Fantastic experience: I recently had some cosmetic work involving veneers and crowns at National Dental, Alexandra Hills. Dr Geeta Mehta performed the procedure and did a wonderful job! I was extremely happy with the result! I would recommend Dr Geeta Mehta highly.

Fantastic experience: Honestly extremely positive experience, first time I came into this dentist I was greeted with a friendly smile and positive welcoming. My Dentist Dr Asad was extremely kind and made sure to guide me on all of the information I needed to know and helped comfort me in all of my concerns.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Das of the Alexandra Hills practice. I had 3 implants carried out over the course of 6 months and am very pleased with the outcome. From the first time I met Dr Das until the process was complete, his professionalism and communication were excellent which gave me a lot of confidence that he knew his stuff. The outcome has proven that to be the case. He is clearly an expert in his field and if you need implants, I’d have no hesitation in recommending you ask Dr Das to assess your situation, provide a quote and, if you decide to proceed, have him carry out your procedures.

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient. Didn't have to wait long to get an appointment. Their receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The dentist and her assistant were very informative, and put me at ease. I recommend this dentist, I found them to be sensitive and upfront with information.

Dr Das listens and explains procedures in a way I can understand. His gentle quiet manner always makes me feel at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Das especially if you are a little appreciative about dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Das is an outstanding dentist who shows such care and compassion. I am an extremely nervous patient and I don’t think there’s another dentist on the planet who could have done the procedures that Dr Das did for me. I will always be extremely grateful to him.

Fantastic experience: Dr Das is amazing!! I went in with a chipped tooth and was very upset and he was so kind and understanding. Fixed it all up straight away, with a quick follow up the following week. Dr Das and all the ladies that helped all made my experience very lovely and easy.

Fantastic experience: Recently got my root canal treatment done by Dr. Das and it was an extremely positive experience as both Dr Das and his dental assistants were very thorough, friendly and did a great job making me feel comfortable getting my treatment done. My recovery was pain free and I couldn't recommend Dr Das and staff at NDC Alex Hills enough!

Dr Walls is extremely capable, uses simple language to explain the necessary procedures and goes out of her way to ensure that I am comfortable and relaxed during procedures. Dr Walls 'level of empathetic patient care is second to none

Fantastic experience: I see Steph and she is very thorough. She has turned my initial diagnosis on its head and i am over the moon wit what she has done for me.

Negative experience: Was misdiagnosed at this practise. Had severe pain and was told needed root canal, I didn't believe that was the case and sort a second opinion. Ended up being a super easy fix and didn't need a root canal at all.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the clinic and had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Maddie. Her expertise and professionalism have convinced me that she will be my regular dentist from now on.

Negative experience: Won’t be returning for general dental care as they have been 25+ minutes late for all pre scheduled appointments. This then goes on to impact the rest of my day.

Positive experience: Dr Zaid Is undoubtedly the best dentist I've ever been to. I have a strong phobia of dentist, stemming back from bad childhood experiences. But Dr Z puts you at ease and has great patience so to make your time in the chair as least stressful as possible. He explains what he has done and gives you advice going forward. My only negative to going to the dentist is that their prices are so expensive, regardless of access to time payment. In reality I cannot justify the cost to fix a couple of missing teeth, but having said that, it is a great dental practice I would recommend to all. Steve S

Fantastic experience: The Medical and Administration staff at National Dental Care, Alexandra Hills are exceptional. They send reminders of 6 monthly check ups and follow it through. They provide all the information I need regarding the health of my teeth and prepare invoices so you know how much you will pay for any procedure they recommend. The Dentists are all great and I particularly like Geeta. She is so professional and kind.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the staff in this dental practice. From my initial interaction with my dentist who fitted me in after I had broken my tooth. She explained that she could do a temporary filling but would need a crown to save the tooth. She explained that I could hold off (so no pressure for this expensive treatment straight away) but reinforced it was only a temporary fix and that a some point would have to be replaced. During the treatment the dental nurse was very caring and supportive. The treatment was done over about 3 hours. I had follow up phone calls from the the staff to ensure that every thing was as it should be the following week. When I explained that a few days later I was still experiencing some pain they gave me samples of product to help with the sensitivity and promised to call again in a few days. The second call a few days later, after using the product on the tooth, my mouth was as normal and no pain at all. Thank you, for making my first major dental work an experience that could have have been very traumatic a much nicer experience.

Painless, stress free, with a fast turn around due to their specialised equipment, meant each crown was. moulded and installed the same day! No waiting a week. Amazing! Fantastic experience: The team is so welcoming and kind and did everything they could to help me through a dental emergency (wisdom tooth). Their rooms are designed with plenty to look at on the ceiling to distract you if you are anxious at the dentist (like I am!). They were just beyond lovely and I will definitely be returning.

