Fantastic experience: I had my first visit with Dr. Jennifer last week and was thoroughly impressed. She explained every aspect of my treatment with great care and diligence, making sure I felt informed and at ease. Throughout the lengthy procedure, she was professional, friendly, empathetic, and constantly checked in to ensure I was comfortable — which I really appreciated, especially being heavily pregnant. Her assistant was also incredibly accommodating and thoughtful, even offering me a cushion to help me stay comfortable during the appointment. All the qualities you’d hope to find in a dentist, Jennifer truly embodies. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Mosman Village Dentistry of course is at least 5 star. It is well well beyond 5….. David been my dentist for 20 year, from Macquarie Street …. to Mosman. There is no words to describe how good David is . His skill, caring and kindness all unbelievable. If you are David’s patients you will never scare on dentist chair!!! Jennifer is also a top dentist. She has my root canal therapy painlessly and efficiently. These two dentists are superb, they make your teeth healthy & beautiful. My heart felt appreciation towards David & Jennifer.

He is extremely gentle and highly detailed in his work; is an excellent communicator and explains everything in simple language. The practice has the latest equipment and are always up to date with new techniques and procedures. This is an immaculate practice that I cannot recommend more highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Our family used Mosman Village Dentistry for two years before we moved away from Sydney. Both Jennifer and David provided exceptional, highly professional care for our entire family. They are the most thorough dentists we have ever had. Our family attended their practice for routine dental exams and cleanings, dental sealants on molars, mouth guards (splints), tooth whitening, and crowns. Both dentists were also very good with our young children during their exams and cleanings. I highly recommend this dental practice!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jennifer provided excellent care to all members of my family, including young children ages 5-6 and 7-8. I had initially come to her in need of a crown and an overnight splint to protect against teeth grinding, and liked her so well that I recommended her to the rest of my family. She has wonderful attention to detail and takes care to explain what she is doing and why to each patient, commensurate to each individual's interest (and ability to comprehend, in the case of children). All services my family received from her office were of the utmost quality and the highest level of service imaginable from all staff. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chang is a wonderful family dentist. She worked with both of my kids to teach them to properly brush their teeth. She was a gentle and an excellent communicator with my youngest as he had his teeth cleaned and then returned to have his sealants applied to his back teeth. My kids were enthusiastic overall about their visits. She is also excellent with adults and I felt confident that my teeth were in good hands. It's clear that she is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up to date with the latest in dentistry, but she also understands people and the mistakes we can make in caring for our teeth.

Fantastic experience: Went in for the first time in about 9 years the other day (so I was a little nervous) and first thing you notice is the warm welcome from the staff and the place is very nice and clean. I was seen by Jennifer who has great bed side manners and is very gentle with any work I had done and tought me how to floss properly. I was very happy with my experience and booked again for 6 months because I’ll actually be happy to go again

Fantastic experience: Great dentist, Jennifer really is amazing!

Negative experience: David Wing, my dentist for 5 years, but no longer, is charming, and a good communicator. However, he failed to diagnose two infected teeth, despite my presenting with dental issues in Dec. 2018 and Feb. 2019. The infection in two teeth was diagnosed by other dental professionals (within weeks of my last seeing Dr. Wing), based on bite wing x-rays. (Dr. Wing's bite wing x-rays -- taken at my request -- showed nothing; apparently the angle at which the x-ray is taken is pivotal). My one tooth is cracked horizontally and vertically, thought to be the result of bite overload. Had Dr. Wing detected the overload problem, I probably would not be about to lose a cracked tooth -- not a molar, but visible, which will require an implant. I am now dealing with the likelihood/near certainty, of one, if not two, extractions. Most significantly, the infected teeth have been, and are currently, putting my health at high risk, given my medical problems, of which Dr. Wing was aware.

Fantastic experience: This is a beautiful, calming, welcoming practice. David and Jennifer are so genuine and treat each patient how they would want to be treated. Having had a few dentists in Sydney, these people are the only ones that I feel comfortable, happy to stick with and will confidently recommend family and friends to! I had a check up and clean a few weeks ago with Jennifer. The cleaning was great and thorough. Jennifer informed me of each step of the appointment and made sure i was comfortable at all times. She also took pictures of my teeth and showed me where i have been grinding and clenching my. If you want honest and genuine dentists who are 100% conservative and wont try and sell you treatment that you don't need, this is the place to come!
