Fantastic experience: Was pleasantly surprised with my visit today with Dr Bhavesh Trivedi. Was welcomed by the lovely receptionist Georgia into the bright and relaxed waiting area. I went in with my nerves in a tangle and the moment I met him he put me at ease in an instant. I am not one who frequents the dentist as often as I should due to a bad experience as a child, and he was so gentle and patient with me, he was reassuring me all the time. His assistant Rachel was also very caring. I was so happy and thrilled with my experience here today and I will no longer be afraid to have regular check ups, especially if it is here with Dr Trivedi. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had a filling and a tooth extraction today. Absolutely painless and was over before I knew it. Very gentle chairside manner and explained everything from start to finish. The assistant was great and mindful of my comfort. Receptionist friendly and bubbly. Great service at a great clinic.

I hate going to dentists but I have been 2 months fixing all my teeth and still going even with server dentist fear over before experiences! Fantastic experience: Cannot thank the receptionist Jess and Dr Anil enough. I had a severe toothache that came on instantly today and Jess got me in within 30 minutes. I was in tears ( a mix of pain and dentist anxiety) and Dr Anil was so kind, patient and caring! He completely put me at ease, ensured I couldn’t feel any pain at all and extracted my tooth! He was so cautious and ensured I was completely comfortable. I cannot thank you both enough- Thankyou so much!

Negative experience: I booked a general clean and check-up for $247. At the first appointment, the dentist told me the cleaning would take two sittings and cost an extra $100. I agreed, thinking it was necessary. When I came back the next week, he did the exact same thing on the other side, and it only took 5 minutes. This could easily have been done in the first visit. To me, this felt like an unnecessary way to charge more money. It was not explained clearly upfront and came across as very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: Have been seeing these dentists since Aveley Dental and have been going to their new state of art dental surgery at Ellenbrook Smiles due to a stroke i had complications with my teeth after 5 years letting my mouth and gum line settle down the dentist x-rayed my gum line after having a tooth extracted and missing teeth my dentist is able to make up a top denture i strongly recommend Smiles dental surgery from the front desk receptionists to the dentist's chair

Fantastic experience: im compelled to write this review, I have a serious phobia of dentists due to bad experiences from my youth, I had no choice to go today because my tooth had broken and needed removing, the staff could sense my anxiety and did everything to make the experience pleasant, weird to say lol, but it was painless and at no stage was my stress made to look silly, appreciate Tejas for his reassurance and professionalism, unbelievable to say but happy to return in the future

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended… They were happy to book me in same day I called when I was In a lot of pain. The receptionist had a beautiful nature and was very comforting. Fantastic experience: I am an adult whose teeth were in poor condition due to very traumatic experience at a local dentist. The team here is very thorough and patient. They explained in detail what was going on and what I would need to get my teeth treated and on the way to actually feeling confident to being able to smile. A smile doesn't cost much but can brighten someone's day. I have been to embarrassed to give them. I am halfway there already, and I am very excited about what the future holds

Fantastic experience: Fabulous dentist, Tajus, who always does a perfect job on my very imperfect teeth. The receptionist is super friendly and efficient and the nurses are just terrific!

Fantastic experience: I took my children to see Dr Bhavesh yesterday and wow, what an amazing, gentle and informative dentist. He was so thorough and explained everything that was needed so clearly where I felt very informed. He also does orthodontics which was a god send because now my daughter is getting a much cheaper alternative to braces with one of the appliances he can do. Oh and to put a cherry on top, they even had a massage chair to use whilst waiting! Definitely will keep going back!!

Fantastic experience: Today I had the unfortunate experience of spending just over 3.5 hours in the dentist chair at Ellenbrook Smile. Unfortunate for me but what an amazing experience. I was greeted by the ever friendly and awesome Georgia at reception and escorted to my seat for the morning by the beautiful and amazing Rachael. I spent all the time without an inch of wish “ when will this be over”. The amazing 2 doctors (Dr Tejas and Mahinder) worked away seamlessly for all that time in their usual composed, calm, professional, amazing table manners performing their magic. The experience and time was just worth commending, however both the professionals felt they were just doing their job but to me it was outstanding. Dr Tejas knew I am a big baby and scared of injections but he made the experience so comfortable that I was unaware of him injecting me to not feel the pain over the 3.5 hours. Rachael was outstanding ensuring that I was okay throughout the time and attending to the smallest of things (water dripping down my cheeks) to make the experience an easy one for me. Thank you team. I am sure there are many others who have the same professional experience as if they are special. That is how I get today.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience from the reception and of course the whole team that day for my sudden tooth-ache, very very sore / throbbing etc, while it was Friday, which means I could have been in so much discomfort / pain for the whole weekend. As when I checked earlier, it was fully booked till the Wednesday (if I am not mistaken) but they squeezed me in as an emergency case and helped me to smile again :) The dentist was attentive and as a result they did a fantastic job, will be back for my 2nd stage root canal very soon. Very thankful for the help and treatment for the last 1,5 years, and I highly recommend this dental service to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Service beyond the words! Came there with left side swolen cheek caused from infection. It was on weekend, the clinic was busy but the receptionist was so friendly and being very helpful by squeezing me in their patient list as an ‘emergency’. Good ambience, very clean, and best dentist I have seen in Perth so far. Doctor Patel was very friendly, explaining things very detail and not in rush. Reasonable price with excellent service!

Fantastic experience: I had top and bottom implants done due to a gum decease , there was a little bit of pain after surgery but not too bad . During surgery in chair I didn't feel any pain due to the great parcedure buy having it numbed . I couldn't be any happier with the results . . . They also assisted me in organising the funds . Dr Tajas and the awesome staff treated me like family , they are so wonderful ❤️ .

Fantastic experience: One of the best experiences I have had at a dentist. The staff are very pleasant, they really went out of their way to fit me in with my emergency treatment. The dentist for my extraction was so efficient I was shocked. Certainly will get work done with them again.

Fantastic experience: First visit today for a clean and check up at this dental facility. Was greeted by the friendly, helpful receptionist which was great. Dr Seerat Aneja did the clean and check. I had xrays and a full scan. He took photos of my teeth. Very thorough work. He found issues I knew I had and so we worked out the plan to fix the issues. The dental nurse Glenda (apologies if your name is not correct) was lovely and skilled. I am really happy with the service I received today. I have been living in Perth for 16 months and needed a dentist. I am definitely coming back here to Dr Seerat Aneja.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction tonight and to say i was nervous is an understatement. but after seeing Dr Patel tonight i will never go to another dentist other than him, he knew how nervous i was and he did everything to make me feel at ease. My granddaughter went to him as well for her clean and she said he was amazing. She is deaf and he took the time to look her in the face so she could watch what he was saying to her. I would recommend anyone go and see him with out a doubt. if i could give more than 5 stars i would.

I had an adhesive restoration done on two teeth requiring local anaesthetic. Dr Patel is extremely gentle and I never felt a thing when he did the injections which I was a little nervous about. The whole procedure was completely pain free with the dentist and his lovely assistant regularly checking on my welfare. It was actually a nice relaxing experience! A very thorough and professional team including Zowie the lovely receptionist who is extremely helpful.
