Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I discovered this clinic and Dr Jonathan Kwok. I had tried several different dental clinics after moving to the Northern suburbs. I have always found Dr Kwok to provide an honest and fair assessment of any dental services I needed (unlike some other clinics). I had my two front teeth recapped and they look superb. Jonathan was very gentle and considerate throughout the process. Also, his nurse Kate was patient and helpful during the multiple procedures. All the staff at the clinic are professional and friendly, and the clinic is very clean and well appointed. I could not imagine going anywhere else, now.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend Dr Lynch and his team any higher. I came to see Dr Lynch with many multiple problems, he worked out a plan and I've never looked back. His receptionist Michelle has always gone above and beyond to make all appointments work. She has a friendly and welcoming demeanor. The only regret I have is that I didn't come to this dentist earlier.

You never feel like a stranger, and I can't believe that they always remember me, even though we only meet every six months. He has great staff who take pride in what they do. Going to any dentist is usually an uncomfortable experience but at Bundoora Dental Clinic it's different and better.

Fantastic experience: had an extraction done as some one who has very severe dental anxiety, Dr Thanh and his Nurse Sheena took amazing care of me and were so supportive and made sure all my questions were answered and that i was taken care of after. Lucy on reception is the bubbliest personality making the start of an appointment less daunting!! over all great team and felt the environment was judgement free and as comfortable as possible for someone like me.

Negative experience: Receptionist was exceptionally disrespectful over the phone this morning! I called up to cancel an appointment for the 10th of May because thats the day of my wedding. I couldn’t exactly hear her over the phone as she was speaking too quickly and softly. So she raised her voice for me to hear but i am not deaf. I couldn’t remember my dentist name either & she became agitated. She sounded miserable. The receptionist is usually lovely there. This one was not. It happened at 9:38am 8th of May.

Fantastic experience: Jonothan couldn't have been more gentle, knowledgeble, thorough and as I requested, he did not minimise what I needed to end my pain. He, the dental nurse and all the receptionists were friendly and helpful. I needed an extraction of a tooth that could easily have broken but Jonathan had it out in seconds in one piece. When I was in terrible pain after treatments my dentist of decades performed and who would only see me at his convenience, I found the Bundoora Dental Clinic. Jonothan took care of me immediately and the Clinic appreciates emergencies and is there for patients in trouble. I have had my history sent to the Bundoora Dental Clinic and am now a new, very satisfied client. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Carol Richards.

Fantastic experience: Front of house staff are so friendly, efficient and attentive. A very well oiled machine! Jonathan is such a beautiful, calming presence. Dental nurse Kate makes you feel at ease by putting your favourite show on the ceiling TV and chatting with you to help you relax (I don't have a phobia of the dentist, but I don't love it). I love the way Jonathan is always honest and provides a bunch of options, and never makes assumptions about what people might want or be able to afford. He is evidently a skilled medical professional but of equal importance, he is also an empathetic and thoughtful person.

Fantastic experience: Adding an edit to say that Dr Koo is still the best dentist ever as well as a wonderful human. I had a slip in the bath and knocked out some teeth - Dr Koo and the team have been so accomodating and kind, I’m extremely grateful for their care and excellent work. Thank you :) Dr Koo has performed 2 root canals on my teeth and caused me zero pain, he also managed to remove 4 wisdom teeth in the chair without pain and without causing swelling or bruising and has now done my crowns and veneers to perfection. I cannot speak highly enough of him, he is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to, not to mention his lovely and consultative manner. All the nurses and admin staff are lovely as well, such a great practice all round.

Negative experience: I went in with my two year older that has hurt her tooth with it bleeding by falling on it . They said sorry two people so far hav been waiting two hours wait we have one dentist on. I said can you please just ask if he can even just come out into the waiting room to have a quick look as she was bleeding, she said I’ll see. Comes back and says sorry we can’t help we can see what we have in the morning. This is not the 1st bad experience I’ve had( went to get a filling and the chipped my tooth next to it and the owner had to fix it free of charge ) with them but was desperate and they appeared to be the only ones open. Lady at the front was rude. With a patient that comes in as trauma as per the health system they must be seen. Sadly they had no interest.

