Bupa Dental Carindale

Fantastic experience: My regular dentist is Georgia, who is one of the best dentists I have ever met. She is very friendly, pays a lot of attention to details, and genuinely cares about the patients' dental health like her own. When she is on leave, the clinic assigns the dentist A. Ri to me, and I instantly noticed a difference in the service quality. I really look forward to seeing Dr Georgia again in my next appointment.

Negative experience: I booked a family appointment for me, my husband and daughter. After seeing my husband and daughter I was asked to go out and wait in the reception for very long so that I had reschedule my apt. One of the receptionist was rude I believe she is a DA. Other receptionist r/s me to a different dentist without asking me. The dentist was good. But the overall experience was bad

Fantastic experience: Unparalleled care. I have complex health needs and am in motorised wheelchair. Everyone at this clinic, dentists and reception alike, truly go above and beyond in patient care. I came into this clinic needing lots of work. They were extremely accommodating and empathetic as they examined my teeth and explained the treatment options. Unfortunately due to deteriorating health i'm no longer able to travel to this clinic for treatment. However, I can not speak highly enough of the staff here and would give my upmost recommendation to anyone but particularly people needing extensive dental work or with complex health needs to go here.

Gaeun Joung is very professional and gentle and the assistants she is partnered with each time are equally as good. The receptionist introduced any information clearly and efficiently. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes great pride in her work. It's rare to find a practitioner who combines clinical excellence with such warmth and empathy. Fantastic experience: Today, I went to Bupa Dental Carindale for my usual clean and dental check-up, and I had the pleasure of meeting someone truly passionate about her work—Amelia Gang. She took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth and was incredibly diligent with the cleaning. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and her joy shines through in her care. A fantastic experience—highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: KUDOS to Amelia. My daughter heard i am taking her to the dental clinic and was crying and so scared. Thanks to Amelia so nice and calm her down and make the experience so enjoyable for her.

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment six months ago, eagerly anticipating the day. However, when the time finally arrived, I found myself waiting for 40 minutes without any updates. Unfortunately, due to other commitments, I eventually had to leave without being seen. It was quite frustrating to spend so much time waiting after planning so far ahead.

Fantastic experience: All of our family including my young children had treatment with Dr.Karen and she was fantastic. She was very professional and we were able to pick up some conditions which never thought about it before. It was also great to visit with lovely staff members including reception staff and dental assistant/nurse.

Efficient, careful and very thorough with explanations regarding the procedure ensuring that at no point I was in the dark about what was happening. Negative experience: Went to the reception at *:30 for 8:40am appointment was still waiting at 9:20 so I left, as it seemed like another 20minutes to wait still.

Fantastic experience: Havnt been to dentist in years due to a horrible experience but my experience here was absolutely amazing I was made to feel comfortable as possible and knew everything that was about to happen and fit me in on short notice highly recommend going to this place if you have a phobia of dentist

Fantastic experience: As someone who had “dental anxiety” after not going for 9 years.. the team at Bupa Dental Carindale were great! The receptionist are always so lovely, friendly and efficient! Being greeted by Georgia, the denist was unreal! Patient, understanding and enthusiastic about her job. Always making sure I knew what she was going and always checking in. In the last 2 months I have been 3 times and each time is better than the last. They exceed my expectations! I would 100% recommend this team to anyone who is worried about a dental visit! This time around, I even got to watch my favourite YouTube channel on the screen while getting two pain free fillings! :) (The dental assistant is also lovely and good at their job, I just forget her name every time!)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Georgia and her assistant Naomi gave me an exceptional dental experience. They were very informative, caring and made me feel calm and comfortable during my procedure. Negative experience: The filling on my tooth came off just within 2 months and I rebooked the appointment to see the dentist. The receptionist Naomi was absolutely unprofessional and rude with no general manners whatsoever. Since I was late for the appointment by a few minutes due to traffic conditions, she was not prepared to listen, and instead tried to teach me the policy and was very bossy and I was not able to see the dentist. I would never recommend this place.

Positive experience: Entirely dependent on the clinician you see. The reception and assistants are great and make it easy, but the dentist you see can either be kind and understanding or refuse to listen to you and give their "perfect dental routine" spiel while failing to adequately perform a basic scale and clean. I won't be returning here because I've never felt as shocking physically or mentally after an appointment as recently and will be finding where my last dentist from here went to instead.
