I also experience scent triggered migraine so I want to thank her for not being doused in perfume. It’s the small things that make for a stress free appointment. Fantastic experience: I’ve had a few bad experiences with dental work over the years in different countries all over the world. Thankfully I met Jeanette and although I was still anxious before and during the work (root canal) in hindsight I shouldn’t have been. The experience was far better than I hoped for, Jeanette and her assistant Hayley where bloody amazing and I wish they where my dentists all these years as I wouldn’t be this anxious about dental work! Highly recommended, extremely calm and totally put me at ease, nice music in the background too! Go to these guys they are the BEST!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from booking the appointment online to a lovely voice on the other end of the phone and then face to face and also the professional service provided by all. I don’t think anyone loves heading to the dentist but from start to finish, all make you so welcome and so relaxed, very clean and I now happy to book my regular check ups. Thanks everyone.

Negative experience: No problems with the dentist good knowledge. Tho business was closed on a Wednesday during business hours which is unheard of . When I needed them the most due to a incomplete nerve root. So I had immense pain causing me to go to any random dentist and have the tooth pulled cause of the pain. It could of been avoided if they were open to see them for the continuing treatment plan. Rather than go to any dentist to have it pulled instead to relive the pain.

Negative experience: I’ve made multiple appointments online that the dentist has cancelled or changed without notifying me. I called up to be spoken to by a rude receptionist saying they had no staff so their online appointment times hadn’t been updated. I cancelled and won’t be back after 5 failed attempts to contact and make appointments to this place.

Fantastic experience: I called in desperation late on Tuesday afternoon with a broken tooth, they got me in the very next morning. Right from the start, from the receptionist to the dental technician and dentist, they were so lovely. I have a fear of dentists, I don’t believe I’ve ever felt that calm. This dental practice is amazing with the care offered my mother from finding a quick appointment to the actual procedure. Negative experience: The two stars are for the lovely receptionist and chair side assistants, unfortunately my experience with Dr M. Ng was no stars, I can honestly say it was the most unpleasant, uncomfortable and at times painful dental treatment I’ve had in a long time. I am not happy with the treatment and I’m thinking of getting a second opinion and making a complaint.

Big bonus is they also have afterpay! so no need to stress over paying immediately for getting emergency fillings and whatnot- youve only got one set of teeth, best to look after them. Fantastic experience: Fabulous treatment of my entire family. Afterpay allowed us to budget for the treatments and the Child Dental Benefits scheme is free to use here. A great new spa like experience, and I have recommended multiple family and friends.
