Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Vale Dental Practice for about 4 years now and have always found them to be very professional and transparent. Aoife explains all planned treatments in detail and makes me feel confident that the correct treatment is being recommended. I’ve recently had a crown replaced and teeth whitening treatment. Both went very well. Highly recommend Aoife for all types of dentistry work.

Fantastic experience: I’d give this practice 10 stars if I could and they deserve everyone of them. Dr Oleg, his wife and Receptionist/Assistants are the warmest and most professional staff of a Dental Surgery I have ever attended in my 74 years (and there has been plenty). I was terrified, to the point of hyperventilating at just having to go to a Dentist, yet when as an emergency I attended the Vale surgery and over the next few years saw various Dentists all of who were exceptionally gentle caring people who knew their craft. I then had to have a molar tooth extracted and this was done by Dr Oleg - sounds ridiculous but I was totally unaware of the fact that the tooth had even been removed.. Dr Oleg has since removed another molar and tooth both of which had shattered to the gum line and again I was totally unaware of when these teeth came out. Dr Oleg is the most wonderful, patient, gentle and professional gentleman you could ever entrust your dental care to, I say this without any reservation whatsoever.

Fantastic experience: As a mature woman in early 60s I was keen to try teeth whitening as the teeth were showing their age! So on Aoefe’s recommendation I used their home teeth whitening kit.The two week process was straightforward, minimal side effects and I’m very happy with the results. They’re noticeably whiter but not unnaturally white!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ash and his team were absolutely phenomenal. Communication throughout my treatment process was exceptional. I knew exactly what to expect and there were not any surprises unlike previous dentists I’ve seen. Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Ash by my Invisalign dentist after finishing my treatment. One of my front teeth had darkened from a root canal, and I wanted to lighten it and whiten my overall smile. Both of my front teeth were veneers I’d had for over 10 years, so they needed replacing to match my newly whitened teeth. We went through the whitening process, and Ash fitted a new veneer and crown a couple of weeks ago. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made the whole journey really easy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dental team who genuinely care. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient having had some very bad experiences in my 20s, visits to the dentist tend to cause some mild anxiety in me. Having had multiple cleanings, fillings and a crown with Aoife I no longer feel the fear and anxiety. When I was told I needed a tooth extracted, the panic rose in me again as this is where I had the bad experiences in the past. Aoife expertly laid out my options including the option of going to an oral surgeon who would put me under mild sedation. I took the referral letter away and looked at it many times over a few months before I decided I had 100% trust and faith in Aoife's ability to extract this tooth without any pain and that's exactly what she did today. Aoife is professional, caring, calm and an excellent dentist. My tooth came out effortlessly and I felt nothing. Am so very grateful. Thank you Aoife and all the staff at Vale Dental - can't recommend this practice highly enough.

Dr Aoife is great at making you feel at ease and clearly explaining what the options are. I've been offered much better treatment plans here than I have been previously that were overly evasive, and now I have the nicest smile I've had in years!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to leave a review following my recent excellent experience with Dr Ash. I’m always a little uneasy at the dentist so was naturally incredibly nervous about getting a crown fitted. That said, Dr Ash guided me through the process and his calm, friendly and caring disposition put me massively at ease. The end results are fantastic and it’s difficult to tell the crown apart from my natural teeth! A huge thank you to Dr Ash for his professionalism, care and expertise.

Fantastic experience: I have the worst ever fear of the Dentist and it had been a while since I had been! I had a bad wisdom tooth and Dr. Ashish Gohil fit me in at the end of his day and made me feel so comfortable. A few days later he removed the wisdom tooth and explained everything so clearly and was so gentle and understanding of my fear! Would highly recommend seeing him and will definitely be taking my Children there too!

Negative experience: Really bad service. I phoned because I was still in a lot of pain 2 days after my appt and was told the dentist would call back. A week later, still no phone call.

Fantastic experience: I have been going for years to NIB dental Centres. I changed to another fund recently and I am so glad I did! Everything was perfect compairing to my previous experiences: new equipment, x rays done in minutes, doctor couldn't be more professional but caring, support staff as well, on time, prices reasonable.

Negative experience: Great facilities but the wait is shocking here. Every time I have no other alternative I can be sure I will waste hours waiting to see a GP. Shame

Negative experience: This is the worst medical center on the beaches! The receptionist is down right rude. After lining up before the practice opened at 7am and being second in line, the receptionist decided to put someone else in front of us because in her words he is a "quick patient" and we can change the order if we want! What an appalling service with disgustingly rude staff! Much better at cross street medical centre!

Fantastic experience: Great doctors and staff with a brand new fit out - looks and feels great. Went for check up clean digital xrays - was great. Did not have to pay anything with their new patient offer - which was even better - going back to get some work done soon

Positive experience: The vale medical centre is a newly refurbished place. It is clean and has a great baby and skin doctor by the name of Dr Vincent Chang. I have gone to afew paid and bulk billed places for myself and my baby and this doctor took the time to get to know both of us. He spent time blowing bubbles using the small wedding bubble kits that you get for free when you go to a wedding. There was also a change table for babies and you can book ahead of time. If you book, you still have to wait about half an hour but that is better than walking in and sometimes having to wait 2 hours in peak times. There is a childrens play area and new books for parents to read. Overall, a good experience. Anne a local to Allambie Heights
