Fantastic experience: Dr Johnson Chou did outstanding work in providing me with a new bridge. Over the years I have had three bridges made by various dentists. None fitted and felt like the one that Dr. Chou made. He is a consummate technician with a kind and compassionate nature. I suffer from TMD and Dr. Chou made the process as painless as possible. Even providing a list of excellent instructions to manage TMD at home. I found all the staff at SPG to be courteous, knowledgeable and supremely helpful.

I had several crowns and some composite veneers to restore front and back teeth after a lifetime of heavy grinding. Fantastic experience: From the moment I was first examined I felt confident that my dental problem would be corrected. Dr Soliman always explained the ongoing procedure before beginning the work. And convinced me to be fitted with a guard which I was reluctant to have. But fortunately I relented and had it fitted to my benefit. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending SPG for any specialist dental work.

Fantastic experience: I saw their oral surgeon, Dr Thao Troung for my wisdom teeth removal. I can't recommend her highly enough. She is gentle, approachable, knowledgeable and very efficient. Surprisingly it was painless!! I'd recommend to all my family and friends for complx dental surgery with Dr Thao.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to SPG to get help repairing a very old out dated tooth implant that had broken . The staff spent a lot of time and went through a lot of research to find an get a replacement part from the United States and then fit it for me here. Then replace my broken tooth. I found all to staff at SPG to be very friendly and careful to make sure I was comfortable and well informed during my treatment and am very pleased with the end result.

After several Dental professionals left me feeling that there was a lack of direction with treatments being proposed, I then obtained a referal to see Dr Lee. What followed was a absolute revelation into how these processes should work. After a full review, the end result was the most comprehensive report I could wish for. I now feel that I have all the "accurate information" I was hoping to get, and this report sets out an acceptable and clear pathway forward. I can only say, I fully recommend Dr Ben Lee to anyone suffering multiple problems with thier teeth so as to get both a direction and time frame around getting proper treatment.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank everyone at this practice and I can't recommend them enough. The care and support I received from Dr Ben Lee, Dr Thao Truong, Dr Agnes Lai, and from Jess and Christie in reception, was outstanding and shows how they will go above and very much beyond for all their patients. I suffer from extremely high levels of anxiety, and during the roughly 6 months it took for my graft, dental implant and final crown attachment, they would hear from me very regularly, sometimes several times a week when I contacted them by phone and email regarding new worries and questions. They were always so helpful, never showed a hint of impatience with me and I would hear back from them on the same day. I have not attended any other service, be it health or otherwise, that comes near the excellent care they provided. And of course, I have to mention the competence of all the practitioners which was really important to help with my anxiety. For example, Dr Ben Lee made me feel much safer than I thought I would on the day of the implant surgery, the surgery itself was completely pain free (including the numbing injection), and his method of pausing several times during the surgery just to let me take some deep breaths without anything in my mouth really helped me calm my nerves. So for all of you looking for an amazing prosthodontic, look no further!

When ever there was an issue I would call and either or both would find the time between patients to call and discuss. I am usually extremely nervous about seeing a dentist and the fear of it has put me off getting treatment for many many years, to the detriment of my health and lifestyle.
