Fantastic experience: Our family has been visiting Access Dental for the past five years for regular check-ups, cleanings, and minor dental treatments. The receptionists are always warm, welcoming, and professional, making every visit a pleasant experience. Our dentist, Dr. Peter Wu, is incredibly friendly, patient, and highly skilled. He also speaks fluent Chinese, which makes communication much easier for us. Dr. Wu is one of the best dentists we’ve ever had. We truly trust him and highly recommend Access Dental to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Fantastic experience: Booked in for a possible tooth removal, if there was any chance of saving it, even better. Dr Eugene did some testing, talking me through everything he was doing, what he was looking for, and checked in constantly to make sure I was comfortable. Tooth ended up having to come out, and best procedure I have ever had. Didn’t feel the local needle, due to the topical numbing cream. The whole time the tooth was being extracted both Dr Eugene and his assistant were checking in with me, with each other and communication was awesome. Can’t recommend this dental practice enough, and especially this Dentist. Office staff were great, and the first time I have ever had a phone call the following day to see how I was going. Added to that, it didn’t cost an arm and a leg - very reasonably priced.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Veronica Valena during my recent visit. After waiting 8 months since last appointment, I was extremely upset when she refused to perform the necessary treatment. Instead, she suggested I wait to see another dentist, as she is leaving the practice. The entire interaction lasted only two minutes, yet I was still charged for the visit. I felt that she was dismissive and eager to end the appointment as quickly as possible. Her behavior was unprofessional and came across as rude, which left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a waited 8 months since last appointment months to be turned away without proper care is unacceptable. I believe all patients deserve respectful and thorough care, regardless of the circumstances.

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to the reception staff and Dr Wu for seeing me less than 20 hours after I broke a front tooth. My usual dentist, Dr Veronica, was not available so I was lucky that Dr Wu was as professional as expected and has done a good job to get me though my overseas trip next week. I have no hesitation about recommending either of the excellent dentists.

Negative experience: Have to give them one star because Google won't allow zero. My husband was a first time patient in late October and went there because his tooth was hurting. Receptionist was very rude. The female dentist he saw basically said there was nothing wrong with his teeth and did an xray and clean. He pulled away during the clean because it hurt and she just kept cleaning. Today he went to another dentist who extracted the tooth because it was severely infected. Never going back to Access Dental Services again.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr Valena and her nurse highly enough. They generously stayed back after closing on Saturday to help with a dental emergency on behalf of my regular dentist and did an amazing job. Thank you so very much.

Negative experience: Service is cold & impersonal and they have become extremely sales-ey, i feel like just and number and i dont rrust the counter staff, they would say anything.

From the welcoming reception to the assistants and dentist (we see Dr Peter Choi) the team make going to the dentist enjoyable, instead of anxiety inducing. Even our 4 and 6 year olds want to be first in the chair! If dentists were this good when I was young, I would not have avoided them as I did. Contact Access Dental for a fist class experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Peter Choi I visited for the first time. (I used to see Dr Geoff who I dearly miss) All new technology which was so interesting. Taking pictures and X-rays and actually showing the patient on the big tv.I have seen other dentists to get my teeth cleaned but his technique is amazing. I can’t open my mouth really wide because of TMJ issues. He put a little piece of something to rest my jaw so it wasn’t struggling to stay open. And the clean it was amazing. Usually dentists I have seen do a little bit of scraping here and there leaving the teeth feeling gritty on your tongue. He cleaned every tooth properly. And the best thing was the next morning brushing my teeth no blood. Absolutely Amazing Dentist! Highly recommended. Wendy in the office is wonderful too. (Keep smiling)

Fantastic experience: Very impressed! As a doctor, I’ve moved around Darling Downs a lot, and seen 7 dentists over the last 5 years, both in Brisbane and in country. Dr Hanna Lee thoroughly impressed me with her practical knowledge but also her communication skills with me as a patient. I would easily say she’s the best dentist I’ve seen in Queensland and highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: I had to go and have a tooth surgically extracted on Thursday 18th March 2021, at 4.20pm. I could not have been more happier with the great service & caring, I was given. The surgical procedure, was done really professionally & I did not feel any pain, until of course, when I got home & the anaesthetic wore off, but we coped with that. The follow up service, was good as well. I would highly recommend, Access Dental Services any time. Sorry, this post, is a little late, but they say, better later than never.
