After my last dentist moved away I was in search of a new dentist. It's not something one would get excited about but I am. Dr Jim at Market Square is great. Great technique (i.e. less squirming in the chair on my part) and great patience to explain my personal circumstances to me.

Negative experience: Dreadful. A client for years. I made an apt for the first thing, took a day off work. I had other apts scheduled in my day. I arrived and waited, about 15 minutes. The receptionist was highly apologetic, not her fault, and out off her control. She received a call from the dentist to say they missed their alarm and had slept in. Unbelievable,

Negative experience: Absolutely unacceptable. I had an appointment at 12pm today, only to arrive and find out National Dental Care was closed. They had the audacity to send me an email notification about the appointment, a system they clearly should have disabled during their temporary closure for renovations. It’s even more infuriating to see from previous Google reviews that this is not an isolated incident; they’ve done this before and have taken no steps to rectify such gross negligence. I had to rearrange my entire work schedule for this appointment. It’s a blatant disregard for customers’ time and commitment. Thoroughly disappointed

Positive experience: Please pay additional attention to your appointment. Even you booked Doctors at Sunnybank clinic, your appointment reminder will actually change to other sites. No one will tell you in advance that this clinic is currently under renovation, until you come to the site, found it yourself and missed your appointment. Then you will be told to go to the city immediately.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ryan Ip has been my dentist for the past few years. I avoided the dentist for about 3 to 4 years because of having very bad experiences but after being recommended to Dr. Ip I now look forward to my dentist appointment and they don't hurt at all. Have had a few fillings, a root canal as well as just yesterday having my 2 lower wisdom teeth out. I was very scared about the wisdom teeth being extremely painful but I have to say very minimal discomfort and pain during the procedure as Dr. Ip is very patient and caring. Going through surgery would have cost me $2600 but it only cost me $280 as I am with Bupa. Thank you to National Dental Care and a huge thank you to Dr. Ryan Ip for always taking care of me.

Negative experience: This was the worst dentist ever. I went there 12 years ago with my teeth fine and left still unable to eat hard food. My teeth have been painful since. Very messy filling job done as well. Please do not go here!!! Cheap service.
