The dentists are not only highly skilled but also incredibly caring and attentive. They take the time to explain everything clearly, listen to your concerns, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your visit. That kind of compassion and professionalism makes a world of difference. Having such good people around—from front desk to dental chair—makes the whole experience feel less like a chore and more like being looked after by people who truly care. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Negative experience: An unprofessional dental care was received years ago with a female dentist, I made an appt for general dental washing & cleaning a teeth gum infection. The dental washing made a front teeth cracked with fine line but not being informed at all, realised back home, as worried a few days later the cracked front teeth had a piece dropped off, back to the clinic, paid for repairing and patch making, then it dropped again after 1 week, very disappointed, worse thing was I was recommended to have a X-ray done, paid for it, later realised X-ray is in relevant to the above dental care concerns at all, I know medical practitioner needs grow but ran across a very unprofessional treatment and ripping off for the above services.

Fantastic experience: I have got a chipped tooth in the morning of 24th Dec that really added up my concerns of more dental issues coming up. I called Knox dental care clinic,Dr Adam booked me in while his lunch time. His patience and care eased my nerves at once. He explained the problem and his treatment solution,two chipped teeth have been fixed by once. This is the best method for me ,I could have a nice Christmas without any pain or worries. Highly recommend this clinic ,whole team is brilliant. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at Knoxfield Dental today, and I learned that a basic clean is not supposed to be painful. Additionally, the clinic does not charge any gap payment after private insurance, and the team communicates in a friendly, professional manner. Overall, I'm very impressed. I'll definitely be returning for my next checkup.

Fantastic experience: I feel very lucky to have found a wonderful and caring dentist and dental clinic. Dr. Isabel, is warm and friendly, even my daughters became more comfortable being in the dentist chair after one visit. She provides thorough advice and does an incredible job with your teeth. Fantastic experience: I bought my 4yo to Knoxfield Dental Care recently after recommendations from my best friend. From the moment we walked in, until the moment we walked out, I was so impressed. The professional and friendly service was outstanding from all staff. Isabelle made my daughter feel very comfortable, she explained everything so she could understand what was happening. My husband this week needed to be seen by a dentist, I recommended Knoxfield Dental Care and he was just as impressed as I was. Cannot recommend this Dental practice and their whole team enough. We won’t go anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: Having had a lifelong fear of dentists, I hate to admit I put this visit off for much longer than needed. I did plenty of review searching before deciding on this clinic. Fantastic experience: I just would like to thank Knoxfield Dental for their professional caring way they treated me from the minute I walked in and was greeted at reception (I'm sorry but I forgot her name but she was really friendly) right through to being treated by Dr Isabel Zandegu who was amazing, so caring and kept me informed about what was happening all the way through the procedure. Isabel and her assistant made what was a horrible experience for me somewhat bearable lol, (I'm not great with needles and the drilling) Thank you again Knoxfield Dental and especially Isabel. I even received a call the following day to see how I was feeling, this was a great touch to the whole professional process.

Fantastic experience: The process was easy to book, and everything was punctual. Doctor Samantha cleaned my teeth and she provided a lot more attention to detail and information on taking care of my teeth than my previous dentist.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful clinic with lovely and friendly staff. Dr. Joe Zhou is a true professional and is very attentive and so kind in his manner. Joe is thorough in his explanations, very kindly asks if you have any questions and makes you feel completely at ease. My daughter also sees Dr. Joe Zhou and we're both so impressed by his expertise, compassion and very admirable doctor/patient work ethic. My daughter and I are so happy we found this amazing clinic!

Dr Isabel came recommended to me and she is absolutely amazing! Attentive and listens to your concerns. She explains what her plan of attack is and asks if you have any questions. Fantastic experience: Very caring dental team, Dr Isabel Zandegu is very attentive and provides the perfect vibe for those that struggle with mental health, she makes you feel very comfortable and is nonjudgmental and has a genuine nature.

Fantastic experience: Like many I've not been a fan of going to the dentist but this practice is great. The procedures I had were pain free and the clinicians and nurses were very attentive and professional. I've had really old metal fillings replaced with those that allow my teeth to move so I don't suffer any more cracks and risk losing teeth. The way they explain dental care is practical, sensible and caring so I now floss regularly. They bulk bill cleaning and they remind me when I'm due to visit. What's not to appreciate? If you live near Knoxfield please give these dentists a go - you won't regret it!

The staff are really friendly and polite and Joe my dentist has been gentle and meticulous in his work. I recently completed the full Invisalign set and could not be happier with the results. Fantastic experience: My ADHD 3 year olds first REAL dental appointment and I couldn't have picked a better place. The staff were prepared with balloons and a toothbrush goody pack to help make my son comfortable and happy. Special mention to the receptionist who greeted my son too! When we left his exact words were 'I had so much fun, I'm not scared of the dentist' absolutely recommending this practice any chance I get!

Fantastic experience: Possibly the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr Zhou is very attentive, gentle and skilLudlow. Explained everything in details and walked me through all the steps. Almost fell asleep during the procedure!! Also a gold star to Grace and the team for customer care. Excellent please that will change anyone’s fear of going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Excellent, I am sooooo afraid of dentists, put off going for years. However first time 'no pain'. ( even though large filling in front tooth).Wow! He explained every step, did not try to oversell. Other dentists have insisted on full mouth xrays before even looking and then saying every filling needs to be replaced. Fantastic experience: I had two impacted wisdom teeth which caused me lots of pain. I was referred to a specialist but it would cost me $$$$ to get them out which I could not afford as an international student. My friend who saw Joe before recommended him to me. Joe pulled her wisdom tooth out a few weeks ago and it went really well. So did mine. I was so scared but Joe explained all the risks before he started so I was well prepared. Would definitely recommend Joe to my friends!

Fantastic experience: I can not even begin to describe as to how impressed I was with Joe's service. I had come in with a toothache and was very worried as most Dentist just do the work and charge you an arm and leg after. However Joe thoroughly explained what treatment was needed and the exact cost involved which was very reasonable before starting any treatment!! Needless to say, I went ahead and had the tooth pulled out and my god he was so gentle, I had little to none pain after!! Found myself a new Dentist!!
