Fantastic experience: Been with Inner West Dental for many years. Very experienced team, always do their best for their patients. During COVID when all dentists had shut down, Dr Adrian opened the practice just to treat an urgent tooth infection causing me pain. Many thanks to Drs Adrian, Tania and Con who take great care of our family - checkups, clean, fillings, root canal, crowns, ortho, the lot. Shout out to the wonderful Victoria as well! Very fair with prices, if work takes longer than expected they do what is right for their patients without price gouging. Good prices for ortho work too! Thank you team!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Inner West Dental getting a check-up and clean. I had been avoiding the dentist for a while due to being too anxious, but the team made me feel safe and taken care of. I really loved Dr Peter Wu's bubbly personality, it helped calm my nerves, and didn't feel at all judged for being anxious at my appointment. Couldn't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr Con Varvaressos is terrific. He ensured a brilliant set of straight and gorgeous pearly whites for our eldest son and has now set braces in place for our second child. Con's manner is very refreshing - he's honest, positive and very passionate about what he does. He really cares about his profession, takes pride in his work, the boys enjoy seeing him, has a great administration team, and doesn't overcharge. I highly recommend seeing Dr Con for orthodontic work.

Fantastic experience: We’ve had a wonderful experience with both the orthodontic and general dentistry treatment for our daughter. From the technical side, both Con and Tania are excellent. Con, in particular, has a fantastic manner with children — he’s pragmatic and explains things in a manner that works for kids, it puts them at ease. His empathy and ability to explain things in a way that makes children feel comfortable really stands out but equally he is highly accomplished and works effectively so the process isn't unnecessarily drawn out. Tania has the tougher task of cleaning and filling cavities, which is never easy. Despite our daughter’s occasional complaints, she makes the process seem effortless and always handles it with care, even with a tiny but mighty patient. It’s fair to say our daughter only remembers starting with “wonky teeth” and now has a beautiful smile — a result not only of the team’s technical expertise but also of their genuine care and wonderful personalities throughout the journey. The overall environment is exactly what you’d hope for: comfortable, clean, and very helpful. A special mention to Victoria, who is always so gracious (especially when I’m the one who forgets things!). When it comes to value and outcome, Inner West Dental delivers on every front. Sorry no photos - my daughter is a minor but trust me the smile is epic!

Fantastic experience: The team at Inner West dental are professional, friendly & very helpful. My husband, kids and I feel welcomed and are always greeted with a smile. My son (15) had bracers put on and removed this year and we are very pleased with the results. Dr Con Varvaressos was very professional & friendly and most importantly made my son feel very comfortable at every visit. My daughter (12) has now had her bracers put on by Dr Con, the process was again easy, friendly & professional. I would also like to mention Dr Tania Santilli who looks after our general dental care. Fantastic experience: My Daughter had to get Invaslign to fix an over bite and to move some teeth. Dr Con Varvaressos was just amazing! He was very informative and communicative through the whole process and made both myself and especially my daughter comfortable and relaxed. Follow-up checkups have been seemless and we feel that Dr Con always has our best interests and explains everything thoroughly. We highly recommend him and the staff at Inner West Dental. Best in the business.

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old announced she had a small hole in her tooth this am. Previously I’ve been to two other dentists in Inner West area who were lacking so googled paediatric specialists. Although Dr Peter is an adult dentist this man should be a paediatrician. I should know, I am one. The care, patience and laugh he gave my little girl eased her enough to get local and have her tooth pulled. She also got to lay back and watch her favourite Netflix show at the same time. Nitrous (laughing gas) is also an option for the anxious child. I will continue to use this practise for myself and both my daughters. I also found their secretary professional and she had amazing character on the phone. This was a welcome surprise. I hope more parents in Drummoyne area frequent this dentist.

Negative experience: Just got a random call from this place. The secretary on the phone realised she contacted the wrong person and just shut in my face without apologising and explaining that they called the wrong person. Some people just need to be reminded about manners, hence this review. Have a great day.

