A specific shout out to Abby, who called to check up on me after my wisdom teeth surgery. She was not only kind and understanding with my concerns, but extremely proactive in ensuring I received the best care possible. Negative experience: Overcharged with my child . As self funded they charged $70 more than government fee...it was refunded. The minute we walked in we were discussing braces in what was a rehersed up selling "chat". No thanks we've found a better clinic.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service by a very friendly and professional team. The dentists clearly only provide high-quality treatment, they spent time going through all my different options and made sure I was happy at the end of every appointment. So much better than other cheaper ‘quick fix’ places where you just end up returning to fix the same thing again. Would recommend!!

Negative experience: Worse dental clinic. I had a horrible experience with them. I did my 4 visits there, on my first visit I was told it will take 4000 AUD to fix my teeth, on 2nd visit I did dentist consultation he told me it will take around 2000 AUD. I was happy and decided to go further step. On my 4th visit when it is the time to fix the teeth I was told 6000 AUD. I felt like I got scammed by them. I was really hurt. I will never visit this clinic and will suggest my friends not to visit here ever in life.

From the moment I made the booking online the reception team rang to chat with me, then on arrival today and finishing up the lady on reception was SO helpful and understanding. Dr Molly Connell was beyond amazing and gentle and I’m so excited to get back and start getting my “Smile” back. Highly recommend this Dentist and definitely Dr Connell. Fantastic experience: Having moved to the neighborhood from interstate I needed to find a dentist. The urgency of this was made greater with a filling dropping out. I was able to book into Kensington dental on line and secure an appointment within 4 days. I was really impressed with all the people I met during my visit. Reception were very friendly and welcoming. My dentist was Dr Molly Connell who was ably assisted by Georgia. I was so impressed with Dr Molly who had a very caring and reassuring approach. I really appreciate the explanation of what’s going on while in the chair! Everyone I have come across in the practice has been professional, caring and friendly regardless of their role. Negative experience: A brickbat to this Practice, as a patient who is in chronic pain, I have accessed the building via the rear door, that I have been parking near to, for the last several years. After my last consultation, I was told I won't be using the back door anymore, and to use the front door Easy solution, I won't use either door!
