Fantastic experience: Fantastic professional surgery that changed my smile and life for good. I was referred by another dentist to seek professional service from Dr.Sumanth as I had a bad bridge for 6 of my front teeth. Considering the age of bridge and my gum & bone strength it required multiple consultation across 6 months for careful calibration and modelling of new implants in the place of old bridge. Dr. Sumanth expertise to carefully removing old bridge , surgery to correct all the damage has given me a new smile. I'm grateful for this life changing experience. Thanks a lot for all the expertise and professionalism.

Negative experience: I booked a cleaning at this dentist a year ago and had a terrible experience. I’ve never had major dental issues and usually go for routine check-ups without fear of dentists but this visit left me completely traumatised. The dentist seemed rushed and aggressive, even though I have a high pain tolerance (from chronic back pain and migraines). While working around my wisdom tooth, he cut my gum. I jumped but stupidly let him continue and finish the clean. The next few days were pure agony - some of the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. I developed a bad infection at the cut site, which became extremely swollen and was leaking pus. Despite being in excruciating pain, I had just started a remote job and couldn’t take time off, so I suffered through my shifts in tears. When I returned to the dentist, he bluntly diagnosed me with pericoronitis, showed no empathy, and dismissed my concerns, insisting it was a “coincidence.” He prescribed strong antibiotics and antiseptic mouthwash, but the first round didn’t work and I needed a second course to finally clear the infection. A year later, I still have a deep gum flap that traps food, and the thought of seeing any dentist sends me into a complete panic attack. The pain I endured - (electric shocks radiating through my face and neck) was unbearable, and I never want to experience it again. The fact that I’m still upset a year later speaks volumes. I warn everyone to avoid this dentist at all costs!

Fantastic experience: Dr Reddy and staff are wonderful and very professional. He always explains what and why he has to do to my teeth. The surgery is modern and welcoming. Costs are comparable when seeing any professional. We all know how expensive a trip to the vet's can cost. I'm investing in myself. Thanks Sam, you have give me a beautiful smile.

Fantastic experience: My mum & step dad needed dental work for teeth out & treatment. They are both very anxious & nervous about the dentist especially mum. They are elderly & on walking frames so mobility is an issue. The staff & Dr Reddy were so very kind, compassionate, understanding & couldn't do enough to ease their anxiety. I as able to be with both of them while they had a number of teeth removed. Highly recommend, such a lovely practice & staff, thank you again for your care.

Fantastic experience: Sam is (s)am-azing! Came in as a new client at short notice very late on a Friday as my son had injured himself, and Sam and his team came to the rescue, checking him out and making sure he was ok. The staff were amazing and did a great job - would definitely recommend but especially so if you have a toddler!

All the staff are extremely helpful and very professional, kind and friendly, they went out of their way to help me with my tight schedule an I would give more starts but there are only 5. I will definitely continue to use their sevices when i am in the region.. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had horrible front top teeth so bad I did not like to smile or show my teeth. I had gone to many places who gave me ridiculous quotes of 50k +. I wanted to fix my teeth not renovate my house A few months later after nearly giving up i was intercity for work and while I was in Newcastle I stumbled across cardiff dental walked in and asked if I could have them fixed and veneers done. Rachel was organised and kept me on my feet with our appointments and schedules as I travel a lot for work Dr Sam was straight forward, honest and straight into it. I was given a firm quote, with no pressure and only to have work done that was really required. All of the staff were so caring and friendly, I barely felt the needles and I had a hand on my shoulder the whole time to support me. I can't recommend Sam and his team higher. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I've got a smile that I NEVER thought I'd have again, thanks to Sam ! He has given me a new lease on life with a beautiful new smile ! I felt self conscious and constantly judged with my natural teeth which I'd ground down from continuous grinding. I had spoken to other dentists about my options, and their only suggestion was dentures. In my heart I felt falsies were not an option to me and decided to get one more opinion. Sam suggested we build up on what I already had. It was the best decision I ever made ! My self confidence has grown greatly since August, after Sam worked his magic. I even had improvement in my facial features which had previously looked sunken and aged me more than my years. I'd like to say a massive THANK YOU to Sam and his amazing team for making me feel comfortable and informed during my visits, and appreciate them for what they have done for my self confidence and new outlook on life! Fantastic experience: I cried tears of joy this morning after Dr Sam finished the major dental work I needed done. I did my research, seeing and paying five dentists for consultations to get quotes and work out the best way to procede. Dr Sam was upfront with what I needed done and honest from the get go. Not only that but he also came in with the best price and I felt very comfortable putting myself in his capable hands. I am an absolute chicken when it comes to dentistry and he was able to help me cope with each procedure I had. Ask him about it. I have strongly recommended him to my friends and at least four of them will be making appointments to see him based on the amazing results he achieved with my teeth. It has been life changing for me, I haven't stopped smiling like a cheshire cat since. Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, Dr Sam Reddy is competent, friendly, good communicator and doesn't push extra's like other dentists do. The facilities are comfortable with some excellent in over head in chair big screen entertainment that can also be setup to have a first person view of what Dr Sam sees if required. I dig it.

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I found a new dentist when I moved. My daughters have been horrified to visit the dentist after previous encounters, so much so that our first family visit to Cardiff Dental had them both hiding under the seats in reception! But once they went in with Dr Sam, I am so happy to report that ever since, my kids look forward to their 6 monthly checkup and clean! They were so nervous but now they both ask when they can come back because their teeth feel so shiny clean And as for me, Dr Sam and my fave nurse Donna made me feel at ease always, even with the nasty needles! I’m super happy I found these guys, I will not go anywhere else for myself and my family Payments were also made easy and results have been amazing! Fantastic experience: I needed some teeth crowned due to old fillings cracking up. I was not happy with my teeth when I smiled so I decide to have those teeth and some others crowned to give me a smile I was happy to show. Dr Reddy at Cardiff Dental did a superb job. He explained the whole process to me in a clear way and took exceptional care to make sure it was carried out at the highest of standards. All the staff made sure I was well cared for and always comfortable. The final result was astounding, I am very pleased with the result and am now happy to smile freely.

Fantastic experience: Had a lot of pain in a molar and emailed this Dentistry early in the morning.They rang me before they opened to get me in asap.I was given pain relief and treatment for a abcessed tooth.Sam was wonderful and took great care and was more knowledgable then most Dentists I had seen.I had a follow up call the next day (Saturday) to see how I was and then further treatment on the tooth later in the week.The cost was very reasonable compared to other practices.I highly recommend Cardiff Family Dentist.
