Fantastic experience: There's a reason I travel 1.5 hours from Mudgee to Dubbo to visit Dr James and the team at the National Dental Care. I've had multiple procedures for my teeth and gums across the years and James is flawless, friendly and professional every single time. I never have anxiety about any appointments because I have complete trust in Dr James capabilities and the easy-going nature of him, his dental nurses and the reception staff. 5 stars every single time.

Fantastic experience: I always went to the dentist when I was young without my parents etc. and when I moved to another town I went to a new Dentist where I had a bad time. It took me over 30 years to go back to a Dentist when I returned to the town I grew up in and I can't fault the National Dental Care as they are so caring and explain everything. Don't put off like I did as it will do more harm than good. Choose the National Dental Care they will definitely look after you.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Dr Min highly enough! I am someone who has experienced serious teeth trauma from a seizure injury many years ago and have gained PTSD and anxiety around denstist ever since the injury. I reached out to finally step foot into a dentist agian after many years and Jenni the receptionist was so accommodating and caring. Dr Min explained the complete process of what needed to be done to repair the trauma for my teeth and find a soultion for a new smile in which i felt absolutely zero judgement on leaving this for so long. He was supportive, caring and understanding and I felt I could 110% trust him and the process. The dental assistant Helen was so kind as i was a bit jittery the first visit, she asked of i was ok snd gave me the reassurance that i didnt know i needed at the time. The whole team at NDCD are absolutely incredible! 1000/10 highly recommend

Fantastic experience: A friendly atmosphere from all of the staff A very clean and tidy dental practice. The dentist and his assistant made the process of my visit very easy , with lots of communication through the process. And always ensuring that I was comfortable and wasn’t experiencing any pain. National Dental are now my regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service, amazing dental service, great price and a judgement free zone. Comparing service to another in town, I didn’t feel like I was taken for a ride or treated as a cash cow. Prices were explained prior and no surprises upon finalising the bill. 5 star recommendation as even Mr 4 loved his visit and can’t wait to come back. Who says that about a dental care?

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of National Dental Care for the past 5 years. I am always so surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that greets me upon arrival then until I leave after my treatment. The clinical team are so professional and respectful always of my dental phobias. The Manager Lisa sometimes comes in to calm me while I have my treatment completed, and she has always made this time pleasant through every experience. Additionally thank you to Helen and Jenni the long standing staff who are always at the clinic always smiling and make me feel welcome. Great team.

Fantastic experience: I had treatment at the Dubbo outlet of National Dental Care on Wednesday April 12. On arrival for my appointment I was greeted in a professional and polite manner. I was asked to move into a treatment room and was introduced to the Dental Assistant as I have already met the Dentist (James). James explained what procedures he would be undertaking and the reason for the treatment. Between the Dentist and his assistant the job had been undertaken in what I feel was a most professional and caring manner. Any perceived thoughts of pain or anxiety were completely removed by the professionalism displayed.

From the moment I walked in and was greeted with a friendly voice from the front desk - Jenni I’m sure her name was. Negative experience: Had a bad experience booked a tooth extraction because I have toothache for days after all the talks and xray i was injected anesthesia after that the dr said we dont have enough time to continue the extraction and they sent me home and rebook my appointment 1 week later. I wouldnt recommend.

He was so gentle, thoroughly explained all the treatment options and genuinely cared about my dental experience. The practice itself is very relaxing and peaceful.
