Fantastic experience: These guys are great. Receptionists are on the ball, follow ups are automated, confirmation and reminders are timely. Dr Juri is stand out - constantly communicating what she's doing during appointments, proactively finding issues and providing a variety of solutions, super friendly and welcoming. I've been scarred in the past so it's not hard to make me happy but she's next level - what an asset! I mean, no one can say they actually like going to the dentist, right? WRONG. I have also had smooth experiences with my young kids - dentists are gentle, sensitive and fun. Kids seem to be happy even with a drill in their mouth, haha!

Fantastic experience: Best service overall

Positive experience: My husband and I both had a 9:30am appointment at Grace Dental @ Bonnyrigg. Staff at the front were very welcoming and efficient. The dentist that I had was very calm to the ear when explaining the process, especially because at the time of my appointment I was 38wks pregnant. Despite the dentist explaining that the X-ray won’t harm my unborn child, I still opted to refuse because in my line of work (nurse) we do not recommend X-rays to pregnant women. My dentist remained kind and understanding. On the other hand, my husband had a different dentist attend to him. He was just surprised that the treatment he got on that day was very quick, when before it took much longer for a similar treatment. Further to that, my husband wished that each part of the treatment ranging from X-ray to CT to cleaning etc. should be properly explained in terms of cost rather than just asking the client to move one from room to another which they unfortunately did for my husband. Overall, I recommend this place however ask questions if unsure.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant experience. John is great. Just a quick clean, but no fuss & some recommendations for future visits. Constant communication throughout to ensure I was comfortable.

Negative experience: Unprofessional !! How come they do check up and clean and they don’t provide full service ? !! First time and last time , Will never come back !

Fantastic experience: I have been to numerous dentist, but nothing quite like this place! I've been referred to Dr. Douglas by a good friend of mine, and I'm so glad she did! First time seeing him, and instantly was very pleased. My 3 adult kids went to see him and they were happy with their teeth! He was very understanding and welcomed them three and made sure they understood the procedure. My other 3 other kids he saw were younger also warmed up to them. My 5th child who had an anxiety attack assured him with every step he was doing from cleaning to brushing. (My son laughed with the noise of the water sucker, which made Dr. Douglas and his assistance laugh also). Everytime he saw my son having his attack, he would stop and make sure he was ok! He knew when to finish and stop, as he didn't want to keep his anxiety from rising further. I have to say, he has got to be the BEST dentist Dr i have seen so far! I would refer him to anyone who are trying to find the best dentist! The receptionist also was so kind upon arrival, the warmth feeling i got from entering the the foyer to the dentist room was a feeling that every patient should feel. I will be going to back to him for my kids regular check ups, and to get my teeth fixed! I found my forever detist!

Positive experience: Wonderful happy and understanding service. Some high end treatments can be pricey but quality here is very good so worth it.

Fantastic experience: This is a very clean and modern dentist. Staff were professional and warm. I had a filling done, and the dentist himself told me how much it would cost before he went ahead to do it. The dentist is conveniently located inside Bonyrig Plaza therefore is easy.

Fantastic experience: The team at this clinic were amazing. From the dentists to the receptionists, they illustrated top tier service and I would definitely recommend everyone to give this place a go. I had the pleasure of having Dr Heo as my dentist. She was thorough with her explanations but more importantly checked in with me constantly to ensure I was not uncomfortable. Her professional demeanour and respect to her patients has definitely secured a loyal customer.

Fantastic experience: Very clean clinic, excellent customer service and the dentists and dental assistants were great. My dentist's name was Peter and he was great! Very calm and reassuring and even though I did tests, he still did more to assure everything was okay. He's very cautious and knows what he is doing! I'm very happy here.

Fantastic experience: Came in today and was attended by a lovely receptionist who has absolutely great customer service skills and was very nice. The dentist (Dr John) was phenomenal and did a great job as well as the dental assistant who was very kind. Was a great experience and will definitely be back again. Absolutely recommend this place!!

Negative experience: Made appointment for dental implant , was advised to come in for scan. Done scan , paided fees was told implant surgeon was gonna give me a call within 2 weeks to discuss quote ect . Been almost 2 months what a waste on time !!

Fantastic experience: After a few visits here for quite a lot of complicated work I can confidently say that in my experiences the dentist I use - Monica- and their assisting dental staff are truly terrific. They have great manner and expertise. The facility is modern and seems well fitted with modern tech. The service is quick, professional and painless. The only downside I've noticed is the front desk reception seems to change/rotate a lot and you never really build rapport with them or receive the same level of consistent service. Aside from that small issue this dental practice is highly recommended and has plenty of parking. If you're looking for a new dentist or live in the area then look no further.

Negative experience: I got a email reminder about booking both my children in for their appointments so I booked in online. I then called and the receptionist asked if I could hold which was fine. 6 mins on hold and then she hangs up on me and so I call back and she says she will put me on hold again. I told her I was already on hold and she hung up on me and she apologised and said she wouldn’t be long. After holding she answers and her tone and her phone manner was absolutely disgusting. I understand work can become busy and overwhelming and she would have to multitask but there is absolutely no excuse for rudeness and using her “hurry up I’m busy” attitude!!! Obviously she has forgotten that she is the first point of contact for this business and her actions will affect the customer. Because of her rude phone mannerisms, I decided then and there that I would cancel both my children’s appointments and take them elsewhere because I simply do not want to deal with such a rude person. This receptionist didn’t even give her name when answering the call. But she was working on the 30/11/2021 and she answered my call at 11.26am. I highly recommend retraining for this particular staff member especially on phone manners.

Fantastic experience: Last week I came in to Bonnyrigg Grace Dental group. I havent been there before and hoping to find a new place where I can come back too. Upon Arrival I was greeted with a smile and friendly service. I met their lovely receptionist Tran who assisted me and reassured me I am going to be taken care of. Her service was super friendly and professional. I then met my Dentist Dr Kevin Lee. He was also friendly and professional. He took good care of my teeth and also explain what he was doing and why. He also shared with me better knowledge in brushing technique so I can properly look after my teeth which I found was very helpful.
