Fantastic experience: Exceptional service from Dr Lee and the team at Mosman Smiles. As an ADF veteran, I required a dentist to assist with diagnosis for Initial Liability of conditions for DVA. While I was not one of his regular patients, Ryan took the time to review my medical records alongside the DVA SOPs. He explained my teeth wear and bruxism conditions and during a physical review found further issues with my teeth and jaw. Dr Lee was very thorough and explained potential future treatment options for my conditions, and accurately completed the paperwork with minimum fuss. Altogether a very stress free experience! I would highly recommend Dr Lee to ex-ADF members who are seeking support with the liability and impairment processes for a thorough and professional dental service.

Booking and adjusting appointments online and over the phone was seamless and simple. Dr. Catherine was calm and patient at the appointment. I appreciated that she sat down with me to have a one-to-one discussion and ensure any concerns or needs would be addressed. She took thorough x-rays and walked me through the results, explaining how to maintain healthy care of my teeth at home based on my x-rays and the in-person exam and cleaning. She is very knowledgable about a wide range of dental procedures and practices, and answered all of my questions with patience. I walked away feeling confident that I understood my dental health and how to maintain it until the next check-up.

The Mosman clinic is such a calming space and I was treated with care and compassion from their staff from start to finish. Saar gave me hope and compassion and the confidence to fix a lifetime's poor dental treatment. He explains everything - why I need something done, when, what to expect during and after, what isn't necessary and what can wait. Was absolutely terrified and had neglected my teeth. Dr Saar reversed time and fixed issues I was told were too far gone. Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to stumble across Mosman Smiles after moving to Sydney back in 2007 and I'm so grateful that I did. Having spent my whole life under the care of my local NHS dentist back in the UK I was blissfully unaware of the poor condition of my teeth. As part of my comprehensive first check up appointment Saar took radiographs and photos which sadly showed that I needed no less than 7 fillings. I was more than a little daunted but Saar carefully explained the treatment required and helped to reassure me. His caring manner, kindness and professionalism quickly helped to put me at ease. Having experienced many painful dental injections in the past I was amazed to discover that Saar has developed a pain free injection technique. It takes a little longer but incredibly I literally couldn't feel a thing ! Saar is a perfectionist and the aesthetics of my restorations are exceptional. Amazingly, a full decade later, all of the original fillings that Saar undertook for me are still in place and after taking on board Saar's dental advice, and keeping up to date with my professional cleaning appointments, I have required no further dental treatment. The practice manager, Anita, is so warm, friendly and efficient and has engendered these qualities in all of the staff. It's so nice to walk in and be greeted with a smile and the process of arranging appointments and making payments is always smooth and seamless. Having had very poor quality dental care in the past I'm now happy to say that I actually look forward to my dental visits. A very big thank you to the whole team !

Fantastic experience: On my first visit to Saar and Anita I was not sure what treatment I was looking for. My enamel was deteriorating and being a person who smiles a lot I was becoming self-conscious. Not only did Saar and Anita offer me different suggestions but they spent the time to understand my life style, what outcome I was really after and what my budget was. I felt educated on my choices and they were very patient with me as we worked through the process to have 8 enamel veneers created and affixed. Client satisfaction is very important to Saar and Anita. I am completely happy with my veneers and have continued to see Saar for yearly regular cleaning and check-ups since my initial appointment in 2009.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Saar and his team at Mosman Smiles highly enough. I found Saar to be extremely warm and professional in his manner. His claims of pain-free dentistry were certainly validated- I experienced no pain at all and felt completely at ease during treatment. For checks and cleans I have found Saar to be gentle and thorough and since becoming a patient at the practice I have had no need for any further dental work other than cosmetic procedures. In regard to this, I have had the ZOOM whitening treatment several years ago and I still get comments about how white my teeth are. In my opinion you could not find a better dentist!

Fantastic experience: I had never had calculus cleaned for more than 30 years! I tried once in another dental center, but gave up with scaring experience. From the XRay, I knew I got a lot of calculus in teeth. It can be deep in some teeth. And I didn't know how painful it will be to get the first time cleaning done. I felt headache by just thinking of it. Today in Mosman Smiles, I felt to be at home with Anita and Dr Saar. We discussed about whether I should use anesthesia. The anesthesia can only be done on half of the mouth each time because it will last for a few hours and I need to speak or eat. Doing anesthesia means I need to clean half of the teeth each time and I need to come again. I live quite far and needs to work daily, so it's not convenient to come. So we decided to have a try first without anesthesia. We tried a tooth first. It's not pain at all. So we went on.. And finally I got my whole teeth cleaned with sometime rather bearable pain! That's amazing! Many thanks to Dr Saar and Anita! Now I am relieved of a heavy load and can enjoy eating again!