The Dr. hand work is good but the filling does not match my tooth color even though they have the right filler color! they have also damaged my tooth outer layer to match his filling! unbelievable terrible service! I will have to pay the same amount to change that!

Positive experience: I have been a patient with BDC for many years, going back to Dr Bartac. Have never had an issue with the dentists, nurses, or reception staff as I've always had great treatments, and they've always been nice, caring and understanding if circumstances change and a reschedule is required. Until today. The receptionist who answered my call was downright rude as I had to cancel my appointment for the foreseeable future. Times are tough, and a bit of compassion in her tone would have been nice.

Negative experience: Always lovely service and care by dental nurses and dentist 10/10. My only gripe is one of your receptionist who I found to be downright rude with an attitude problem (younger lady who wears glasses). I know things happen out of the blue and I understand that, but the way she spoke to me when I came into the office was downright rude. I did receive a call at 7.09am in the morning but when I went to pick it up the caller had already hung up, no messages were left and the number did not alert me that it was your dental clinic. When I came into your clinic on the 1/3/2021, I was informed that the dentist had a family emergency and that she (receptionist) had called me and left a message. I stated that I did not receive a message and was told...WELL your number is ****** isn't it??, and I DID call you at 7.09am and that's where I left your message. Regardless of how her morning was, I was not rude to her or anything. I accepted the fact that the dentist had a family emergency but the way she spoke to me was very condescending and quite rude.

I can honestly say that I was sceptical at first, my issue, due to its unusual location ( up stairs) but that will teach me for being so judgmental I was lucky enough to get Dr Jarrin Moore and he is fantastic. Fantastic experience: Dr lynch was nothing short of amazing with my son. My son's 2 and needed to extract his incisor after chipping it. All the dentists i went to wanted to do it under general anaesthesia. I was skeptical about giving 2 year old general anaesthesis. Dr lycnh did ut under gas. My son didnt even flinch. He absolutely loved dr lynch. What a fantastic dentist!!

Negative experience: Edited from 5stars to 2stats as they are charging me a $90 cancellation fee due to being 15minutes late to an appointment. This is utter nonsense. Especially since I saw the new dentist that wasn’t able to fully diagnose without assistance and needed the other dentist to actually pull the tooth out. I was happy to support newly graduated employees. But not when I’m charge $90 for me being late! You think you having to wait 15minutes is worth $90?!?! Shame too given I was going to spend over $3,000 on dental work there (and they knew that. Perhaps that’s why they are trying to taken advantage, they think they can milk me!) I refuse to be screwed out of money! Original review for posterity: I’m in pain & nobody likes the dentist, im hating on these guys right now. But they are awesome! I saw the newer dentist dr Lauren and had Isobel as the assistant (sorry if I have the name wrong). They were both very kind and friendly. Dr Lauren seemed quite knowledgeable for a new graduate and was as gentle as you can be in this industry. When she wasn’t sure of something - she had no qualms getting a more experience drs opinion (and bringing him in when she needed brutal force applied to my mouth - thanks dr Moore, I still hate you for the pain, but appreciate the effort and expertise it took for you to remove my tooth!). The willingness to admit you are unsure and seek a second opinion or ask for assistance is a very unrated and rare quality in a person. I have no doubt that that quality, as well as your own expertise will make you a master dentist dr Lauren :-)

Fantastic experience: Doctor Ken Koh was highly professional, polite and nice. While getting my front teeth filled Dr Koh maintains good communication with me and whole process is hassel-free. I could not be more satisfied with my experience and i would recommend him as well as this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Have been seeing Dr Lynch at the Bundoora Clinic for the past 19 years. He removed my wisdom teeth and arranged my orthodontics. He has known my children since they were born and he is the only dentist we go too. I refuse to go anywhere else. He is the dentist who will be remove my daughters wisdom teeth, and was the one who arranged orthodontics for both my children. We trust him inexplicitly. My children are now 17.

It came to a point where I couldn't continue to do so and my sister put me onto Dr Lynch and his team. I want to thank them for being so kind, patient and compassionate. It was always tough getting my teenage kids to a dentist because they'd had a few less than great experiences up in Brissy and that had put them off. So it was a battle to get them there, but we were lucky to get appointments with Dr Lynch. The kids couldn't be happier. Me too! If only all dentists were like this. Cracker job Dr Lynch!
