The dentist was incredibly gentle, patient, and great at explaining each step so my daughter felt comfortable the whole time. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and very child-friendly. This was my third visit to this dental clinic, and from my very first appointment, the experience has been nothing short of fabulous. I couldn’t be more grateful to all the doctors for their exceptional care. Today, both my husband and my dad were treated and wow!!!!the level of dedication and attention to detail they received was absolutely incredible. It’s rare to find professionals who take such genuine pride in their work. I don’t mind driving over an hour just to come here,their attention and care make any distance completely worth it. A huge thank you to the kind and welcoming ladies at the front desk ,your warmth doesn’t go unnoticed. The entire process was surprisingly smooth and almost painless, which speaks volumes about his skill and expertise. Fantastic experience: From the 1st instance you walk through the door, the clinic is so welcoming and really clean. The receptionist are so polite and make your visit so versatile. My anxiety is over the roof and I always put off visiting the dentist. I was looked after by Dr Nathan on my 1st visit. He explained thoroughly what the problem was and gave me options on what needed to be done. He was very calm and patient and kept reassuring me throughout the procedure. From start to finish, Dr Nathan maintained professionalism. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Highly recommend Dr Nathan and Bonnyrigg Family Dental.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to Bonnyrigg Family dental since it opened. They are always friendly and even my kids who are all under 10 enjoy going to get their teeth cleaned. We have now moved away from the area but would always make the trek to Bonny for our bi annual teeth clean and check up. 5 stars from us.

Negative experience: Horrible dentist! Gross! Even the dentist a male looking guy who is Asian shame and making fun for my teeth because how big my teeth that is overjet a bunny teeth when I book my appointment there for wanting to get braces! It makes me feel very embarrassed and frustrated and angry! He told me to remove 4 teeth before I get braces I had enough and don't like it at all! 100% not recommended if you are the people who are looking and getting braces ! Go somewhere else DON'T go this place!

Fantastic experience: I have seen a a few of the the Doctors here at this practice and everyone of the staff from the receptionist to the Doctors are very accommodating. As someone who is aprehensive of dentists everyone has been reassuring and explaining the processes thoroughly to ensure that I have understood but also to make sure that I am comfortable. I have never felt confident in raising my concerns or asking questions but I've always been met with my answers with reassuriance and encouragement. I've had a few different treatments and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff! Very knowledgeable, gental, accomodating and feel like each of genuinely care for their patients.

Negative experience: Becoming very expensive and annoying receptionist keeps pushing me to see new dentist, So I was given Dr Nathan instead of my usual Dr Linda who is lovely and reasonably priced. I had deep cleaning with my last appointment with Dr Nathan. I was explained that they now charged $200 for half of the top or bottom. So I had half of my face cleaned that would be $400. The cleaning took less than one hour. He didn’t explain that my Medibank won’t covered so I was surprised that I had to paid $400 cash out of my own pocket. I questioned the receptionist why the bill stated over $1,000 and she said that just the way every dentist supposed to charged for their services. I could also see that $100 was changed from my Medibank. So I was charged total to $500 for less than an hour work and the cleaning felt like any normal cleaning. It didn’t feel any extra

Fantastic experience: My 96 year old mother dropped her dentures which broke in half. The dental surgery was really supportive and repaired her dentures within 24 hours. My mother said the dentures feel like new and fit better than before. Thank you very much for the curtesy and care that the team extended to my mum.

Fantastic experience: I had an accident and broke my front tooth. Went to Bonnyrigg Family Dental to get the tooth fixed. Was advised to get a filling done to preserve the remaining tooth and I have to say it looks absolutely flawless after completed. I honestly can't even tell where it was repaired and might even look better than the original tooth. (Ps. Sorry for the the poor before photo, wasn't planning on doing a review or a before and after so had to zoom in and crop a face photo I took).

Fantastic experience: Can I just say that Dr Gueck is by far the best dentist for young kids. She just has a way with children. I've taken my 3 year old twice now to see her and she honestly looks forward to it. She came home after the most recent visit talking about Dr Gueck and how much she likes her. She happily sits in the chair for her check-up and let's her teeth get cleaned. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Can't wait to take my 1 year old now!

The visit is always outstanding with such professional, kind and gentle dentists - not to mention being able to watch Netflix on the ceiling while getting a clean. My family had been to multiple dentists before going to Dr Tom regularly and our only regret is not finding him sooner!

His early detection enabled me to save my tooth in which I am grateful for. My experience with Bonnyrigg Family Dental has been painless and carefree. Fantastic experience: Great dental practice, very professional and prompt SMS service to remind you of your appointment, Very children friendly environment, my daughter had 2 baby teeth pulled out, Dr Gueck was extremely sympathetic towards her and she couldn't stop talking about dental health for days. Dr Tran has great attention to detail and didn't miss the small cavities and explained the process while drilling into my teeth, his encouragement allowed me to man up and take the pain. Bathroom was spotless, with change table and large area for pram etc when coming with children.