Fantastic experience: Care and precision! A few years ago another dentist saw I had the beginnings of a cavity so he ‘drilled’ into the tooth to add a filling. In doing so he compromised my tooth and thankfully I was able to save my tooth with a partial ceramic fixture at inner west dental! Since then, the team has helped me develop a better care routine. Adrian in particular, has taken the time to model care routines and advise his products to help me maintain great oral hygiene long term . Worth the visit!

After avoiding the dentist for most of my 20s I was convinced my teeth were at a point of no return. Thanks to Adrian and his education about how to care for my teeth they are in a much better place. They do a very thorough job, always making sure to check in to make sure you are comfortable throughout the procedure and the education about after care that is given is very helpful. Dr Adrian Mazzaferro has always been able to handle any issue - root canal, crowns, etc, without any problems at all. He is very approachable and takes the time to explain what the treatment will involve and what is happening. The nursing staff are always first-rate. Victoria on the desk is personable and friendly and able to handle any administrative issue. There is always a follow-up phone call to see how the patient is doing.No matter how many Seinfield or Planet Earth episodes a procedures takes... I am confident of an excellent outcome.

Positive experience: Clean place,nice person Only at the time when I am going to pay the bill by cash,receptionist told us she PREFER pay by eftpos,I do not understand,pay by card or pay by cash,both are using my hard earned money ,what’s the difference? Anyway I paid by card,I really do not want to have arguments or unhappy conversation,except the payment method ,everything was fine

My 7 year old son is so fussy but when he saw Peter the dentist he seemed happier .Peter spent a lot of time connecting with him before the treatment, and i think he has progressed a lot. He used to be traumatised by his previous dentist and he is now getting comfortable with being at the dentist.

After each session, he contacted me to ensure I was healing well. Having had terrible experiences in the past with incompetent dentists, the trust and professionalism with Adrian and his team reflected excellence and genuine care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Andrea Westerhout is so talented! After several years as my everyday dentist, earlier this year she worked on composite veneers for my lateral incisors. They were shorter than my other teeth which had always bothered me. The procedure took just over an hour. She was so patient and gentle throughout, and was a perfectionist in making sure that the veneers looked and felt like my real teeth. The result is seriously better than I ever could have imagined! I just wish I had done it sooner! Extra points for a gorgeous practice and friendly staff too.

Negative experience: Very disappointing after 16years as a loyal customer to have to say that a cancellation due to my son being sick during Covid and a month later myself trying to reschedule an appointment due to my car breaking down has led me to have to write a negative review about this practice. I was threatened that I would be charged if I was to do it again. Some serious changes need to be made to the way you address your customers and CLEARER PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION would display a more caring approach to all your customers past and present.

Fantastic experience: I'm someone who has always been nervous about visiting a dentist, but Dr Andrea is the most amazing dentist in that she is highly skilled and very caring in regards to her clients needs. She provides an extremely friendly and professional service and I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone in need of top-notch dental care. Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment at the new premises after recently chipping my tooth. Such a great location and stylish fitout. Was easily accessible with our pram. Very family friendly, I was able to take my newborn to the appointment with no problem at all. Wonderful service, took great care with the repair- I’m so happy with the result! Fantastic experience: First time visitor, modern, clean and well managed. Needed urgent attention for a filling that was as they all are painful. Lots changed in the dental industry I found. Found my regular dentist was not quite up to date with the latest possibilities. Shamefully I am in need of four appointments, all my fault for being less then willing to see one. In short saved the day for a particular bad tooth. Outcome was great and just in time. Procedure was painless to my great surprise. Pricing was as fair as could be, considering the extent of my problem. Considering I am a smoker, coffee drinker and a lover of coke. They provide a clean service that had been the best I have every received. Which was awesome as I have never really being 100% happy before. The dentist explained every step along the way, bored me to death but in the end was well aware of the extent of my problem along with the remedy. AAA+ rating. No pain is the major factor for this review.. FYI, they work in 1 hour appointments unless you need more time you will need to book for the longer sessions. A history of your mouth over the phone would be a good idea. Good luck..