Positive experience: I presented at the clinic with a government dental voucher and asked if anyone could help me. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and made an appointment for me for the same day. I was very impressed with the efficient service I received. When I returned later in the day, even though I was a voucher patient, I received very good care and I was happy with the result.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experiences & positive results. Issue : My front top (6) teeth required all to be recapped. Dr Zaid Almomani Firstly shared information including X-rays of my teeth, procedures at NDC, thus calming my anxiety, Dr Zaid’s goal is if was his own teeth being treated he then aligns the required results with patient’s teeth to his own expectations. Example where Dr Zaid followed through as one of new caps cap back from dental engineering & below his own expectations. Action : Dr Zaid, inserted the other (5) & then took another impression on the 6th tooth & returned to dental engineering. RESULTS: My (6) front top teeth are PERFECTLY created & inserted as fit back under gums therefore when smiling No joining gaps gum/tooth. Fantastic experience: I went to National Dental Care clinic to have a tooth repaired by Dr Zaid Almomani and I was very nervous about getting a root canal treatment and crown. I hate dentists as I’m very anxious of dental treatment however I was completely surprised and put at ease with the professionalism and his caring nature. It was fantastic to have both treatments done in the same day as I’m very time poor with work commitments. Much appreciative. April, the dental assistant, was very hands on eager to create a comfortable experience for myself. I would also like to thank Amanda for her outstanding service organising my appointment. Fantastic experience: I took my son to our usual dentist after noticing some discolouring on one of his teeth and an abscess above. My usual dentist appeared worried and said he would need the tooth urgently removed. My son, who was already feeling very nervous, became very distraught when he saw one of the tools the dentist was sticking in his mouth. The appointment ended with both him and I in tears. When I came home I searched for paediatric dentist hoping they would just be able to put my son to sleep and remove the tooth. Still in tears, I rang and spoke to Janelle. I told her about my experience. Janelle spoke to me about Dr Amjad- who was one of their paediatric dentists. She said Dr Amjad had space the following day to see my son and assess the situation. If the tooth did need to be removed urgently Dr Amjad could use gas to help my son relax. Whilst it wasn’t a guaranteed fix it did help many children. The children put the mask on to smell the nice smelling air and it instantly relaxes them. I felt a lot better speaking to Janelle. The next day when I arrived- Janelle was there and welcomed both my children. She offered to watch my eldest daughter in the waiting room why I took my son in. Dr Amjad was also very welcoming and asked my son to sit in the normal chair. I spoke to Dr Amjad about the discoloured tooth. He showed my son his portable camera. He showed him how it worked- and practiced capturing images of everyone in the room, my sons nose, ears and then his mouth. After seeing the tooth Dr Amjad spoke to me about it being the result of trauma in his early life. Possibly knocking it when he was learning to walk (which had never been mentioned to me before). Dr Amjad did not want to remove the tooth that day- he wanted to prescribe antibiotics to get rid of the abscess and then review the tooth in a weeks time. He said with the abscess it would be quite sore and tender for my son and once it calms down it will be easier to remove the tooth. Or because it is a baby tooth we could possibly Just monitor and wait for it to fall out itself if removing the tooth was too traumatic. By the end of the appointment my son was sitting in the patient chair comfortably. We are heading back next week to check the tooth and ensure the abscess has subsided. I will now be taking my children to see Dr Amjad for all their dental needs. I appreciate the time he spent explaining what and why everything was happening and how they are going to make it Better. So glad we found Dr Amjad.

Fantastic experience: As dental visits would be my least favorite health service it was tricky trying to find the right dentist. However, I decided to try one of Defence Health preferred dentists National Dental at Alex Hills. Dentist Amjad instantly put me at ease with his friendly and relaxed approach whilst providing exceptional dental care and advice. My Defence Health insurance reduces out of pocket expenses helping ease the financial burden when extra dental work is needed. If you want an excellent dentist as well as value for money, I would highly recommend Amjad at National Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have always hated going to the dentist, and have never been to the same one more then once. The team at NDC Alexandra Hills are amazing. I came in one day to get a wisdom tooth out, Dr Stephanie got it out and was amazing at explaining everything calmly and the whole thing was quick and easy. Reception even called a few days later to check up on me. I ended up making another apointment for a check up and because I have a missing tooth. Dr Stephanie again explained everything so I could understand, I have since seen Dr Zaid about tooth extractions and Dr Ersan about orthodontic work. Again both of them were easy to talk to and explained everything to me. I can not recommend NDC enough, everyone from DRs to reception are friendly, helpful and take the time to explain things.

Negative experience: Wrong anaesthetic used, not quoted for extra work carried out, under quoted for visit, a simple tooth removal turned into a painfully long 4 hours then a half hour after returning home, pain so bad I was admitted to hospital for agonising pain from the operation. Gave the management a chance to explain and they arrogantly decided it wasn’t their problem.

Fantastic experience: Had my kids regular appointment and as usual everyone was so kind. Chris Wheate is incredible with the kids and makes them feel so comfortable. Extremely happy to have him back as their dentist and highly recommend anyone, especially with kids to go see him

Negative experience: Appalled. I saw a male dentist who was not only very rude and unprofessional but whom also took my money for a butcher job that i had to get fixed elsewhere. I will never set foot in there again.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my regular dentist for sleep dentistry. I went for a check up and quote to be out to sleep for my dental work due to anxiety and fear of the dentist. The main man of the clinic was absolutely amazing and was really nice, explains everything to me, different options. The manager Amanda was so wonderful and occupied my 2 daughter while i had my appointment (sorry). Super friendly staff, clinic is beautiful and its a really nice atmosphere.I decided to go back to my dentist due to finances and save me some money, but I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a fear of the dentist and want twilight sedation. :)

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth taken out under twilight sedation, and I could not be happier. The staff were extremely lovely and really assisted me every step of the way, especially when we had technical problems they went out of their way to help.

Fantastic experience: I suffer from anxiety and today the girls on reception, Dr Zaid and his assistant made me feel so at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly to me and I was given the option to choose my own treatment. I was very impressed with how comfortable I felt during the procedure, and the care and compassion shown to me. I will have no hesitation in returning for future dental issues. Oh, and it didn't hurt one bit!

Fantastic experience: I support a lady with a Disability and we have been seeing Helen the Dental Therapist for our last few visits, she has been extremely understanding, deals really well with what can be a difficult situation at times and has made going to the Dentist a lot easier!!
